Everyone at touchstone are always very friendly. I have used touchstone for years and have recommended them to others. The price is so much lower most people could probably pay out of pocket cheaper than paying their deductible. It's so fast and easy. No long walks to the door. You step inside and you are there. I would have had to wait until the end of October had I gone through the Coletta Center at Mercy for a mammogram, and with unusual breast pain, I did not think that wise. My PA put in a referral to Touchstone and i was able to be seen within 2 weeks of initial contact. From the front desk staff to the person performing the mammogram, and then the ultrasound technician to the doctor who reviewed the results; all were very pleasant and very thorough. The mammogram didn't show anything alarming, but due to my pain and other considerations, the doctor on duty thought it wise to go on and do an ultrasound. Thanking the LORD that everything was OK, and I feel like I got high quality care and I can rest at ease now. I highly recommend Touchstone Imaging! read more

Use ear plugs and Prepare for weird sounds. The reassurance of caregivers was very helpful. Hopefully this can provide my primary sufficient information for an accurate diagnosis. read more

Great experience. Staff was professional and caring. Procedure was fully explained by staff and addressed every one of my concerns. Unfortunately, the front area is very RUDE. after tye DR-sent them x2 -an order. They failed to receive a doctors order. X2-turn rudely treated the patient & the ordering physician office staff. When the doctor office re-sent the order & had us call to make sure we were scheduled. The front desk refused to acknowledge the physicians request to speak to scheduling! Wow! Way to drop the ball. patients -this place is optional. RUN. This place of business tone & direct attention to even the simplicity of acknowledging an order is absolutely absurd. Scary. To put your health in the hands of the staff here-don't do it. They don't respect anyone- nor do they value their patients or physicians. The office manager & Radiologists need to step up and investigate - Why is your staff freely being dis respectful, rude, condescending to physicians offices, bringing you business? Then treating patients rudely- embarrassingly horrible? Questioning the integrity of another physician that they sent an order twice? That's funny when you know, they can prove it- being sent to your staff. dr orders send x2 - negligence to rec & neglected to call the physician office-upon request! Ouch. If you are a physician office or a PATIENT-run from this place! They have staff that should NOT be allowed to interact t with humans. ZERO-skills. read more

By far the best mammogram experience! Karen was so friendly & informative. My previous experience at other places was met with people who were cold & uncaring. Karen read through my history & talked to me as we began. She listened to my concerns & then took the time to explain things to me. It makes the experience far less stressful. read more

I've called multiple times to have results of my CT sent to my Dr. originally was told in office it would be a few days which turned to a week and it's been well over a week and still no results sent. When I called again they said they would bump me to the front of the line. This CT is for something very serious and they are in no rush to get it done. read more

Bedside manner needs to be improved here. Doc barely spent a minute with me, and was even colder than the staff. Ladies up front couldn't get my insurance info right. I was right, they were wrong, and thankfully they eventually came around to that fact and it was properly sorted out. Pro tip: turn down the park road to find the hidden entrance to their parking lot. read more

3:00 pm appointment became a 4:00 pm appointment, which then became a 4:15 pm appointment. You seem to think I'm stupid and wouldn't notice, but I have text messages from you with these times -- it's in writing! Waited in lobby until 4:30 pm. Waited in small waiting room until 4:45 pm. I spent TWO HOURS (2:45 pm to 4:45 pm) waiting on you today. Tech was kind, but had to stick me three times for contrast. Two days before the appointment, I received three phone calls from three different employees, wanting my insurance information. I've been going to you guys for the last 10 years, and my insurance information has never changed. Turns out you simply misspelled my last name. Fantastic. Just not a good experience today at all. I truly hope I never have to visit you again. read more

The good: This is the best COVID protocol I've seen anywhere I've been. They didn't need me to sign anything; instead they took a verbal signature, which I thought was pretty cool. They had me read them my debit card number rather than taking it to swipe it. They were serious about all aspects of protecting all parties from COVID. If everyone were this serious about prevention of spread, the virus would be dying out left and right with no one to spread to. The other good thing is that even though my ultrasound was at 4:30p, and probably one of the last of the day, they had the report transcribed and sent to my doctor in time for her to call me that evening around 8p. That made a big difference to me, and is why I'm giving four stars. Not having to wait another night was worth all the weirdness I'm about to share. The bad: The gal doing my procedure could not have made me feel more weird if she tried. She asked me what my issue was, and how long it had been going on. That was the last thing she said to me, except, "roll onto your side," and "here's a towel." How hard would it have been to add a little, "well hopefully when the doctor sees these scans you'll know a lot more and have a plan" or "well this won't take long and we'll get you some more information." You have a million things going through your mind when you're getting an ultrasound to diagnose a medical issue, so just a few niceties could make a big difference. If she's forbidden to chit chat, then why ask me how long it had been going on? When she didn't even respond to that, it just felt so odd and awkward. The incredibly odd: What's up with the complete and total lack of signage? There are two similar buildings after you turn down the street. No signage on either building. And, the building that is NOT Touchstone (on your right) has a row of "PATIENT PARKING" signs. If your life DEPENDED on it, you would think you should park there and go on in. The startled receptionist in the wrong building just pointed to the other building, lol, it probably happens once a day, at least. How hard would it be to put up even an directional sign? How many medically fragile people make the same mistake I did? read more

A year ago I had an excellent first experience at Touchstone. This year I could not get passed the appointment setting stage. There was utter confusion about the testing with Jennifer telling one test then no not that test then telling me my insurance had been cancelled, so I ask which company they had, because I had changed companies. she said "Medicare". I said "Yes, I am on Medicar, but what is the name of the insurance company on file that you show. she said (in a tone the demonstrated her exasperation with me "Medicare". I asked "Is it Humana. I think I had Humana, but now I have United Healthcare ATT group plan." she said, "I is Medicare, and it's cancelle. Do you have another insurance?" SMH. I gave her my new insurance number, first telling her, since she just sat there, that she probably would need my member ID number and my plan number. Then she said, (in her tone that just said she could care less if I got what I needed or not) "I am going to need your member ID". After I gave her both pieces of info, she read the number back correctly and proceeded to tell me that my insurance, which I had just used a week ago at my PCP and 2 weeks ago at a hospital, was CANCELLED! I told her she must be doing something wrong, and she said since I had given her two expired insurances, that she would need to see the front and back of the next insurance I wanted to use and she promptly sent a text and 30 seconds later she was asking if I had sent it yet!! Then she refused, over the period of 3 times talking with her, to discuss or let me speak with someone to discuss the process of what she called a "prep" for people with iodine allergids with reaction of anaphylactic shock, even after I explained to her that it is a scary thing and I just want to understand it (since she told me "I just set appointments. Do you want the appointment or not." I just took the one for the other imaging. They never got the insurance straightened out and when I called to cancel today, they didn't have anyone I could speak to about the insurance being active and not cancelled. yet they can say it is cancelled. looking at several reviews, this looks like an ongoing problem. read more

I had to have a brain mri done. My first mri ever. Manny was the doctor who did my mri, he was nice and even let my mom go back with me. They were super careful with COVID going on. But the procedure took about 20 minutes to do and they let me choose my own music. Manny even made sure to talk to me knowing I was nervous. They overcharged me and they can't do nothing for me , they said that's third party payment department charge bill . And your manager said only thing you can do let third party people call me , it's been almost 2 years no body call me and solve this problem, You know it's your front employee told me my insurance is not cover that time I need pay by myself then later my insurance still pay you one more time , I called bill department they can't do nothing ,I've call them few times So so so disappointed your doing business like this way read more
