I am sure nobody at that office cares but I am not letting this go. This is the way it is in corporate America now. The customer is never right and loyalty does NOT exist. I also have private insurance (Health Choice) as my primary, so Medicare is my secondary. I also have Tricare as a tertiary insurance, as I am retired from the military. Still, three different insurance plans are not good enough for Dr. Cox. Basically, if you are 65 or older and have to be on Medicare, Dr. Cox doesn't want to bother with you. That's fine. But he should put it on his website so people don't waste their time calling his office.
