Yes, Sandy refunded but said the account didn't show any problem. Refund wasn't going to happen as little lady at desk said would happen. They never noted they screwed up and didn't do the work paid for. Meanwhile Gary has been receiving offers from Lifeline that look to be better than what we were offered and had already paid for. Lifeline may have grown to big for their britches and their work and customer service has suffered. I'm writing to share with the uppity-ups at Lifeline that they have a problem.
