I've came here multiple times and never had an issue but today I brought my daughter due to her not feeling well. I arrived at 6:10 to be told by the girl working the front desk that I had a copay of $35 and I had an outstanding balance of $65 (they never told me that I had to pay). I couldn't make the payment so I had to leave, daughter's been feeling very sick and I knew she was running a fever . I came back at 3:00 to be told that I had to pay $90 and an additional $35 for the copay but if I had the full amount it would be $210.... I had asked this other girl working in the front why is it so much when I got here at 6 and was told a different price... She said she didn't know and that the other girl might have been looking at something different and since she isn't here she can't ask her.... Like obviously I'm not blind i can see that the other girl wasn't there or else that question would've been asked.... So I paid the $125 so my daughter could be seen. We come and get seen and sure enough, she has a fever. The medical staff are great. But it's the receptionists who aren't on top of their work. If I wouldn't have came in who knows how high this bill would've ran me since they failed to do their job last visit. Definitely not cool!! read more

For convenient non-emergency care, this is a very good location with little wait time. Service was prompt, and all questions were answered. The PA was tactful in making suggestions for care, and all options were explained well. I'm a retired RN, but I didn't let them know as I value their observations and experience. Terrible experience with the doctor I saw yesterday. My presenting complaints were nausea, sneezing, coughing, headache, runny nose, congestion, vomiting and diarrhea. The nurse was very nice and offered COVID, flu, and strep tests that I gladly accepted hoping that these tests would give an answer to my illness. She asked me what my main complaint was and I truthfully answered that nausea was my main concern, I had to leave work early because I was very nauseous along with these other symptoms that were impending my ability to perform at work. When the doctor came in she asked me the usual questions during her exam that I get asked as a woman; "when was your last period, any chance your pregnant, and are you on birth control?" I answered that I am not pregnant and I am not on birth control. She then started to corner me into asking about my female health and berated me with questions "so there's NO chance you're pregnant?" To which I answered no, she looked at me and my husband with judgement and said "but you're not on birth control, so there's a chance?" Annoyed I answer that okay I guess since I'm not on birth control there *could* be a chance but I don't think I'm pregnant (mind you I'm not at urgent care to be seen for possible pregnancy). She then went on about all the different kinds of birth control I can choose from and she did not pick up on my disinterest of this conversation. Her concern of my nausea snowballed into preaching birth control to me. I have other symptoms that do not correlate with a pregnancy, I felt belittled and judged for not choosing a sterility option. She then went on to tell me that she will not get me medication without a negative pregnancy test since she does not want to give me something that will kill a baby. After being forced to take this test I was in the bathroom very upset and I had to collect myself after crying out of anger for the way I have been treated. When I went back into the exam room I complained to my husband about this out of line treatment. The doctor came back in the room and said "you're not pregnant!" In a happy tone. I told her that I know I'm not, and she said she'd thought I'd be happy to hear this. She then prescribed an antibiotic and was going to send me on my way, I asked if she can give me anything for my nausea - my MAIN complaint and only then she prescribed something for this. As I was leaving she had to say again that I need birth control and see my obgyn. This was completely out of line to poke in my business like this, part of me can understand but I can't fully justify it. I felt judged, belittled, and violated. To corner me about my female health was completely out of left field, what I do with my health is my business. We didn't even discuss the other symptoms I am having, this is outrageous. I am never returning to this clinic, I have been coming here for years for illnesses and referred my family to this clinic due to the care I've received in the past. This was a terrible experience. To add to this, I am a rape survivor. My first experience with a gynecologist was for a rape exam, I had to take birth control pills so I wouldn't have a chance of being pregnant. It was and still is a terrible and traumatic experience to have to go through. I understand that taking birth control when I do not want kids and am married is ideal, but I have my own issues to work through. This urgent care experience sent me into a panic and I am very shaken up about it. The fact that I answered her questions truthfully and was still judged and demeaned is disgusting. read more

Visited on 5/12 in the a.m. with a positive covid home test. Provider's approach to patients needs to be adjusted. She didnt even ask how I felt, just came in with a barrage of articles she read and just not nice. I pointer out I didnt appreciate her approach and she gave a sarcastic apology. When she left the room, I asked my wife if she was out of line and she felt she was. We ended up walking out with no follow up. I will not tolerate being talked to or treated like that by a medical provider. She has a few manners she needs to learn about being nice. read more

My husband went here and was helped so quickly, I came in today and after filling my paperwork out I was called back within 5 minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We live 30 minutes away but will make the drive to come to Classen. read more

Was told flu shots was $35 back in October when they came to my school to administer shots to teachers. Received bill last week for $125. They misquoted price to our school and I'm liable for the $125 that I could have received at a pharmacy for much cheaper. I feel they have very deceptive pricing practices. read more

I was feeling very bad & was so lucky they are open late. Got a positive results for COVID in which I suspected. Staff was very friendly, wait time was short, facility was clean. The PA was professional & so helpful. I highly recommend this facility; sure beats a long wait in the ER. Will use again when needed. Thanks for your help! read more

Staff was very unfriendly and told us to come back a different time because there was a two plus hour wait. They didn't speak to us when we got up to the window and were annoyed to help check in. They were also out of covid rapid tests and told us the other tests would be 3-4 days then excused us away from the window. read more

I had to go here for some relief of ear/ sinus infection. My boyfriend always raves about this place so I decided to give them a try. I called ahead of time asking about the wait time they said about 5 minutes, so I rushed over. I was helped right away, did my paper work, once completed was called within 5-10 minutes. The nurse & doctor were both very friendly and listened to my issues. I now am hopefully on road to recovery thanks to them. Went to this urgent care for fever and body aches and had a negative flu and rapid Covid test. The swabs were barely even placed into my nostrils and I notified the provider that if I did have something, the swab wasn't done effectively. They ran a pcr Covid that wouldn't be back for 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, my wife was seen the next day at a different urgent care for the same symptoms and tested positive for covid. I also found a home test that was positive. After I reached out about my pcr, I was notified it was negative. I called and told them the story and their only recommendation was to come back in and get reevaluate. They refused to send me in a steroid pack or antibiotic, which is the standard treatment, and wanted me back in. Will never go back to this establishment. read more

If you're a woman with abdominal pain, don't expect much as they don't have the equipment needed to actually see what's wrong with you. You'll pay and then they'll refer you to the ER instead of letting you know that they're limited. read more

From the front desk, the assistant, the phlebotomist, and doctor, this was the best experience I've had with an urgent care clinic. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. They worked efficiently, responded quickly to calls after my visit about prescriptions, and listened to me. I live on the opposite side of town, but when I'm sick I will take the longer drive so I can be treated by Classen Urgent Care. I actually feel like I'm a patient here and not a just another problem. This used to be our go-to urgent care but on Saturday my husband went in after running a fever and having some intense body aches. I thought for sure it was the flu. They swabbed him poorly (he said the swab was barely put in his nostrils) and it came back negative. He was diagnosed with a virus. He stayed all day in bed on Sunday. He had to work out of town in broken arrow on Monday and felt so terrible, he went to an urgent care there and tested positive for the flu. read more

My boyfriend took me to Classen Urgent Care yesterday with severe stomach pain, so much so that I thought my spleen had ruptured. The administration, nurses, and doctors were all phenomenal. They did a blood test and discovered a fairly hard to diagnose issue that they were immediately able to start me on treatment for. PA Jessi Siler is truly a lifesaver, as she saved me from multiple trips to doctors or ERs by knowing exactly what to test for. read more

I had an eye infection and I wear contacts so I bought over the counter eye drops. It turns out I was allergic to something in the eye drops. I go to make sure everything was okay. She diagnosed me with pink eye and gave me a prescription and I had to ask her if it had what I was allergic to. She googled it right in front of me and then proceeded to tell me no. I went and picked up my new eyedrops, and what do you know, they contained what I was allergic to. Went to my actual eye dr and he told me I did not have pink eye and gave me a prescription without what I was allergic to and my eye was fine the next day. Lack of attention and care. read more

It is rare to find a medical clinic that shows as much compassion as this clinic! I went in during cold and flu season for a burn injury (expecting to wait a long time), and I had a VERY short wait! The nurse, Carley, and PA, Jessi, were nice and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe how quickly the whole process was. To top it off, I received a call from the clinic 2 days later just to check in on how I was doing. I've never had a clinic do this before! I recommend this place to anyone. read more
