I went to Enid Live Well for tattoo removal, but later discovered at a licensed med spa that I had been overcharged and misinformed. While the staff at Enid Live Well were friendly, I paid $150 per session for five treatments on a small 1-inch tattoo and saw no visible progress. The new med spa's licensed physician explained that my tattoo looked as though I had only undergone one session, not five. She also told me the treatments at Enid Live Well were scheduled far too frequently. Dr Vicki had advised me to return every two weeks or once a month, but proper tattoo removal requires at least eight weeks between sessions for the skin to heal. Today was my first visit for laser hair removal. It was so odd. It didn't hurt but was like plucking with tweezers and uncomfortable. Dr. Vicki was amazing and very informative and helped make a plan for future visits. Took like 15 minutes total. I cant wait to see results in the next few visits! I made an appt for a blood test & for a checkup. I could not understand the person who answered the phone so I had my husband set up the appt & I think from then on out there was communication problems. I googled 'holistic' doctors in Enid however once I came in I was told the doctor I thought I had the appt was with no longer worked there. I was charged for seeing two doctors, one for the blood draw and the other for the Chiropractor asking about 3 questions..I was NOT there to see a chiropractor, so I was charged $130 for her 3 questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. My appt was for weird vertigo/pulsating headaches & that was never addressed. My basic vitals were not taken whatsoever & had they been then maybe I would be closer to figuring out the reason why I went in. The whole experience from walking in the door & being told to not fill out paper work to filling it out & back and forth to the 'exam' was a bad experience & unethical since again, I was not there there to see a Chiropractor. I was not at ANY point told that that there would be an additional charge for the blood draw being sent out...it was even mentioned that this was the first time I had ever had my blood taken so obviously I wouldn't have known there was an extra charge. Many months later I received a bill of $1200 that my insurance kept kicking back not wanting to cover. Pandemic or not an unexpected $1200 bill that you were never told you would receive is a huge financial blow. Between this place not sending in my correct insurance information in the beginning & my insurance kicking it back this bill was nearly sent to collections because of how long the process took. This experience with this business from start to finish was a nightmare with zero suggestions, remedies, etc for the headaches. To this day when I google Holistic doctors in Enid the person I thought my appt was with is still coming up under the search & 'taking appts'. The ONLY positive experience I had in this entire situation is the Chiropractor going over my blood results extensively but again the vertigo and headaches not addressed. read more

I came here because this was the only place in town i could find for a massage. I am not from Enid, and did a lot of searching and this was seemingly the only place. The offices are lovely, bright and airy and full of activity. Great for a chiropractor or physical therapist. Sucky for a relaxing massage. It was nearly impossible to relax because of all of the racket in the offices. The massage rooms are upstairs with no solid walls, so every sound of equipment from the chiro tables or the pilates equipment reverberates into the rafters of the massage room. The therapist was great and did her best, but the owners have not given her the tools or environment to make it a valuable experience. i wish i had saved my 70 bucks and just dealt with the pain. read more

I have been to Enid many times over the years. I was have lower pain,due to my own stupidity. I lifted something way to heavy on Memorial weekend. So for 5 days I suffered. The center worked me in Right away DR Viki worked on my back for quit a while I was able to leave the center pain free. Dr Viki is very interested in her patients well being whether it is Chiropratic needs or healthy living. You will not find anyone more caring than her. Her team is awesome. You can even get all your therapies done there, a massage and even a facial. They also offer laser hair removal. I have done all of it and have not been disappointed. I read more
