Horrible staff, always dismissive and rude. Doctor prescribed me a medication without letting me know about possible mental side effects, and it had put me into the worst depression and anxiety episode in a long time. It has been over two months since I stopped the medication and I still don't feel the same. I had been managing my anxiety pretty well but since then, I have had consistent panic attacks and extremely high anxiety levels that have made it difficult to complete my normal daily tasks. read more

There are certain things I like about this practice, like the fact that they don't pressure me for certain things, and they let me be part of the decision making for my children's health care. I just wish the front desk girls were a lot nicer and that the doctor would spend a little more Time with you and not make you feel so rushed to get out. read more

Absolutely love it here. I really value the medical freedom and sharing the same point of views with the providers. As a mom, i no longer have anxiety with our kids wellness shots. Becky really takes my health serious by getting down to the root my health problems which are related to my hormonal imbalances. They're great listeners and have great communication with the staff. I have been looking for a general practitioner for a while. I haven't seen a doctor regularly in years, I just go to urgent care when I need to. But when my brother was diagnosed with cancer in March, I realized I needed to find a doctor to see me at least once a year for bloodwork, and so I have my records at one place instead of only going when I'm sick to wherever is most convenient at that time. I made an appointment, and even though it took several months to get in, it was definitely worth it. Kristin Bailey spent a ton of time with me, took copious notes, and ordered a special panel of labs based on my history, my concerns, and my family history. My experience today was worth the wait to get in, and worth the 30 minute drive from my house. I am taking a new B12 supplement and more of my D vitamin, based solely on what I told her. She also gave me a few samples to try, and will email me other recommendations based on what my bloodwork shows. I'm thankful to feel like I have a doctor who will hear my concerns, and I look forward to improving my health by having a better picture of what's going on overall. read more

Not: I LOVE KRISTEN BAILEY-MILLS my provider at fusion md. But... Last week I went to refill my insulin bc I was running low right on schedule and my new insurance had requested that I switch to a different kind. Due to the cold nature of Claudia and April, the latter telling me that she didn't need my RX fax number bc it wouldn't help, I ran out of insulin for 1.5 days and was almost forced to buy my insulin for $600 out of pocket. This wasn't the first time I have dealt with these two who are almost clueless, causing issues. This was just the first time I almost died. Last week during all of this, I had explained to April, the one who refused to fax my insulin prescription, that I am in Ohio and that I cannot make my appointment, in which now Claudia, who hung up before I could explain, told me I am being charged 25 dollars for no notice. Absolutely terrifying for me and my family to essentially pray my insulin script gets sent over while being made to feel guilty for checking on the progress too much and told "we will get to it when we can" The alternative was the ER. Two very cold horrible people who have ruined a wonderful place for me. read more

Horrible Staff!!! Cara Engelmann was very rude and condescending when trying explain the situation with my child and possible c-diff reinfection. She didn't even exam my child during our visit and refused to look at a test report I got from another provider over the weekend because Fusion is not open on the weekends. Dr. Fox is just the best. I went to her for my baby, McKinley. Not only did she discover that McKinley had a lip and tongue tie, she really saved our whole breastfeeding experience because of how quickly she found it. Without even complaining about breastfeeding problems, she noticed the problems and we had them fixed the next day by a different doctor. At other appointments, Dr. Fox has been so great spending time with us and answering any questions that we have. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Fox! read more

Dr. Fox and her team have been fantastic. I've had her as my doctor since she used to be at the Key Health Institute in Edmond, and now her new clinic, Fusion MD, is in the Del City area very close to Tinker AFB. Her clinic is on the back side of that strip mall area just off of the I-40 and Sooner road exit near Buffalo Wings or whatever that restaurant is. But you have to go behind the Discount Tires and drive all the way to the back. Her office is modern-looking. She also has supplements you can purchase. And she's very attentive. Her assessments are prety accurate. She discovered through a micronutrients test that I had a mutation in one of my genes that didn't allow me to detox or process folic acid properly. I had never heard of the condition before. When I looked online, sure enough it was there...and quite common. She prescribed some recommended supplements, and a month later, I've been feeling a whole lot better. I asked if she also accepts Medicare and Tricare in case my military veteran Dad would be interested in her services. She does. And she can also work with your doctor if you're currently on some special meds. Of course, it would probably depend on the severity of the condition on what she could do. She also seems well-versed in both traditional medicine as well as natural medicine. I discovered I was pre-diabetic and she asked me, "You want metformin? Or do you want to try the natural stuff?" I have to have say, I had high hopes. I had heard good things from family members, but came in for the first appointment, met with a PA and I don't think the doctor had on single valuable tip of information for my situation (and believe me, I have a lot to work with). I don't think I learned a single thing from the visit unfortunately, just the desire to schedule a test they can bill for and to schedule a follow up appointment such that may take over my care. Still I hear good things about the Doctor though, Dr. Fox, I will schedule an appointment with her, if I were to ever return. My friend gave me the recommendation to go see Dr. Fox for my daughter and I am glad she did! I was skeptical at first because it's hard to find an "alternatively minded" Dr who doesn't judge your decisions. But she was great. She didn't pressure anything, she was friendly, non judgemental, knew what she was talking about, and was even helpful when I came in for a regular physical. She was great with my 15 mo old and I & I would recommend her to anyone. read more

My mother has gone to this place for six months and they made her worse! They didn't even check for drug interactions before prescribing her a new med -- it made her worse than before and very ill. Then they schedule her out for six weeks before returning. What kind of medical care place does this? Don't come here if you're truly sick and need answers. read more

I was given a recommendation to see Dr. Fox by another medical professional. I have had a complicated health history and was skeptical that anyone would be able to help me. Dr. Fox is amazing!!!! First, she is a great listener, she actually spends a lot of time talking to you which is rare these days. Another thing I love about her is that she isn't going to send you home with medicine just because. If there is a natural way to take care of a problem you will also get to learn about that option. The other thing that I really like is that when I've had a issue she's actually called me to see how I'm doing and follow up. This is how a Dr. Is supposed to be! I was referred to Dr. Fox by a friend when I was searching for a pediatrician. Since taking my son in to see her over a year ago, I also gave birth to my daughter. She has seen her since she was 5 days old and has been absolutely wonderful. At 5 days old, she saw that my daughter was dehydrated and losing too much weight, and although she is a big supporter of breastfeeding and natural alternatives, she told me to start supplementing. She made sure to see us every couple of days to make sure we were reaching the weight goals she set for her. I had no idea that my baby wasn't getting the nutrients that she needed after she was born and I am so thankful for Dr. Fox's diligence and care of our family during such a stressful time.
