Booked a telehealth appointment because I'm not able to drive. However they weren't helpful in any way and asked me to come in person. What's the point in having telehealth if there's nothing they can do over telehealth? Waste of money and time. Won't be back. read more

I've used Healthcare Express a few times now. I have great health insurance, each time they tell me my co-payment is exactly what it says on the back of the card at 30 dollars. Every time now, I get a huge bill within 60 days; saying I owe for an injection I never got or some lab they didn't do. Be careful with this place as it often overcharges! They charge your insurance a ridiculous price and then send you the bill as well. I thought it was the first time this happened to me, but after trying three different locations, I found it's a company tactic! As a single parent, I can't afford these bills. Only used them because I can't take off work I don't get paid for missing days. Called them to try and negotiate the bill which was a total waste of my time. They were no help at all! read more

This place is terrible. I took my son here for a cough in July. They treated him and 3 months later still coughing. Finally got it taken care with OTC meds. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Better off going to the emergency room. read more

when you call, they are incredibly rude. Constantly referring to the fact that they are an urgent care clinic so they don't know how long things take. I work in a much busier urgent care clinic, so it's rather demeaning. The few times I've been hear I've been the only patient in the waiting room but it's been very slow. The front desk person never smiles. The only time she was "polite" was when she said, "okay I'll take your $15." I handed her my card and she says "Thank you ma'am." Didn't say anything else like, please take a seat or... I'll call you back shortly. I only came here because I've been to several places that no longer offer them and I need it done. But I do not recommend. read more

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. There is nothing EXPRESS about this place at all. The nurses and staff members are zombies. You can clearly tell they do not want to be there and are not happy with what they do for a living and move sooo slow. We waited an hour to get my daughter seen for a possible ear infection. It took forever to get called back and when we were finally in the back, we waited even longer. There was nobody else in the waiting area either. If you want fast service DO NOT go hear. Go to Classen Urgent Care clinic in moore. They all move fast and get you in and out with meds sent to ur choice of pharmacy quick. read more

Unprofessional and rude lady next to the receptionist. Was 5 minutes late and waited over an hour just to be seen to get an antibiotic with one person in the lobby other than us. And when seen by nurse and doctor there were in and out within a minute but still had to wait another 20 min to get prescription to be able to leave. Edit: so went to pick up prescription hour and half later after the visit to this so called "urgent care" they never called in my mothers prescription and she is very sick. Ridiculous and I highly recommend new staff or don't visit this place waste of time and money. read more

This business has made my life a living he!! ..and I don't know what to do anymore started with a visit in 2019 for sinus infection I called the office first and spoke with April asking how much a visit would cost and was told $125 for just the visit and no testing I agreed and went in the office filled out the paperwork and was called back no testing was done and after 5mins was sent on my way. when checking out the receptionist asked if I wanted to use my insurance and I informed her that my insurance didn't usually cover anything other then catastrophic health issues and she said sometimes they would pay all or part of a visit like this leaving me with a copay of $50 "which I payed prior to leaving" so nearly a year later I received a bill in the mail for $142.00 plus the $50 I paid already totaled $192 for my visit of $125 that I would have paid in person the day of my visit.I thought no problem I'll just go to the location and explain the situation and they should be able to fix easily...that was a joke! Office receptionist instructed me to contact billing in east Texas. So I've now made dozens of calls talked to no less than 5 different people who claim to review and get back with me with never a response this bill without notice gone as a negative mark against my credit destroying my 843 credit score preventing me from closing on a home. I don't know what to do at this point. read more

We had a wonderful experience. I was able to get my daughter in to see someone even with this being such a busy time with Covid. The provider was so kind and went above and beyond to explain all our options. Our health care workers are overwhelmed and tired and they made me feel welcome and cared about. read more

DON'T GO HERE!! the worst urgency care i've ever been to. the receptionist with pink eyeliner was so rude, was not helpful at all. there was about 9 people in the lobby and waited for FIVE HOURS for a covid test. if i could give zero stars i would. read more

Would really like to think they were having a bad day but wow no way I would even think about returning. They are rude. My husband and I had just been to the Midwest City location a few days before and they were great. But we needed to return to have an infection looked at and stiches removed. THESE LADIES WERE HATEFULY RUDE! The nurse told my husband that it was going to be an additional $75 for the removal of the stiches. When he said that MWC removed 3 stiches but said the rest weren't ready to be removed and they didn't charge him that. Her response was well you don't know what your talking about. Their policy is not to bill insurance for stiches to be removed. UMM WHAT? Why not. MWC didn't charge us extra. She was hateful again and told him he didn't know what he was talking about. When he said fine he would go somewhere else she told him. That's a good idea. We went back to the MWC location and no extra charge there and they lady were wonderful!! read more

Extremely disappointed! Do not go here! Couldn't help my elderly mother although after two phone calls to them to tell them her symptoms (severe vomiting) they said to bring her in. They immediately charged her credit card $40. A nurse(?) took her vitals and history and left the room. When the NP came in she told us they couldn't help her and to go to the ER. The NP said she would get a refund. We asked for it as we left, but were told they can't give a refund--even though she had just paid--and that we would have to call the number on a card they gave us. The first time we called we were told the refund would be on its way in a few weeks. The second and third time we called were were ignored and never got a call back. Since we cannot get a callback from "Rebecca" their "Customer Advocate," we've contacted the company by email 5 times and have received no response other than an automated one that states one of the "ROCKSTAR OPERATORS" will get back to us soon. read more
