I am sad to say that I did not have a very good experience at Aspen Dental. While visiting home for a couple weeks over summer break, I knew it was time to schedule a dentist appointment. I made my appointment for 3:30 PM, but I was called the morning of my appointment with a message asking me to return the call regarding my appointment that day. So, I called, and the lady that answered the phone said that it was likely the office manager wanting to know if I could come in earlier at 2:30 or 3:00. I agreed to come at 2:30 and showed up around 2:15 to fill out my new patient paperwork. Once I had finished my paperwork, I sat and waited... and waited... and waited. Other people came in, were called back, and left while I sat and waited to be called. I finally was called back at 3:20 PM - basically the time of my original appointment. So, now I am wondering why I was asked to come in early if they were not actually able to accommodate me at that time. Or if they had never changed my appointment time in the first place which would still be poor performance on their end. After I was called back, one X-ray was taken of my teeth, and then I was informed that Aspen Dental's computer systems were down. They could not access any of my insurance information and could not proceed with my appointment. I know that this is not the Enid office's fault, but it was unfortunate that it had to happen after I had already waited almost an hour to be called back for my appointment. The women that were at the front desk were apologetic and told me that I could come back the next morning at 10 AM and they would get me in for my appointment. However, after waiting for an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment, I had doubts about coming in the next morning for a walk-in. I also had friends coming from out of town to visit over the next few days, and I didn't want to spend time with them at the dentist. I'm sure this is an isolated incident, but since I am not here for very long I will likely not be returning to Aspen Dental for my dentistry needs. read more

Everyone was so kind and friendly, they made us comfortable from the time we walked in the door. We were there to get dentures for my husband and unfortunately Dr. Andrews found my husband has too much bone and will need surgery to remove some of it before he can get dentures. They gave him a referral to an oral surgeon and He will get the dentures after he has surgery. Although it didn't go as planned we left the office feeling confident that Dr. Andrews and his staff are competent and truly care about their patients. read more

I had to get a set of new dentures and the process of getting financial help to the tune of $2200, getting multiple teeth pulled, impressions of mouth, several fittings to getting to take your dentures can be daunting but Aspen Dental made it easy and showed compassion. This place started out ok, no better no worse than any other dentist in town but has rapidly gone downhill. I made an appointment for 2:00 PM, when I arrived at 1:50 the doors were locked. Several other clients were waiting and one guy finally called them at 1:55, they opened the doors at 2. I sign on and sit down to wait. About 30 minutes later the very friendly office manager calls my name and tells me the price so I pay. Fast forward another hour (now an hour and a half past my appointment time) I'm still sitting in the waiting room that is now standing room only. I've watched the two people who were there before me and about 4 people at me get called to the back and leave. I decided that was enough, there was no explanation for the delay, no apologies from the staff, nothing. I asked the lady up front for a refund and I'd just leave, she tries to tell me "oh, we can't do that. We have to put in a request and it'll be 10-14 business days. " At the end of it all I finally got my money refunded but I will NEVER go back to them read more
