Prior to my appointment, I have not only registered online but had already uploaded both my Photo ID and Insurance Card. However, when I was at the front desk to inform that I was there, they still had to take my information and then proceeded to ask me to verify quite a bit of HPI. When I explained that I was not going to verbalize my PHI with a line behind me and the waiting room full of people, the front desk clerk expressed frustration. I explained the danger in doing that and that I would be happy to share my stance with her Manager, she quickly agreed that I did not have to do that any longer. I will say, I ONLY have great things to share about the Tech who took my ultrasound. She was not only kind and polite, but she made the entire exam comfortable and continued to ask if I needed anything. Then once completed, she went above and beyond to ask if I not only needed anything but if there were any question I may have had that she could be help with.

They never noted they screwed up and didn't do the work paid for. Meanwhile Gary has been receiving offers from Lifeline that look to be better than what we were offered and had already paid for.
