The front desk people and nurses are also super nice, and everyone is very attentive. The reason why there is a long wait sometimes is because the doctors (primarily female doctors, which I like) will come in and sit down and get a holistic idea of what's going on. They ask questions about what's going on in life, what are the issues today, and much more. Everyone I have seen there has been in no rush, and I always feel heard and understood. My wife came with me for them and after some lab tests on the first visit, I was prescribed a medication on my second visit to try. The third visit (August 2026) was very poor. I went by myself as my wife was unable to attend. Lori Craig must of been in a rush as my appointment lasted LESS than five minutes. I spent longer filling out the forms and updating my insurance information at check-in than being seen.... I told her the prescription she gave me wasn't very effective but helped a little. When I told her that, she acted like she didn't know what to do next to help me. So, all she did was refer me for the same lab tests with a different laboratory. After that very brief appointment, I was given an appointment for December? Annoyed that I drove 80 miles for an essentially pointless appointment and put off for months for no reason. I quietly left. Then today (10/6/2026) I receive a bill for over $3400 from the laboratory because Summit Rheumatology did NOT provide the lab with my correct insurance information even though as I stated previously, "I spent more time updating my information than being seen". I tried to call Summit Rheumatology about the error. But, all their calls are directed to a call center out of the country (Philippines?). So, Summit Rheumatology has failed in helping me and has only caused me stress and wasted time. I will no longer be visiting or recommending them....

Thre are bookshelves (take one leave one) and puzzles (community) everywhere. What I didn't realize at first, is this was the waiting room. That's because they don't walk out and shout your name like most places. Instead they mark what you're wearing/your characteristics so the nurse can come approach you one on one to come back to see the doctor. All the staff I've encountered has been so helpful and genuinely caring, spending all the time you need to explain every detail. Dr. Moxley has been a life saver. Figuratively and literally. Also... that cafeteria is delicious, which may seem trivial, but that means a whole lot when you're spending hours on end in a place. Gouda mac and cheese for the win!!

Also to my surprise they are giving massages to care givers as well. I'm so thankful for the kindness of everyone involved in treatment.

I have been coming to the Oklahoma Spine Hospital for about 4 years now for epidural steroid…read moreinjections. This place is seriously the best. Getting a shot in your spine is always stressful, but the staff here make me feel so comfortable and reassured that I almost look forward to my injections. Key word being 'almost' cause it's still a needle in my spine and that will always suck. The doctors that work out of OSH are all great. I currently see Dr. Valentine, and he is amazing. He always does his best to be patient and kind when giving my injections. He constantly checks to make sure I am doing ok and that I am comfortable. And the nurses here are amazing! It's almost like they are your stand-in mom, there to comfort you and distract you during the procedure. I seriously adore them. So as much as being at OSH can suck because it means you're in pain, just know that this is the best place you can go to get relief!

I think if you have to live in terrible critical pain on Palliative of Care like Myself they work with you too help find a solution to make it a little better and they are so very excepting and caring and they know when I am not doing very well and when I am having a better day but the ketamine infusions that I have been receiving is critical in my palliative care to keep my meds where they have been! I am declining with my RSD syndrome type1&2! Thank you for never giving up on me!

I had my little sister had passed away and I was in between jobs and had no insurance so she put me on a medication for anxiety and it reacted with my other pain medication and would cause me to fall asleep so my mom wrote a letter to them telling them to adjust my medication. This had been done, but because I was pulled off of it abruptly I was having some lightheadedness just for maybe a week so Nawar suggested that I get a sleep study once I found out how expensive they were without scheduled an appointment to go visit with her because I did not have the money to pay for a sleep study. I do not know what she told Dr. Amayem but I was kicked out of the clinic immediately without any medication or anything. This was completely unfair to me because the medication that I had been on for seven years worked perfectly. It was the medication she put me on that caused the problem and I wanted to come back and see him again, but I cannot get his staff to return my calls and I did get a referral to him. Is it that hard to get a hold of him? I mean, I feel like I still deserve to be hurt even though it's been 11 years since I went there I still feel like I deserve to be able what situation was because it was not the medication he was prescribing. It was the medication she put me on and I'd already been taken off of it so I don't know what to do. I'm hoping that he will read this review or somebody in his office and at least return my call because my primary care physician did refer me to him and normally I would've said no I can't go back there but because I don't feel like what happened was even fair. He did not let me explain nothing so I don't told him, but it was not fair because I should never have been kicked out of that clinic to begin with ever. And if I didn't think he was a good doctor and think very highly of him, I wouldn't be wanting to even think about coming back in there, but I want to talk to him. The check in process was seamless and easy, the service was prompt and kinds, and my appointment started on time. Which is worth so much considering how much time gets wasted waiting on the doctor. I did not like that they did not let me go back with my minor child, but I understand the reason. Overall, the experience was great and I hope that if I ever need this service again I am referred here.

At check in, the front office staff were very professional and efficient. When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.
