On my last appointment, as he walked through my little area to another patient next to my little area, he ignored me totally and as he went by I said "hi" and was again ignored. He was so rude and I felt he was very condescending towards me. The staff again were very nice. They said they would call me for the next appointment. I waited and waited and never was called. I finally called them and the woman I spoke to was very short and rude and all she would say is "you need to call your regular dentist" (who referred me) over and over and over. What a terrible way to treat a patient whom he said was "a model patient" because I just try to do what they ask and not move. Such a bad experience.
