    Just trying to call and get through to someone to schedule was hard enough. On top of that, no one…read morecould tell me if the doctor was in network with my insurance. It took three calls (which I waited 20+ minutes each time JUST for someone to answer) I don't know a single doctors office that's takes THAT long to answer incoming calls no matter how may doctors are there. Once answered, the receptionists didn't have any answers to any questions. Could not get on their website either. Very shady, unprofessional. If they don't have a decent answering service, website etc, how successful can this place be? Made me very leary and I cancelled my appointment.

BIG Negatives: they can't get labs after five days waiting; you cannot speak to a human or leave a message via website--they only want to use an app to track personal info which I know they have done as they now have info regarding other family members they have never treated, which they have now associated with my records. I have been on hold for 1.5 hours to get through to office to obtain labs; message was taken by central office indicating clinic would call back--they haven't for five days and a prior call more than 24 hours ago. On the other hand they have plenty of time to call and solicit my obtaining services which it is unclear I need. At best they are clearly understaffed to handle the "services" they are offering. I guess if you need a quick stitch up, it would be better than nothing but this doesn't amount to medical care in my opinion.

We were told to go up the stairs and knock on the door. Someone answered and let us in. Every one was helpful. It is pretty much like the elevators at Integris main except they have a LOT of elevators down at one time.

That is why I said to the gentleman, Mark, at the front desk when I was making my appointment in person: "I do not want to get any surprise medical bills after my appointment with the doctor so here is my insurance card. Please check and let me know how much will be covered by my insurance before my appointment." This was two or three weeks before my appointment with the doctor Deberry. If I had known that my insurance company would not cover my doctor's visit 100%, I would have cancelled my appointment in the first place. That was not an urgent visit, anyways. I did not get any lab work done upstairs because I asked the ladies if my insurance would cover them 100 %. They said "no" and I left. After meeting with the Dr. Deberry, I have received a surprise "bill" in my email on May 29th, 2026. I called 405-252-9720 on the same day and spoke with Ms. Janita at 10:28 AM for 16 minutes to explain my situation. I said "I am not going to pay this bill because it is the hospital's fault not to inform me that I might receive a surprise bill after my doctor's appointment even though I specifically asked to be informed. The hospital had enough time to inform me before my appointment date. Additionally, Dr. Deberry made me wait in the office for about 45 to 50 minutes. When I finally opened the door to ask if the doctor was coming, someone sitting behind a computer said he was Dr. Deberry." I asked my Janita for the charges to be voided. After all this explanation, Ms. Janita on the phone made me repeat myself like a broken record for three times, and in the end, she said that I must still pay for the services received. What service??? Today, June 2nd, I received the same bill to my email, again, in the amount of $246.78. I am not paying for your hospital's mistakes: 1- failing to inform me that I might receive a surprise bill after meeting with the doctor when I specifically requested to know and 2- Dr. Deberry made me wait 45-50 minutes before he finally arrived. The Integris Health must take responsibility for wasting my time.
