Long holds, I got cut off twice and had to call back. No one wanted to help me. I had to take time off work to call back later and my husband gave them permission to talk to me. I still got very few answers because the doctor only told me the liver panel bloodwork, and they needed to know the exact medical terms for the name of each test. There are plenty other lab corps in the area, save yourself the headache.

The city's official guidance was if you had those qualifying disabilities you were exempt. I tried to explain this to the receptionist, a female who was extremely rude about it. Who then got the owner who told me if I did not put on a mask I had to get out. I tried to explain the same to him. They blatantly violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by discriminating against me because of my disabilities, and then treated me like trash because of it. I went to a different lab in Marlow that had no problem whatsoever and were extremely kind and helpful. They've recognized and respected the law, and treated me with the utmost respect. It's a sad day when a wounded warrior comes home, goes to a business in a military town, and is discriminated against because of his disabilities.

He is a bright light for his profession! He is professional, timely and most important a one time wonder! You know how it is to get somebody that can't find a vein or make yours collapse, not him. Pros: takes walk ins, offers fast, friendly service…read more Cons: scraped my arm with the needle; maybe the most painful phlebotomy experience ever (and I've had many; eight pregnancies plus assorted medical tests for decades). The initial poke was barely noticeable, but then I felt an unexpected searing pain, like maybe he was digging around for my vein. (I wasn't looking, but have experienced this before because, according to others, my veins are small, hard to find, and sometimes collapse before yielding enough blood.) The phlebotomist offered to try my other arm when I jumped and cried out in pain, but I declined since he was almost done. Back in my car I took a second look at my arm and realized why it still hurt so badly: he had scraped across my skin with his needle--felt like a paper cut, only worse. It's been 3+ hours and it's still very tender to the touch. To be fair, I didn't watch it happen, so it's possible the scraping happened when I jumped. But the searing pain is what made me jump, so I don't know. Either way, it was a very painful experience. If you have small veins, you might want to see if you can arrange to have your blood drawn at your doctor'instead. I've been to this location several times over the years, and it's always a different phlebotomist. This was the first notably bad experience I've had here. PS The office was FREEZING.
