The check-in process was quite dry and unpleasant. The staff actually never greeted the patient in front of me or after me. They seemed to have acted as if they had wished they could have been anywhere else besides at work. Prior to my appointment, I have not only registered online but had already uploaded both my Photo ID and Insurance Card. However, when I was at the front desk to inform that I was there, they still had to take my information and then proceeded to ask me to verify quite a bit of HPI. When I explained that I was not going to verbalize my PHI with a line behind me and the waiting room full of people, the front desk clerk expressed frustration. I explained the danger in doing that and that I would be happy to share my stance with her Manager, she quickly agreed that I did not have to do that any longer. I will say, I ONLY have great things to share about the Tech who took my ultrasound. She was not only kind and polite, but she made the entire exam comfortable and continued to ask if I needed anything. Then once completed, she went above and beyond to ask if I not only needed anything but if there were any question I may have had that she could be help with. read more

I had an appointment today 9/15/2025. Showed up and told the machine is down and I can reschedule. The machine was down all day. Why was I not notified? I was told I could sit and wait to see if the machine got working. Now I'm rescheduled to the day before my appointment, In which I need the results. Not right. And I drove only 30 minutes. What if I came from further away to get the imaging? It's just not right. read more

I had an MRI of my knee at Touchstone Imaging. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end! Office staff was welcoming and friendly! I did not have a wait time. The MRI technician was helpful and friendly! MRI did not take long. Results came back within a few business days. There was a report system that sent results and explained each and every medical term that I did not understand. I had never seen a system like that before - And it was fabulous! Scheduling was quick and easy. The sonographer was attentive and considerate. The problem is that it's 9 days later and still no report, although they did give me the disc when I requested the report 3 days after the test. They told me they would mark it as priority as I explained my pain and the urgency of this imaging to diagnose serious issues that may need immediate attention. When I requested the report 2 days later, it still was not ready. Here we are 9 days out-my Dr office contacted them today, finding out it had not even been read yet, let alone the report being created. Extremely disappointed and will not use them again. read more

Do not use this place. They are horrible. it's been 8 days since my x-ray and they can't even send it to my doctor. I have asked for a refund but they refused. I have since filed a BBB complaint. This place is worthless. read more

DO NOT Use touchstone I have waited 3 weeks for my imaging results for my dr to treat my damaged wrist and still no results it's time to sue for malpractice if my hand is healing in wrong way read more

The ultrasound was good. The facility is clean but billing is atrocious. I was billed and was documented a test was completed that was not. Months later, I am still disputing the bill. read more

The assisting staff was kind enough. My only issue was that I had to take an elderly family member with memory issues for an appointment here. When we arrived , they asked if we had certain cards regarding past procedures and if we couldn't produce them they would have to reschedule us. They could've told us that yesterday over the phone so we could make sure we were prepared. It's not easy to get older people with memory problems around in the first place. read more

I went in for a Brain MRI in a wide bore. The staff was attentive and very helpful. It only took 15 minutes too!

While the tech who performed my ct was excellent, I can only give 3 stars. The tech promised I would have my results by "Friday at the latest", his exact words. On Monday I still did not have results and had to have my doctor call who was able to get results within a few hours. 6 days is too long to wait for cancer surveillance. They seem to forget that actual people are waiting for this very important information. Once I did receive results they did not do a comparison with my previous mri which was also done at touchstone so they definitely had access. Comparison is very important for cancer surveillance. They said my doctor would have needed to request this which my doctor said was very unusual and not standard practice at any other facility. My doctor did request the comparison which they did provide. The office staff was very detached and just said "we don't know anything because the scans are read out of state" very much a fast food chain experience which isn't what I want for medical imaging. read more

giving two stars because the person who gave me my MRI/talked me through it was truly amazing. if she hadn't been it would be one star. the billing department is going wild & i sadly have no idea what's going on with my bill. i paid nearly $1000 & told that was all. almost a month later i get an email saying i apparently owe another $400??????? i call billing & this touchstone location & get two different suggestions/answers & get told i'll be contacted in 2-3 business days. so after the 2 business days i just decide to call them to try to clear everything up & im told to speak to the manager. after being on hold i am told the manager is in a meeting & will have to call me back after the meeting. it has now been over 24 hours & i have still not heard a single word. i guess the managers meeting could've been held over several hours (like 24 hours?) late but i doubt that's what happened! long story short i will not send my chronically ill friends to any touchstone because damn yall wtf i've been told i owe multiple different amounts & my itemized bill doesn't seem so itemized. i just want a true answer!!! read more

This place is nice and hygenic and very professional I highly recommend to get a diagnostic here since this is a new facility I greatly advise to share this place with family and friends since this a newer area of diagnostic testing so it can get well known they also have a Spanish speaking front desk receptionist this facility is more Spanish friendly so it makes it more easier for access to those who do not know english, the front desk is also very professional with computers and tech. They also help out the military and veterans community through this business. Great technicians nice and friendly. read more

Was able to get seen quickly. Day of my appointment I waited no more than 5 minutes to be called back. Receptionist who checked me in and the ultrasound tech were both extremely friendly. Thank you. read more
