We have been to the Moore and Norman locations a dozen times or more for treatment for our children and ourselves. We have been seen quickly even when they're busy, all of the staff are kind and efficient, and they're great with our kids. We have also never had any billing issues with them. Great and friendly service. This is the second time I've had to utilize their services. Check in was smooth and easy. I feel I no more sat day and was called to the back. The nurse and doctor both were thorough with their questions and services. My issue was addressed above and beyond. Since I was there this time on a Sunday early morning, they even gave me a heads up that my preferred pharmacy was not open yet. There is an urgent care closer to my house but due to a negative experience there I went here and I'm glad to have such great service close by! read more

My husband and I drove down to the clinic after potentially being exposed to Covid-19. The day we went, we arrived fairly early and there were already others waiting. They got us in more promptly than you typically would for urgent care and the nurse we provided our tests was very nice. We have sent two other friends there for testing since we went, all with positive experiences as well. read more

Well this is the most in-urgent care I've ever been to ‍ came here for a worker's comp visit and the girl at the desk acted like she knew nothing about them. She didn't respect me and she made it very clear she didn't want to be here today. The waiting room was full of coughing patients and they made no moves to create social distancing or separate well from sick patients. I asked for the provider's name and was told they didn't "know." I do not recommend this practice to anyone-- especially children, or elderly. read more

My son was injured at work. We went to Classe Urgent Care in Moore. After x-rays the doctor said you have several fractures you need to see an orthopedic doctor. There was no home care instructions for elevation, hot or cold packs, weight bearing limits etc. Also she knew he was in excruciating pain but did not give anything for pain or a prescription for home. This was Friday afternoon at 4:00 so no chance of seeing a doctor for at least a few days. She just told him he was free to go. Then we had to pay cash bc the girl up front said it was a lot of paperwork to do workmen's comp. So his boss had to call workmen's comp & do all the paperwork. I was not in the exam room with my son or I would have asked some questions. I will never go there again. read more

I hate for this little prize to get out but I've been twice. First time I saw a nurse Practioner ( I'm biased because I too am a nurse) second time I saw P. A , which was kind, authentic, thorough, and was strategic. I felt better after one day of taking the meds she prescribed. I will continue to use West as my primary. My son was sick and sent home from school. They were able to see him on a walk in basis. We have been here once before for Covid shots. Assistant and PA who took care of him were very friendly and thorough. Place looked very clean and well kept. We will be using them again in the future. read more

I decided to specifically place this review on Yelp because this clinic's reviews on other sites seem unusually inflated with bots, and reviews from their own staff. This review is my OWN experience with this company backed by factual documents, voicemails, recorded conversations, etc. This clinic deserves negative stars. This is how they treated me as a customer... I visited this location in Moore in September 2021. Due to a mistake with my insurance, I had to pay approximately $70 more than what my copay should have been. I took care of the issue with my insurance and they filed a claim with my insurance. Their claim was paid timely by my insurance but it was confirmed I was owed a refund. I requested a refund multiple times because I was not going to be returning to their facility and had no need for a credit to remain on my account. They eventually indicated to me that they mailed the refund to my mailing address, which was confirmed with them multiple times. Two months later, still no refund. I called and was told that they had the wrong address, which was not true. It turns out they mailed the refund certified, signature required, without telling me and I received no notices from the post office. I had no idea. I was at work! It was returned to them unclaimed due to this and they never notified me. They sat on the check for months without notifying me. I reached back out once I realized another promised refund never arrived. I asked for them to mail the check regular mail. They refused and demanded I pick up the refund in person or by someone with a power of attorney. By the time I was able to pick up the check in person, I only had a very short time to deposit the check and I could not take care of that before the check expired. I reached out to them and they would not respond. I filed a claim with the BBB and they refused to respond to the BBB. *Edit 7/10/22: office clerk texted me on my personal phone number accusing me of failing to deposit the check on time. The office clerk only seemed worried about paying a $25 stop payment fee on a check that was expired and can't be cashed or deposited! They took zero responsibility for their complete lack of communication and continued to place the sole blame on me. *Update 7/12: I received an email from the office clerk that they will issue another refund but won't mail it. I've contacted the BBB again. *Update 7/19: I have received notice from the BBB that Classen Urgent Care still refuses to respond to their requests to resolve this issue and advised me to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I emailed the office clerk to see when the check would be ready. No response. Zero communication. *Update 7/28: I have been reaching put to the office clerk and billing asking when my refund would be ready. No response. Finally after speaking to a receptionist at the Norman location (who was actually nice), I had the unpleasantness of speaking to a man from the clinic (the owner, I believe). He refused to directly answer any questions, made mutliple false accusations, kept talking over me aggressively about unrelated things, making more accusations, was mad about the 20 bucks he chose to spend on postage and he also went on a rant about me leaving negative reviews on sites. I had and am still having a negative experience with this company. After calling me rude (I was rude, I responded in-kind to how he spoke to me, plus I've been dealing with this for almosta year!), he went on an aggressive, rage-filled rant about how he was going to sue me. He made sure to tell me his attorney cost $400 an hour and made more threats towards me. Even went as far as to tell me he'd pay that attorney for 10 hours to go against me. He kept on with his rage and said I'd be getting a letter from his attorney. I felt intimidated like he was saying he would sue for a negative review which is why I am not including all information about this situation. I do wonder if that letter will cost him $400? After spewing other things he hung up on me. Call is recorded in full. *Final update 7/29: After checking around with neighbors, I located the refund that was put in a neighbors mailbox instead of mine. The refund is in hand after almost a year. I fully expect further retaliation from this company, especially after the threats made to me by who I believe is the owner. If it's not the owner then the owner needs to look into who is threatening his patients. read more

I am from out of town and I had to come to Oklahoma due to the death of a family member. Over a period of 7 days I visited Classen 3 times as I got a very very bad bug. The staff here is fantastic. They took time to really assess what was wrong. Took X-Rays gave me blood and flu tests. Etc Etc. Isolated to a very bad virus. Wait times were good. Very very clean place. Other than the fact I was sick as a dog. The experience here was fantastic read more

My experience was not a good one. Went in for Covid test in May. They filed my claim and then billed me for $50 which I paid. Come to find out they sent claim in as "Medical visit" without the correct code for a Covid test. Called facility twice and spoke with 2 different girls and they were no help and extremely rude. Not getting a refund. Be careful if you go here. read more
