The worker that checked my wife in was very gracious and kind-- however, my wife, who is clearly exhibiting signs of COVID, Flu, etc. then got back to the Doctor's medical examination room after testing for a few things and threw their hands up in the air, saying they do not know what it is. My wife has clear symptoms of something like the flu and all other things that could be deemed VIRAL, then proceeded to prescribe her an ANTIBIOTIC that she is very allergic to (which is on her medical chart, and she has been to this place before that has her info) while saying to not use it now, but maybe in a couple of days. Then the doctor said it could even be appendicitis and to "keep an eye out," then sent her on her way with a "good luck." Also, when did these clinics stop doing any blood work? $40 copay and a nausea shot for a "we don't know good luck" is not sitting well. read more

i am 6 months pregnant, came in for a strep and flu test and waited an hour in my car to get swabbed. then the nurse comes out being rude, acted like she didn't know what she was doing. made my nose bleed, attempts to swab my throat and gagging me i moved and apologized as a normal reflex and she said "i'm f*ing done" and just stormed off and didn't tell me if she got it good enough to test, or what to do next. do they just not work with children either? mind you i worked 12 hours yesterday; was up all night sick; had been there since 6:30 just to be treating like this but at least they got to charge my insurance for nothing. dont know how this place has 5 stars but will drive to norman or okc before i go here again. read more

Great place to go in a pinch! I always book online before heading in and haven't had issues with waiting too long. CVS hadn't received my prescription yet and told me to call them and check. The PA and staff in general are amazing here,with or without insurance it is very affordable. The PA does a thorough evaluation and discusses the possibility and likelihood of each outcome for a informed treatment plan. I have been seen twice in 7 months and use them with my minor illnesses. We were on vacation. We checked into the hotel and I managed to slam my fingers in the room door. After a quick search of the internet, we found Quick Urgent Care was nearby. We raced over and walked in 15 minutes before closing. The staff did not try to rush us. They took excellent care of me. The doctor and nurse were excellent. Following treatment, the doctor helped us find a nearby pharmacy (Walgreen's) that was still open. My prescriptions were sent to Walgreens and were ready at our arrival. Just this month my insurance was cancelled, and this spring season has not had any mercy on me. I've been dealing with allergies and ear aches on and off for the past couple of weeks but today the pain and congestion was just unbearable. While most urgent clinics are closed or have short hours due to the Easter holiday, my options were limited. One place wanted to charge me $170 to start out with no insurance. IT WAS $79 AT QUICK URGENT CARE!!! They were kind, helpful, understanding of my situation, promised to prescribe the affordable stuff, and told me to come back Wednesday so they could check up on my ear free of charge. The nicest staff anywhere. I have been in their office 3 times and everyone have been so nice and helpful. I have been extremely fortunate in that I haven't had to wait more that five min. to see the PA or DR. And the nurses are just great. I've had to have two injections and I have a little phobia about needles but the nurse was patient and understanding and that helped a great deal. My husband and I recently discovered Quick Urgent Care and we are obsessed with this place and everyone who works there! The wonderful woman at the front desk (I'm so sorry I don't know your name) was so sweet and got both of us back to see the doctor very fast. My nurse, Siera, was also one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She made me feel so comfortable and heard. She kept calling me "sweet heart" Next, we both saw Dr Sandhu...what I wouldn't give to have him as our PCP. His bedside manner is out of this world. He treated us both aggressively and I felt better in less than 24 hours. I was back to normal. I trust them completely. I also LOVE how supportive Dr Sandhu is with breastfeeding! I can't tell you how many doctors hint at the fact I should be weaning my almost 2 year old but he praised me, told me how proud he was and encouraged me to continue. Literally the best urgent care experience I have ever had. We were both the first patients of the day and were in and out so quick. LOVE THIS PLACE.
