Called Eileen and told her I was in the parking lot, she told me to come on in. She went back to Dr. Demille and he agreed to at least take a look. He did and proceeded to give me options to get rid of the tooth ache. We decided to do a crown. He had an opening and he did it right then and there. He and his team even stayed after 5:30 to get it done! They did an A++ job. The man stayed LATE, did not rush and made sure the temp was perfectly seated. Both were for the insulin I desperately needed for the weekend. It was five minutes until Rick's closed. We turned around and headed that way. I phoned Rick's and got Rick himself. I told him what had happened. He called right back, paper had jammed in the fax machine. By the time we arrived, they had been closed for some time. Rick was great, very understanding and went out of his way to see that I got the meds I needed. I will be switching all my scripts over to Rick's. The only improvement I have is I wish they used an app. It sure would help on my end, but even so, Rick has my business from now on.
