I have been a patient of Dr Santelli for at least 10 years now. I first went because my shoulder…read morehurt. No big deal, fixed that with a few visits. Then as the months passed I would go in for other aches and pains, Dr Santelli decided to run a blood test. I had 4 other medical Dr's at the time with current blood tests but no one saw anything wrong except for Santelli. My iron was a little high, he spent time thinking about it, even when I wasn't in his office, so he wanted to run a different blood test to get a Ferritin level. Long story short, he saved my life. He discovered that I have Hemochromatosis. A blood disorder that shuts down your organs and "rusts" your joints. He started my treatments and adds a special combination to my Chelation IV Therapy to pull the iron from my blood. My levels are great now and I continue with Chelation at his office in Moore even though I moved 2 hrs away a couple of years ago. There are 4 issues I am facing after using this service. 1) I have found some incorrect notes on my record from the physician I met. 2) I received a reference that do not fit my heath care needs. 3) The yelp review I previously wrote about this business is somehow missing. 4) I keep receiving marketing phone calls from Oklahoma and Moore now. I can request to amend incorrect notes, and I can look for a healthcare facility that would fit on my healthcare needs. Unfortunately, I realized that I have a trouble of understanding Spanish and Spanish influenced English, which is completely new to me. It is nothing wrong with Spanish English. It is just my English teachers have been Non-Spanish speakers. The care facility on my reference seems like more focused on Spanish speakers and those within Spanish / Hispanic culture (I thought I picked a physician who speaks English only). Bye the way, I was expecting to see more of French speakers instead, when it says Norman. Now, if the review I left disappears, it makes harder for me to remember how to use this facility. What I like and do not like this about this facility, and which service I should use. These information are useful for future reference, including if I accept job offers nearby businesses or not. I am also quite surprised on the phone calls everyday I receive from nearby Moore area, just because I used a service in Moore. These phone calls are mainly about MEDICARE. I totally understand some media says US is lacking funds for MEDICARE now. But, why do they call to foreign seasonal workers who are not sure where they will get retired. I am sure many of Americans are wealthy enough not to work on the infrastructure they use now. That is a great thing. But, keep targeting on foreign seasonal workers that work on your local infrastructure do not improve its condition either.

I took my last dose on July 18th and went in for an appointment on July 22nd and told them that he wanted to test me to make sure I was taking my medication. I gave a urine sample, but either I wasn't tested or Dr. Finch has an issue with me. Today, 12 days after my last dose the urine test was negative. He told me it's detected for a month in contradiction to every website I have researched. I detest being called a drug dealer by such a pathetic doctor. Use caution.

This organization is always very thorough and provides the absolute upmost care from all of their staff. I had my regular follow up today and all of my questions and concerns were adequately answered above and beyond. I left with more information and advice than expected(as always). Great medical faculty for your entire families needs. They provide care for all ages. Very welcoming. They provide text and email alerts as well as online patient portal.

Fever, cough, runny nose. Being a holiday weekend no one was open except JKP. We went to the open location closest to us (SW 89th & May) and saw Karen. After two hours we had been told our baby had RSV, she was tested and it was negative, even though Karen was 99% sure it was RSV. Then She said it was Hand, Foot Mouth because she goes to a daycare, even though there was no rash on her hands, feet or mouth. Later on she guessed strep could be the cause because she had a fever rash. Even though I gave my baby Motrin while we were there and the rash was going away. However, she said she will not test babies for strep. She could not determine what was wrong and sent us home. No answers, no medication. We waisted our time. After the holiday weekend we followed up with our normal pediatrician. She immediately did a strep test that was positive. We had an antibiotic within an hour. Our Pediatrician also advised that strep has been going around and they are seeing multiple cases a day. The very next week, our 12 year old was sick, similar symptoms. My husband took her to JKP as that is where her Bio mom insists she goes. This time, the location was on S. Eastern just south of 12th in Moore. They confirmed they could visibly see puss pockets in her throat and it was in fact strep. However the strep test came back negative. They refused to prescribe any medication or treat her. Minutes later she was seen at an urgent care that immediately said it was in fact strep and their strep test was positive. Two different kids, two different locations, same common illness; Yet the same result they, refused to treat and they didn't know what was going on. We will NEVER go back!!!
