We have used Life Line for years as Gary is uninsured. We paid $198 for tests in advance. When Gary…read morearrived 10 minutes before his appt, he then waited an hour to be called back and be told it would be another 45 minutes! AND they don't have equipment to do two of the tests! Now all of this is scheduled in advance AND paid for! So how would they not come prepared?!?! Gary left without any tests because he needed to get back to work. I emailed two addresses that day for a refund. No response in 4 days, so I called. TWICE! WAITED 14 MINUTES TO TALK TO SANDY. that makes anybody mad. Yes, Sandy refunded but said the account didn't show any problem. Refund wasn't going to happen as little lady at desk said would happen. They never noted they screwed up and didn't do the work paid for. Meanwhile Gary has been receiving offers from Lifeline that look to be better than what we were offered and had already paid for. Lifeline may have grown to big for their britches and their work and customer service has suffered. I'm writing to share with the uppity-ups at Lifeline that they have a problem. I'm sure Sandy is not going to tell them.
