They were on time and very nice throughout the entire procedure. The ultrasound lady made sure to explain everything that she was doing and everything that my husband and I were looking at on the screen. I had a great experience both times and I highly reccomend it.

Be prepared to wait about 30+ minutes before being seen, even as the first patient. The doctor is VERY rude to her staff and patients. My first impression should have told me to RUN! Prior to my appointment, I have not only registered online but had already uploaded both my Photo ID and Insurance Card. However, when I was at the front desk to inform that I was there, they still had to take my information and then proceeded to ask me to verify quite a bit of HPI. When I explained that I was not going to verbalize my PHI with a line behind me and the waiting room full of people, the front desk clerk expressed frustration. I explained the danger in doing that and that I would be happy to share my stance with her Manager, she quickly agreed that I did not have to do that any longer. I will say, I ONLY have great things to share about the Tech who took my ultrasound. She was not only kind and polite, but she made the entire exam comfortable and continued to ask if I needed anything. Then once completed, she went above and beyond to ask if I not only needed anything but if there were any question I may have had that she could be help with.

I called and explained my son had Walking Pneumonia (as diagnosed by his pediatrician) but now my husband and I were sick with the same symptoms so I wanted to see if she could test for that and get us antibtioics, which is what my son took to get better. She told me Walking Pneumonia is only viral so you never take antibiotics for it and implied they cannot test for it. I was dumbfounded because our pediatrician told us the exact opposite. A quick google search confirmed that she was very wrong -- it's mostly bacterial and you definitely can test for it and take antibiotics for it. I would not trust these people with your health because they have no idea what they're talking about. Be careful.
