He did and proceeded to give me options to get rid of the tooth ache. We decided to do a crown. He had an opening and he did it right then and there. He and his team even stayed after 5:30 to get it done! They did an A++ job. The man stayed LATE, did not rush and made sure the temp was perfectly seated. He even personally called me the next day to check on me. People, that's SERVICE in the finest! Great job Dr. Demille and team.

He has been on 2 different antibiotics, 2 rounds of steroids, a trip to Urgent care for more antibiotics... 2 ENT's and a cat scan. He now needs surgery to get tooth or bone floating around in his sinus cavity. I highly recommend not going to this place.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your dental office. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to address these THREE significant issues that have left me quite dissatisfied. Firstly, during my visit, I experienced what I believe to be disrespectful treatment from your staff. I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and I was not treated with the level of professionalism I expected. Once the older blonde lady came to get me from lobby, she replied that my appointment had already started and that she would do what she could in the remaining time. This type of interaction is disheartening, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should feel safe and valued. Secondly, I noticed discrepancies in my billing that resulted in what I believe to be overcharging for the services rendered. I was charged for a procedure that was quoted at a lower price during my initial consultation. I would appreciate a thorough review of my bill to clarify these charges and ensure that I am billed accurately. Thirdly, I feel the office staff were so "busy" they had no time for my questions or even to consider helping with the issue I was having with the initial paperwork. I felt that the staff worked there for the money, instead of working there to provide service to their customers/patients. I did not feel welcomed at all. I had a gut feeling as I was walking to the back after my name was called to ACTUALLY TURN AROUND AND LEAVE!!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY GUT FEELING AND LEFT!!! THIS PLACE IS OVER-PRICED AND I FEEL THEY ACCEPT ALL THESE PATIENTS SO THAT THEY CAN PAY THEIR BUILDING OFF OR PAY FOR THE RUDE STAFF. I do not tell anyone in the healthcare field that I am also a healthcare provider; therefore, they think I do not know what they are talking about when they do speak to me. All the misinformation they gave to me I believe perhaps they should go back to school or actually go find a job they have no interaction with human-beings. Some people just do not belong in the customer service business. This place and their staff are great examples of who should not be in this business. I believe that constructive feedback can lead to positive changes within your practice. Although, if they are just working for the money, then they will never learn how to treat people (which is usually a learned skill as a child).
