The only struggle is that sometimes it can be hard to get appointments because they are very popular. They just opened a location in Edmond. It's worth it for suck skilled and comprehensive care.

There are 4 issues I am facing after using this service. 1) I have found some incorrect notes on my record from the physician I met. 2) I received a reference that do not fit my heath care needs. 3) The yelp review I previously wrote about this business is somehow missing. 4) I keep receiving marketing phone calls from Oklahoma and Moore now. I can request to amend incorrect notes, and I can look for a healthcare facility that would fit on my healthcare needs. Unfortunately, I realized that I have a trouble of understanding Spanish and Spanish influenced English, which is completely new to me. It is nothing wrong with Spanish English. It is just my English teachers have been Non-Spanish speakers. The care facility on my reference seems like more focused on Spanish speakers and those within Spanish / Hispanic culture (I thought I picked a physician who speaks English only). Bye the way, I was expecting to see more of French speakers instead, when it says Norman. Now, if the review I left disappears, it makes harder for me to remember how to use this facility. What I like and do not like this about this facility, and which service I should use. These information are useful for future reference, including if I accept job offers nearby businesses or not. I am also quite surprised on the phone calls everyday I receive from nearby Moore area, just because I used a service in Moore. These phone calls are mainly about MEDICARE. I totally understand some media says US is lacking funds for MEDICARE now. But, why do they call to foreign seasonal workers who are not sure where they will get retired. I am sure many of Americans are wealthy enough not to work on the infrastructure they use now. That is a great thing. But, keep targeting on foreign seasonal workers that work on your local infrastructure do not improve its condition either.

On the other hand they have plenty of time to call and solicit my obtaining services which it is unclear I need. At best they are clearly understaffed to handle the "services" they are offering. I guess if you need a quick stitch up, it would be better than nothing but this doesn't amount to medical care in my opinion.

Now I have to go to another ER to see if I can get the care I need. I'm not indigent, I have insurance not that it should matter but I'm tired of these doctors treating us like we don't matter. so now another ER. bill, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Per our EOB we owe nothing as we had met our out of pocket and our deductible prior to that date. I have been calling the billing department which is out of the Council Rd site for several weeks. Our insurance company has called the billing office for me. She was able to get through and was told they had not received the EOB by mid-April. Ok, so I wait a few weeks and call again because no doubt they have received the EOB by this time. I leave my name and number alone with my husband's name and number, the date of service and his birthdate. I have yet to hear from billing in regard to reimbursement. I guess I will have to file with small claims. This is the second time this has happened at this facility. I don't think they know how to check insurance, nor did they explain how much they were going to charge which is not normal for any office. This happened the last time as well. Again, I do not recommend this facilities ER department due to poor business office practices. Even a return call to let me know the status and that they got my message and would be working on it and let me know when it was complete would be better than the silence and feeling like we are being scammed.
