Stopped into Zorba's for an easy dinner. Nick was our server and did a great job taking care of us! We ordered the Greek salad and super Zorba pizza. The salad came out with lots of olives and cheese and 2 containers of dressing- they did not skimp! It was delicious. The small pizza was so much bigger than expected and we couldn't finish it. It was loaded with LOTS of meat and veggies. The mushrooms were fresh- not canned- THANK YOU!!! The pizza was made of the freshest, softest dough- what a delight! The prep style of the pizza was different than a traditional pie- dough, sauce, mozzarella cheese.... then all of the toppings and feta cheese on top- ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend! Great food! Great service and plenty of good cold beer!!!

Very quick service, street parking, the vibes give off old school pizza and pasta restaurant! I would go here for casual dinner or lunch Or even a memorable date night!!! We got the Zorba seafood pasta and the spaghetti & meatball. So yum! Reminds me of home cooking!

Fourteen years in the making, and I'm thrilled to finally update my dismal review on Zorbas. For family-run spots like this, a single review can feel like gold. In my 20s, I probably believed I was doing something noble by "commenting on the carpet." Spoiler: that was hilariously off-base. The real story here is the food, the atmosphere, and the people who make it special. What I ordered and loved Super Combo pizza: this one deserves ten stars. Feta, sausage, fresh bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms come together in an unlikely, perfect harmony. Every dish I've tried at Zorbas has been excellent. Truly, all of them. Ambience and service Nick is the standout--host, server, and bartender--all in one. He anticipates needs, keeps everyone well-fed, and creates a welcoming vibe at every table. Great option for family dinners, friend nights, or a casual evening out. The beer and wine bar adds an extra layer of enjoyment for a relaxed local night. Final thoughts If you're looking for a place that feels comforting yet excitingly fresh, with consistently top-notch food and a warm, attentive team, Zorbas is it. Support your local gems and treat yourself to a night out where the flavors do the talking--and the staff makes you feel like family.

I really like their pizzas and order from here only when I'm in town. Can't go back to another pizza place with this around. Too bad they don't have a shop out where I live. Pizzas are so flavorful and the crust is just how I like it.

We had a wonderful experience at Zorba's Pizza! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Caesar salad and pizza, and both were excellent everything tasted high quality and made fresh. The atmosphere and service was perfect for our family outing. My husband enjoyed being able to watch the baseball game on the TVs while we ate, and my daughter had so much fun playing the arcade game. It's such a great spot for families because there's something for everyone to enjoy. Great food, fun environment, and welcoming atmosphere we will definitely be back and hope Nick will be our server again!! Excellent!!

A sleeper of a place, old time style. A friend wanted to put together a get-together weeknight dinner in Millbrae and I suggested the legacy pizza place formerly based on Daly City. My friend is more familiar with the area suggested coming here as we met around 6:15 pm on a Thursday night. One friend and I shared a pitcher of iced tea (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=XMa6DBEb6TungGMZiFcz1A) while our other two friends shared a pitcher of Diet Pepsi. All of our foods were eaten family style. We started with the calamari fritti (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=MX4d8xVAeEovbwTH6XmxIQ),described as made to order, fresh calamari hand-battered & fried golden brown; we were given both tartar sauce and a marinara sauce for dipping. My friend also requested a side order of meatballs (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=aPgmkkby9Mou5X3dfrTlWA), an off-menu item, served with a generous amount of marinara sauce and topped with Parmesan, which the waitress helped us order; there were four meatballs (4), one for each of us. My friend was curious in ordering a mini of their Award winning pizza (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=Dsc_a_as6qD3-AidbRa6GA)m described as cup pepperoni, ricotta, mushrooms, Parmesan; it was tasty and the ricotta made it a heavier or richer pie but it was definitely hearty. We also shared a medium O Sole Mio (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=q-W1aH6rkPPfjGb3RiIajw), salami, pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and mozzarella; this is a meaty combination that was pretty good and my favorite of the three pies. I suggested doing a clams and garlic pizza and our waitress recommended the Santorini seafood pizza (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=ttlIB64-oOVT9veTrf8nxg), which we got in a medium size; baby clams, shrimp, fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella. I only found this okay as I am not a fan of shrimp on a pizza other than that long-closed Wolfgang Puck spot on Post Street that had a spicy shrimp one. There were 3-4 pieces of shrimp on each slice which overwhelmed the clams which seemed more of a garnish. The starters were both good and as described. Besides our waitress, a young gentleman was the main person who brought our food, removed our empty dishes, and filling my request for more ice for our iced tea pitcher. Being the 2nd party in the restaurant after 6:15 pm, the dining room filled as we left as most wall side booths were taken as well as a few large tables. From the front, a couple friend who live in the area commented that they never knew there was a dining room judging by the street frontage. It was a hearty meal and those large to XL pizzas were huge as we saw a neighboring table share one (party of eight) with a couple smaller pies. if you enjoy thicker crust and more filling pies, you'll enjoy this, especially fresh while there. I must admit, it lost some luster when I reheated it at home.

Spaghetti al Burro - very good!

Sorry we did not get a photo! We were too busy enjoying the most amazing pizza ever! If you are ever in the area, stop by and ask for Nick! His customer service is second to none!

Service was excellent. Both servers checked on our table to make sure we were ok. The pizza is really good - thick outer crust and not too thin bottom crusts. The combination pizza had the right amount of cheese and the toppings are very sizable. Parking is on the street or on Capuchino Ave. a large pizza was 10 sizable pieces. Get your fill.

Best pizza I've had in California…read more I ordered a Margharita pizza with olives and mushrooms. Both the toppings can only be described as "artisan." There was a variety of olives, a variety of mushrooms, both marinated artfully so they were juicy (but not soggy) and tender and oh, so flavorful. Just wonderful. I had intended to take half home, but there was no hope of that. Down the hatch! Washed by an excellent IPA on draft. Highly, highly recommended. There's parking front and half a block to the back. Personally for me, I like my crust a bit thicker, so this was a bit too thin for me. As a result, the sauce from the pizza made the bottom part of the dough kind of soggy. Had to eat it with a knife and fork and it was a bit messy. So texture wise, this pizza was not up to my standards. Taste wise, I would say these are some decent pizzas. You've got a good amount of toppings and get that nice, wood fire touch to each bite. Service is friendly and the overall atmosphere is pretty nice. Better for dining in with a fork and knife and not to pick up/eat to go!

Let me preface this with saying that I've never been to an official Square Pie Guys location…read more However, in speaking with friends who have tried both, they said that they can't really tell the difference. When I say we were excited to hear Local Kitchens (LK) was partnering with Square Pie Guys (SPG), it would be an understatement. SPG has long been on our list of places we want to try due to its delicious presence on social media, and the fact that it's locally grown. PARKING: This is located within the LK location in the Bayhill Shopping Center in San Bruno. There are a bunch of other businesses in the center such as Starbucks, Mollie Stone's, and CVS, so there is plenty of free parking. There is a little side lot that seems to be dedicated mostly to LK, based on its proximity. A few of the spaces are labeled as specifically for LK customers and pick up orders. ORDERING: There are two ways to order your food at LK. In person at the kiosk, or on the app. I definitely recommend using the app, as you're more casually able to browse the menu from the comfort of your car or home. The SPG pizzas take particularly long to cook due to its thiccness, so I especially recommend ordering ahead when indulging here. Once inside, there is a large screen that shows your name and the estimated time of completion. Ordering through the app also allows you to collect points to use for rewards such as $$ off future purchases! NOTE: If you order ahead and get there a bit earlier than the estimated time, go up and chat with the friendly LK staff. They'll check on your order, and oftentimes it's ready before the original time! FOOD: They have four (4) pizza options to choose from at this location: The 6x8, The Big Von, Mush-o-Roni, and Regular Square. They range from $21-$26 depending on which one you get. Our favorite is The 6x8. It has "red sauce, and 48 pepperonis", classically delicious. They use the smaller pepperonis that curl up when they cook, which is the best. The Big Von was another tasty one, though pretty different. It has white sauce instead of red, still has pepperoni, but also adds Italian sausage and Mike's hot honey. The Regular Square is more of a classic cheese, and the Mush-o-Roni has red sauce, mushrooms, tiny pepperonis, Mike's hot honey, parsley, and grana cheese! All of their pizzas are THICC, and best of all, they have a delicious crispy cheese skirt that covers the entire perimeter of the pie. They also have Buffalo wings on the menu (6 for $15). We've ordered these a few times and would say they're solid. The buffalo sauce is flavorful and it comes with carrot sticks and a side of ranch. NOTE: I will say, the ranch is unfortunately not my favorite. It's not quite as thick as I'd prefer, and it has a heavy taste of dill that overpowers everything else. I loove ranch, but for $1/ea I will order it sparingly, if at all. They also have sides of their signature sauce, which is more of an aioli, and also sides of Mike's hot honey. TIP: You can also order sides of sauces from other LK partners, so have fun with it! OVERALL: This pizza smacks! I love the thiccer style, and the cheese skirt takes it to the next level. They cut them into four (4) slices, and they're big enough that we could either stuff ourselves with two, or save them for the next day and have a second meal. It makes me want to make the trek out to one of their actual restaurants to try some different options! Shoutout to all of the hardworking staff at LK. They're dealing with a lot of orders from various platforms, and the chefs are expertly creating dishes from over a half dozen different restaurants. All the staff I've dealt with here have been great, and I've specifically had lots of positive and helpful interactions with Brianne. Thanks again, I'm already craving my next pizza!! Happy to have this in the Peninsula, tastes pretty much like the original!…read more Decided to get pizza to-go for the Warriors playoffs. The two pizzas were ready after about 20 minutes of ordering. I ordered the 6x8 and the Big Von. Both had the crunchy and fresh toasted cheese sides and soft/buttery tasting crust. The cheese was oozing and toppings were generous. Ingredients were fresh. Did have to heat up the pizza when I got home to get the full effect. 2 pieces really hit the spot. Did not taste any Mikes Hot Honey on the Big Von, although the white sauce was really flavorful. For the sauces ranch was a hit, but the SPG sauce tasted too much like a mustard and relish with thousand island - maybe better for a burger or chicken strips than pizza. Compared to the OG locations, it was pretty much the same although the crunchy sides felt like a little less cheese. Would definitely go back if craving Square Pie Guys!
