By the way, some seem to think that there should be an employee for each person in the store. If I am in a hurry and can't find what I want I often peek around the corner in another aisle and usually see a clerk busy stocking something on a shelf. I…read morewent to ask for the eyeglasses prescription for my child and the woman that answered said that it was the Doctor's policy that the records could not be release and that any replacement they were the only place we could go if they were the provider. I know for a fact that Oklahoma law and even federal law states that at any point the eyeglasses prescription can be asked for and should be given without any fees. I would avoid a place that holds your medical records, even after you tell them about how they can not hold them.
