The staff is amazing. The wait for the procedure was a longer than expected with having an appointment but it was okay. I am just amazed at how not only the nurse called to check on my daughter the same day but the actual doctor called personally the following day, on a Saturday, to check on her and gave us his cell number if any problems arose. VERY POOR BUSINESS! DO NOT USE! I went there looking to have my deviated septum fixed and was told I would have to wait about a week before I could get in as they needed to contact my insurance company. After a short while they called me back stating that it had been approved and would only be a $25 co-pay. After the assessment I stated I would like to have the procedure and they stated they would contact my insurance to get it approved. Three weeks passed and I never recieved a call but I did recieve a bill for $900.00!!! After much complaining and mediating i got it down to $250.00 and went ahead and paid it so it would not negatively effect my credit. It is important to note that this required many calls and a BBB complaint being filed. The business never did call me back and upon calling my insurance they stated that this business never contacted them. VERY SHADY BILLING PRACTICES! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I can not stress this enough. Find someone else to do your procedure. read more
