Walking in there was a small table to check my temperature and the receptionist asked me the basic COVID-19 questions. Then I was allowed to go back to a room and wait for Kerry who I had an appointment with. Going back there was electric chairs, lift recliners, canes, walkers and etc. Kerry came into the room and explained everything about my new CPAP machine. I knew how to operate the menu, how and when to change and clean every part of it. She was very good..she measured the size of mask I needed and also adjusted the head straps to check and make sure there wasn't any leaks of air. After all the paperwork was explained and signed I was free to leave with the tote and bag of instructions. Kerry was awesome and so easy to understand. With Medicare, I'll own the machine in 13 months. This place is highly recommended. Thank you!

We were greeted like family and the store owner helped us, himself! He explained every chair, it's features and warranties and allowed us time to try each one out. He even introduced us to the repairman who tightened the brakes on my friend's walker for free while we were there trying out chairs. We were thrilled to find out that many repairs. even framework and motor work could be done in house. So many times you buy things and then you're on your own. This is not the case with Larry's Home Oxygen. At the last minute, we decided to check out another furniture store to make sure we had made the right choice, but ended up back at Larry's. The customer service and in house repair options won us over!

Rachel with the blue hair in the pharmacy is a miserable person. She's rude, dismissive and…read moreincompetent. This pharmacy sucks. I drove over 20 minutes 3 different times to get my prescription but they kept saying it wasn't called in- the doctor's office even called to see why they were saying it was never called in when it was in fact called in. Why are you calling to say my prescription is ready if ypu claim it was never called in? When I expressed my frustration having to come there 3 different times Rachel snapped back saying there were several other pharmacies in the area I could use. Then she lied to the pharmacist saying I was being rude and swore at her and wanted to know if she could "refuse the sale" - doing all this within earshot of me. Going to another pharmacy is exactly what I did. Rick's pharmacy didn't lose my script and had it filled within 10 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
