I have had my account "locked" for non-payment, when, in fact, there has never been an appointment that I did not pay my copay BEFORE being allowed to sit in the waiting room. I payed a bill they said I owed on 2/28/25, received a receipt for the payment via email (from their billing dept.), but they still say I didn't pay. I was supposed to have been enrolled into a program to help pay for my infusions that began in June 2024, but the office never filed the paperwork. In December 2024, I filled out the paperwork a second time and it still was not dealt with until I was "locked out" for non-payment, not allowed to get infusions, see the doctor or get refills. That took an hour on the phone with their billing department in their office before they figured out they had not filed the paperwork yet again!! Now they are telling me I owe a copay for an appointment on 9/20/24...I did not have an appointment on 9/20/24. Meantime, I still cannot see the doctor, get refills done, etc., and I am currently sitting in a flare, all because of their lack of organization.
