I can't move forward without insurance coverage. When I left, they charged me for the visit. Again, I was shocked and honestly mad. They had 2 weeks to inform me of this information. But they chose to have me come to their office so that they could charge me for the visit! Even if I choose to pay a physician, it will not be WeightWise. They were not honest with me up front.

In his trying to get a viable biopsy sample he dug around in my neck 4 different times. It was brutal. A week later, and I am still extremely bruised. It took three calls to get my results on the biopsy. I told the nurse and the office manager about the bruising on my neck. They didn't show any concern.
