To my horrible surprise, the report said I had lung cancer detected. I had to read this for myself, alone, 2 hours from home, and totally freaked out. No one called me about this. Called the facility, put on hold forever, told they would 'call me back', couldn't guarantee when and left me hanging. Finally got a call, said the dictation heard the comment wrong and the report would be corrected. No call from the doctor, no apology for stopping my life in its tracks for awhile, nothing. Who has the responsibility for proofing these reports before being sent to a patient? Why are these reports available so quickly? Just how well are they being read? Sent a note to letusknowatouhealth.com and no response (saw 2 doctors actually read my message)!! Not surprised. Be careful about choosing this facility. I have a huge history of breast cancer in my family and cannot take a chance of someone casually looking at my test.

I was 22 weeks pregnant at the time and requested testing for RSV and Covid and it took 2.5 hours from being given a room to being discharged to be told I have Covid. I was told after they swabbed me for a respiratory panel that I was going to be allowed to leave since results take 1.5 hours and they call with results. I then proceeded to wait the ENTIRE time being told I was waiting on discharge paperwork just for the doctor to come in and say " I don't know why they decided to keep you here but there's only 10 min left on the test so we'll just wait it out." I then waited an additional 30 min for those results and another 15 or so before I was actually discharged. Overall, the check in process was exceptionally fast, but everything after that was not. Also seems to be communication troubles seeing as the doctor didn't know why I had been sitting waiting for an hour plus. I'll do my best to find other urgent care availability next time. ** as an insured customer, they billed my insurance for a total of $8,800 for this COVID test and longer than necessary stay.

When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.

The ultrasound lady made sure to explain everything that she was doing and everything that my husband and I were looking at on the screen. She made us feel so comfortable by saying how cute our baby looked on the screen, even though we thought the baby looked a little creepy.
