We loved all the nurses who helped me through the labor process and my OB for explaining every little process that made a first time momma feel super comfortable. And they were super open to telling their birth stories which helped me a bunch going into the process. The nursery nurses were amazing as well! As first time parents we were nervous and totally put the diaper on the wrong way the first time. The nurses laughed with us and helped us through the whole thing - diaper changes, how to bath a baby, when to feed them etc. I am so grateful that they took care of both mom, baby, and even dad! We totally would recommend this hospital to any women needing care.

The facility is beautiful, but the staff made all the difference they were compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive during such an important and anxious moment in my life. I'm so grateful for the care I received and wish everyone could have the experience and support of a Lakeside delivery. Dr. Pinard and my L&D nurse Casey were the absolute most supportive throughout my whole pregnancy and delivery. Thank you!

We saw Dr Ringer and very pleased with him. Nice personality. Great job on closing wound with staples. Highly recommend him. The care instructions on paper were still not what all the young guy that helped finish closing told us. So next morning, I had questions. It was A Friday, and papers noted they only work shorter hours. I did call within the time showing for a Friday. Answering service said no one was in office. I was not happy at all with that response so was told they would contact someone. I was called back and my questions answered. So take notes for extra details, don't assume they will be on papers.

At check in, the front office staff were very professional and efficient. When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.

That's because they don't walk out and shout your name like most places. Instead they mark what you're wearing/your characteristics so the nurse can come approach you one on one to come back to see the doctor. All the staff I've encountered has been so helpful and genuinely caring, spending all the time you need to explain every detail. Dr. Moxley has been a life saver. Figuratively and literally.
