My husband had MRI jan25, they misfiled insurance and we were in contact over 8 times to resubmit . Still incorrectly filed. Called yesterday Robert asked again for information - gathered and submitted yet again . This morning Jose' called and informed won't resubmit too far out and we hadn't been in contact which is incorrect when I called him on that it was well you didn't do your due diligence . To get in there was quick and painless, to get any sort of records, however, it's a pain in the ass, called the local office, got a number for billing, first person couldn't help, had to call again because for some reason he couldn't transfer me, called again, second person couldn't help transferred me to an extension that hung up on me, call beck the local office, who was supposed to be able to provide me with some sort of summary, all she did is get really offended because I said damn on the phone and she personally hung up on me, so I called the other number back again and spoke with yet another person of a different extension who couldn't do anything even transfer me to someone in charge and just hung up on me again! After the visit and before they even sent us a statement, they sent us a legal action final notice. I've tried them on the phone but no operators are ever available. And you can't leave a message, the automated attendant just hangs up on me. They did bill the insurance but immediately started threatening to sue us for our portion. We have an HSA so we get a bill showing what the insurance paid, then we submit the balance from the HSA. This is not uncommon. We have to have an address, so we have to wait for a bill. These folks just went right to "final notice" and started threatening to sue or place for collections before sending us a single request. If you have other options, STAY AWAY from these people or your credit score will be the one suffering. read more
