Once we arrived they gave the kids masks and even had one for me to borrow during my time there if needed. They had a lot of paperwork to fill out, which was a little overwhelming. I probably would have appreciated having it mailed to me to fill out beforehand. It took me the entire doctor's visit to get it done and after. Dr. Amber Landry was extremely professional and so good with the kids. She was patient and answered all my questions. She as well gave each kid a book and they both are new favorites. Fever, cough, runny nose. Being a holiday weekend no one was open except JKP. We went to the open location closest to us (SW 89th & May) and saw Karen. After two hours we had been told our baby had RSV, she was tested and it was negative, even though Karen was 99% sure it was RSV. Then She said it was Hand, Foot Mouth because she goes to a daycare, even though there was no rash on her hands, feet or mouth. Later on she guessed strep could be the cause because she had a fever rash. Even though I gave my baby Motrin while we were there and the rash was going away. However, she said she will not test babies for strep. She could not determine what was wrong and sent us home. No answers, no medication. We waisted our time. After the holiday weekend we followed up with our normal pediatrician. She immediately did a strep test that was positive. We had an antibiotic within an hour. Our Pediatrician also advised that strep has been going around and they are seeing multiple cases a day. The very next week, our 12 year old was sick, similar symptoms. My husband took her to JKP as that is where her Bio mom insists she goes. This time, the location was on S. Eastern just south of 12th in Moore. They confirmed they could visibly see puss pockets in her throat and it was in fact strep. However the strep test came back negative. They refused to prescribe any medication or treat her. Minutes later she was seen at an urgent care that immediately said it was in fact strep and their strep test was positive. Two different kids, two different locations, same common illness; Yet the same result they, refused to treat and they didn't know what was going on. We will NEVER go back!!!

I live in the NE and it was in the SW of the city so it was a good drive. Checked in a 8. The lady at the check in was very nice and helpful. Got everything set then abt 20 minutes later they came on got me. After getting hooked up to all types of wires and monitors it was off to try and sleep. Started out without a CPAP which is tough for me. After a couple of hours she came in and put a mask on. I did get a little bit better sleep. She came in several times to adjust the mask. Still did not sleep to good. Mostly due to the hard bed IMO as I usually don't have issues once I'm hooked up. About 640 she came in and got me all unhooked. Will take about a week to get everything to my Dr. was impressed with the whole thing and was treated very nicely.

I haven't found another ENT that was so personable and that's why he did my septoplasty and taken care of my ears. Yesterday, he dos my Inspire implant and his surgery skills are great as well. He is the best otolaryngologist that I've found. The office staff is always so kind and helpful and ensure the wait time is short. I highly recommend Dr Brandon Pierson.

Last Wednesday Urgent care sent me to the ER for an uncontrollable nose bleed. The ER packed my…read morenose and made an appt for me with Dr. P for first thing Monday morning to have the packing removed. I showed up on time but the office staff we insistent that the $40 co pay had to be paid before I could be seen. When I asked if I could pay it a week from tomorrow or be billed the office manager came out and said no. The signs were posted and without payment I would not be seen. They suggested I return to the ER to have the packing removed. They offered to charge my credit card half the copay for a future visit. I said no. They said they asked the dr and he said without payment I would not be seen. I was in tears. I managed to pay the $40 and by this time it was about 10 mins after 8. I was told to have a seat I would have to be "worked in" since it was past my appt time. The dr removed the packing and looked at my nose said he found a growth and would like to biopsy it in a few weeks and that he prefer I come back to him and not the ER. At the end of the appt I tried to apologize to the dr for the payment issue. He looked me straight in the eye and said "well you know this is a business". During the treatment he was talking about how his new tractor hit his air conditioning unit over the weekend. I was humiliated and embarrassed and in pain. I will not go back to this office or ENT. They were not kind nor compassionate nor understanding.

The first time, her dance manager brought her & when I arrived she told me how rude and coarse the staff was at the front desk. When I arrived, I witnessed a bit of this myself both times. The staff was rude, inattentive and downright unprofessional. My daughter almost blacked out in the waiting room and was yelled at to get on the scale. When I called to follow up with her primary to find out if her referral had been put in from a month ago, I was told that it was never put in. I am highly displeased with Moore Norman facilities & staff. The ONLY reason my child has gone there is because it was the closest location. If at all possible, we WILL NOT be using the services again & our family will be looking for medical care in another network.
