I think if you have to live in terrible critical pain on Palliative of Care like Myself they work with you too help find a solution to make it a little better and they are so very excepting and caring and they know when I am not doing very well and when I am having a better day but the ketamine infusions that I have been receiving is critical in my palliative care to keep my meds where they have been! I have been coming to the Oklahoma Spine Hospital for about 4 years now for epidural steroid…read moreinjections. This place is seriously the best. Getting a shot in your spine is always stressful, but the staff here make me feel so comfortable and reassured that I almost look forward to my injections. Key word being 'almost' cause it's still a needle in my spine and that will always suck. The doctors that work out of OSH are all great. I currently see Dr. Valentine, and he is amazing. He always does his best to be patient and kind when giving my injections. He constantly checks to make sure I am doing ok and that I am comfortable. And the nurses here are amazing! It's almost like they are your stand-in mom, there to comfort you and distract you during the procedure. I seriously adore them. So as much as being at OSH can suck because it means you're in pain, just know that this is the best place you can go to get relief!

We loved all the nurses who helped me through the labor process and my OB for explaining every little process that made a first time momma feel super comfortable. And they were super open to telling their birth stories which helped me a bunch going into the process. The nursery nurses were amazing as well! As first time parents we were nervous and totally put the diaper on the wrong way the first time. The nurses laughed with us and helped us through the whole thing - diaper changes, how to bath a baby, when to feed them etc. I am so grateful that they took care of both mom, baby, and even dad! We totally would recommend this hospital to any women needing care.

Dr. Pinard and my L&D nurse Casey were the absolute most supportive throughout my whole pregnancy and delivery. Thank you!

I hate to give poor reviews, but I feel I have to with my experience yesterday. I injured my foot…read moreand the swelling had gotten so severe I was at a 10 on the pain scale. I went in on crutches because I couldn't bear any weight. In fact, it even hurt to use the crutches because every time the foot moved the pain would shoot up my leg and with my foot dangling, it was moving and painful and swelling worse. The front desk didn't care to help at all. She was cordial, but not helpful. Watched me suffer trying to get from point A to point B. (A wheelchair would've been extremely helpful!) Anyway after 30 minutes I got put in a room to wait another 45 minutes to see the PA or doctor, not sure which title she had, she was nice but in hindsight she absolutely dropped the ball. She sent me for x-ray which took another 30 minutes or so then I sat and waited. The whole time, my swelling was intensely painful! I'm not a doctor and had no idea that the swelling alone was causing the intense pain. Just keeping my foot dangling and no compression and no ice was not a very smart situation bc it was intensifying the compression on nerves and my foot had turned purple with no movement in the toes. The PA and nurse didn't seem to care as I waited for an hour for the x ray to be read. I was shut in a room this entire time with no communication as to what was taking so long. And sitting in a chair in extreme pain with no way to elevate or ice my foot. I finally got up to leave so I could just get home and get some ibuprofen for relief when they gave me the report on the way out the door. No apology no instructions no help whatsoever! I truly felt like I was not cared for at all here. I will never go back even though it is right by my house! I will make the drive to Integris urgent care 15 minutes away where they actually treat you like you are cared for and actually communicate and help you. Come to find out, leaving my foot dangling like I had for so long could've been bad due to the severe swelling and compression on the nerves. Luckily I got home and iced it and elevated and put a wrap on it to alleviate the swelling, but they should've been the ones to tell me that, and make sure I knew to do that to prevent nerve damage! Anyway, just a heads up... they weren't busy when I got there, but picked up a little after I entered the room and were definitely not staffed for the mediocre traffic that came through. As I stated before, I hate to post bad reviews, but the way I was treated definitely warrants one and I think others should be aware.

Due to covid spikes a lot of urgent cares are packed with patients so I took my luck and showed up. I probably waited less than 10 mins to go to the back and be seen. The male doctor was very friendly kind and got me in and out and medicine on the way to the pharmacy. If you're an out of pocket patient this is an affordable place. I've gone to other urgent cares and paid close to 200 for visits like today. This was very affordable and reasonable. Will be coming back for any of mine or family needs!

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, which immediately put us at ease. I was able to make an appointment online via Solv App and they were ready to take us back when we arrived. The facility itself is bright, colorful, and inviting. The waiting area is clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating, not that we spent much time there. What really stood out to me was the quality of care we received. The pediatrician and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They were also very thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. One thing that really impressed me was the level of communication and follow-up care provided. The pediatrician made sure to give us clear instructions on how to care for our child at home, as well as follow-up instructions for our regular pediatrician. Overall, I would highly recommend this after-hours pediatric care center to any parents looking for high-quality, compassionate care for their children. The staff is truly exceptional, and I felt confident that my child was in good hands from start to finish. Five stars all around!
