After 11 years of seeing Dr Kraus, who is wonderful, I'll be leaving. The receptionist has been rude and abrupt for the last time.

Everyone at this facility has been quite helpful and very friendly. When scheduling the appointment…read moreI did not feel like I had to delay when I could bring the children in. Once we arrived they gave the kids masks and even had one for me to borrow during my time there if needed. They had a lot of paperwork to fill out, which was a little overwhelming. I probably would have appreciated having it mailed to me to fill out beforehand. It took me the entire doctor's visit to get it done and after. Dr. Amber Landry was extremely professional and so good with the kids. She was patient and answered all my questions. She as well gave each kid a book and they both are new favorites. The staff was so friendly as well and very patient. Will definitely be coming back.

The pre doctor or whoever he was had my daughter in tears yesterday. I will try to make this as short as possible. He decided I needed to leave the room and he asked her questions that did not have anything to do with why we were there. She felt she had to answer. I had a gut feeling i shouldn't have left the room, I went back in after a couple of minutes. When I went in my daughter looked so upset. The guy doctor looked at me as if I was a villian. What they didn't realize is my daughter talks to me. I spoke with office manager and the main doctor they said to file complaint. So now that I'm being ignored once again, it's time I speak up.

She came to visit me once in the hospital when I delivered one of my babies even though she wasn't the pediatrician who was servicing them. She just loved on them and helped to take one of my older ones to the restroom while I was nursing and didn't want my husband to wake up. She's seriously the sweetest and has the nicest office staff. You won't regret coming to see her.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am writing this as a former patient, and this experience is…read moresomething that has stayed with me for years. We came in simply to meet a new pediatrician after our previous doctor retired. What was supposed to be a routine introduction quickly turned into one of the most traumatic medical experiences of my life. Before my dad could even give consent, Dr. Aston had already ordered three vaccinations and stated that we would be charged no matter what. There was no conversation, no explanation, and no attempt to make me feel safe. I was 13 years old. When I realized I was about to receive three shots without any warning or preparation, I had immediate and overwhelming anxiety. Instead of giving me even a moment to breathe or calm down, two nurses physically restrained me. They held down my legs and chest while I cried and begged them to stop. Without asking for permission, they pulled down my pants to give the shots in my leg. I felt completely exposed and powerless. In the middle of this, one of the nurses knocked both of my cochlear implants off. Suddenly, I couldn't hear anything. I was completely cut off from the world around me, unable to understand what was happening, unable to communicate, and unable to see clearly as my arms were being held down against my chest. It was terrifying. I was tense, scared, and in pain. But more than that, I felt stripped of any control over my own body. That feeling has never fully gone away. Even now, years later, I can still remember exactly how it felt, physically and emotionally. I am now 20 years old and entering the medical field myself. This experience has shaped me deeply, and it will always serve as a reminder of the kind of provider I refuse to become. Patients, especially children, deserve dignity, consent, and compassion. I was not given any of those things here.

Five stars for Junie's pediatrician and this practice!…read more We see Dr. Melissa Lindenau, and we've also seen the Nurse Practitioner Micah. We're delighted to have such a talented, capable doctor and her talented team so close to our house, but it is worth a drive for an easy-going pediatrician who goes out of her way to make sure I'm not super stressed about the little things (a bout of diaper rash or a little cold) but have all the support I need on the big things (breastfeeding, vaccinations, etc.). She is a mom of four, so she has a lot of valuable insights for a busy working mom. We also love Amy and Jennifer on the office staff, and Dr. Lindenau's main nurse, Ashley. She is just as important to our experience as Dr. L, and she is a wonderful nurse. She's very good at her job, equally great with kids and parents, and we just really like her bedside manner. They've been able to get us in quickly the two times we've needed to be seen so far for something other than regularly-scheduled appointments. Most recently when I called, they got me in within an hour to see the NP, which was all we needed and worked perfectly for us. The other reason to go here is they are affiliated with Children's Hospital, which is clearly the hospital of choice for young children in OKC. Meaning, Junie's pediatrician would have privileges at Children's should we need that for any reason. I hope we don't need that, but it is a good think to think about just in case. I like to think this will Juniper's doctor until she's in college!
