He always shows genuine concern for our son's wellbeing and has even called us after hours on his cell phone to follow up and see how our son is doing after a sick visit. The Office Manager can be a little sassy, but don't let that deter you. They also have office hours on Saturdays. If you're looking for a better alternative to your current Pediatrician, give Dr. Fricker a shot. You won't regret it.

He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. As soon as we walk in, who I am assuming is the receptionist, is standing in the lobby and whips around and looks completely confused as to why we are there. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I go "well if it's too late we can go somewhere else, but no you haven't seen us before" she goes on to walk into the back behind the counter obviously annoyed and slamming the door behind her. I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? If you cannot have any sympathy for someone who is not feeling well, don't work in healthcare. We happily went somewhere else, and they have taken great care of my boyfriend. I will never come back here. So sad to see how many bad apples are in the healthcare field nowadays.....

When speaking to the secretary she stated that a bill had been sent each month for the past 6 months and I had been contacted by phone as well. We came right when they were open and they had a nice waiting room with free drinks. Not long & they called us back. They took his X-rays and declared nothing was broken but that they'd have their radiologist take a second look for any small fractures. We appreciated that. We were in and out maybe 45 minutes. Another time my husband got pink eye from the kids he works with at his clinic. He came here to get the medicine he needed to cure it. He then (of course) passed it to me, and I was able to do a Telehealth online video meeting where I described my symptoms & they gave me eye drops also to help me out.
