This place sells the most unique cutest donuts I have ever seen. We like to make it a tradition specially on Halloween to go get one my son loves looking at the different designs and different options they have.
First off I love the ambience of this place because I am a Horror fan!! But most of all the customer service was fantastic with a beautiful smile from Marie. I came in today with my daughter and we grabbed some cute donuts along with a vegan donut for me. Absolutely delicious. We found out from Marie that this is a business that she shared with her daughter which is a beautiful thing. The decor of the place is so creative! Marie and daughter you did an amazing job with your business. We will definitely be back and would recommend
VEGAN REVIEW Stopped by to get treats for my team. Small but mighty selection of vegan donuts (small only in comparison to the rest of the donuts- there were at least 8 options). They were a hit! To me they felt a little over fried, but still tasty. I tried the maple bar, cinnamon crumb, frosted old fashioned. Would definitely return! Friendly service. Parking lot in the back.

I know what's on my mind and it's the AMAZING donuts at Zombee Donuts. I was beyond excited to check this spot out and it did not disappoint! The donuts were the best around! I loved the crumb flavor so much! The best crumb donuts I've ever had. I can't rave enough about the fun vibes of this donut shop. It's spooky and I love it! Service was great. He was nice and patient with me while I decided what I wanted. I would be here every week if I lived closer! Soooo good! The donuts are very fresh and they even have vegan donuts!

Have been coming to Zombee for years, but had to finally leave a review after their incredible job on a dozen custom donuts for our son's 2nd bday. He loves donuts and the party was the Thomas the Train themed. Was an incredibly easy process where we just mentioned Thomas the Train and they ran with it. They came out exactly how we had hoped. Best part is they still tasted just as great as their normal donuts, so everyone loved them! These were also the "mini" option and they were still plenty big for kids and adults. We also opted for no filling and they still had plenty of flavor. Very affordable prices with no crazy markup. Zombee has always been a great local business and perfect for a donut and a coffee, but add them to the list if you ever need custom party treats as well!!
Zombee Donuts is a cute place that really took time with the decorations and theme. Unfortunately, the decor was the best part of my visit. I came by around 3:30pm and they did not have much of a selection. There was more empty space than donuts, but I made do and ordered 3 donuts and donut holes . Unfortunately, all were disappointing. I understand that they may not have been fresh, like made within the past hour or few hours, but they were old. I almost felt like they made them the day before. I appreciated that they threw in extra donut holes, but when I tried them, I wondered if they added extra just to get rid of old donuts. It was just very surprising how the bread was dry. This was my first visit, so maybe this is just how they make their donuts???? I don't know, but I know that they tasted old and have no plans of coming back. If I am going to pay crazy high prices for donuts, they should be at the very least fresh.
I came into Zombee Donuts in Fullerton today a little after 4pm. Both the sign in the store and the online hours clearly say they close at 6pm, so I figured I had plenty of time to grab a donut and get some work done. There were a couple of other customers ahead of me, but by the time I paid and sat down, I was the only person inside. After getting settled, I went up to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The employee responded by saying they "were closing the dining area because they were very busy," which was confusing because again, I was the only person there, and it was still two hours before closing. I even have a photo showing the empty dining area at the time. I didn't want to argue since the employee already seemed dismissive, but it definitely felt like they just didn't want me sitting there. It's disappointing when a business posts hours and then effectively limits service well before closing, especially when customers come in planning to spend time there. I havent tried the donut because I really didnt want it. I needed somewhere to work and got a donut and was planning on having my friends meet me there for coffee, but customer service matters just as much. Hopefully management can address this so guests feel welcome during the hours the store advertises.
The doughnuts are a little bit pricey at $4 for the specialty ones with a fee, but they are fun and tasty as well. The staff were not too friendly and it was a little awkward when we were looking at doughnuts. We were the only ones in the shop and the staff were standing and watching us but never greeted us or said anything at all. The doughnuts were very good, though I was disappointed in the Nutella flavor. The doughnut was good, but I didn't taste any Nutella at all! Just chocolate. The bathroom situation was strange, which is why I posted a pic of the window from outside. Anyone from the nearby houses or a tall car could easily have seen in the window! They should consider getting curtains.
Me and my partner went in as the name really caught our attention as we were driving around Fullerton. The theme really fits from the decorations, to the parking, to the donuts! We loved the themed parking signs even as we pulled in. We walked in and were greeted by Tony (think that's his name based on my receipt). He was extremely friendly and told us some of the most popular items. He was eager to strike up a conversation and I appreciated just how genuinely interested and engaged he was with the conversation. We got a toasted s'mores and a Nutella donut and they were TASTY! Definitely icing filled but the flavor was great. My partner got a Dead Elvis. He said it tasted a little bit like a Thai iced tea. It was really rich in flavor. It was a tad pricey, but for what they delivered I'm not surprised. We'll definitely be back for sure!
Zombee donuts is definitely a Fullerton favorite! This adorable family owned place makes such unique and delicious beautiful donuts that can't be beat! They also have any kind of hot and cold beverage you would like and provide pup cups! Donuts are always fresh and they offer lots of gluten-free options and the service is with smiles all around. They have acute small indoor seating area with a great vibe as well. Don't be surprised or impatient if you have to wait in line on weekends or some mornings because it's definitely worth it!

The donuts were not only creative and fun (as always) but incredibly fresh and flavorful. Every guest had a favorite, from the signature Zombee classics to the seasonal specials, they disappeared in minutes! And the coffee? Bold, smooth, and just what we needed to kick off an early morning event. Working with Marie, the owner, was an absolute pleasure. She was professional, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived on time and looked amazing. You can tell she takes pride in her business -- and it shows in every bite and every detail. If you're looking to impress a group, whether it's a meeting, mixer, or major event, Zombee Donuts is the way to go. We're still getting compliments!
This place is amazing first time going and the service I got the moment I step in was amazing two gentleman's who were there this morning greet me and my daughters with such a warm welcome. Donuts are so delicious we will definitely be back soon

Zombee Donuts offers several unique donuts, and as you might be able to tell by the name...many come with a sp00ky twist. It is quite reminiscent of Voodoo Donuts, but I've never been there so I can't compare them taste wise. The interior is not terrifying at all, rather, it has a pink and black color scheme. For the girly zombies, I guess. There are signs saying, "walkers welcome!" and a wall that has a couple of zombies coming out of the shop, pink boxes in hand. Who needs brains? We arrived around 5 pm on Friday, and apparently it was HAPPY HOUR, which meant BOGO donuts or a dozen for 1/2 off. Woah, talk about lucky! We got 4 donuts for $4.50 and were pretty stoked about that. - Zombee Mascot: Plot twist! It's your turn to eat this zombie's delicious, jelly filled brainzzz. Basically a glazed donut with strawberry jelly in its noggin. - Monster: Creme filled donut with Monster energy drink icing. The creme wasn't too sugary or thick. I really liked this one. - PB&J: Taste wise, this one won! There is a generous raspberry jelly filling with peanut butter frosting. - Eyeball: Red velvet donut with a chocolate Ganache donut hole to make it look like an eyeball. Unfortunately I didn't get to try this one because ~someone~ forgot to share...but aesthetically 10/10. All the donuts had dough that was a great consistency, and they were not too sweet. They even have a specialty vegan donut of the week. If you are a zombie/horror aficionado who happens to have a wicked sweet tooth, this is the place for you. read more

After hearing so much hype about Zombee, I decided it was a must to pop in one early morning visit to Fullerton. I've heard great things about their vegan selection, so I was excited to give it a try. The shop is adorable, everything is zombie-themed and quirky! They have a small parking lot that I was able to easily pop into, which is a MAJOR plus. I got all 3 of the vegan selections they had that day. The plain sprinkles, the chocolate butterfinger, and the cinnamon crumble cake one. These doughnuts were all DELICIOUS! The cake was light and fluffy and intensely moist, while the toppings provided a wonderful punch of flavor. My absolute favorite was the cinnamon one, it tasted like absolute heaven! I've been dreaming about these doughnuts ever since I've visited, and I can't wait to come back and have more!!! read more

almost everyone who has been to both locations compares this place to "voodoo doughnuts" I actually have not been to the actual location in LA, so i'll have to try it some time. but this place is great! Sure there is a lot of room for expansion and such, but the place has only been open a month (or so) courteous staff, great theme, great location (i am sure during the fall of the normal school year there is a lot of foot traffic in the area.) 5/5! read more

This place looked super cute but I'm not satisfied. Seriously, who doesn't take card it's 2015?! Just why!! So they wouldn't have my business here again. The donuts looked super cute but in reality there just a fucking donut! The price was unpleasant , especially to buy a dozen! It was 20 dollars! Like what! Tables were dirty. The service was okay but they were very talkative and loud with regular costumers. It was annoying to me. As an artist I wasn't inspired to draw here.. read more

Some donuts were meh, and some were YASSSS. We actually didn't go with many of their "zombee" looking donuts, because the flavors didn't call out to us as much as the ones we did get -- fruit loops, nutella, old fashioned, and maple bacon. The best one was definitely the old fashioned because of its flavor and texture. We like denser, cake donuts better than the soft ones, so the old fashioned really hit the spot for us. The next best was the maple bacon because of the bacon. Usually, places will chop up the bacon and sprinkle it over the top of the donut, but here, it is in one piece, which allows you to taste it more. The nutella and fruit loops were okay, but nothing too special to me. The fruit loops cereal was also stale, so that brought it down. Another one to cross of the list, but I doubt I'd come back. $0.50 charge to use card if under $10. read more

This place is amazing. They are officially open as of this week and their new hours are 6am-6pm. We came at around ~3pm on a Thursday and they were starting to run out of a lot of flavors. There's a small parking lot behind the building but we were one of two groups in the store. We got to try almost everything we wanted but we'll definitely be back for the rest! The decorated donuts are $2 and they have plain//sprinkle donuts for $1 each. The donuts were big and a lot sweeter than expected (even for someone with a sweet tooth!) but they still tasted amazing. There are no words good enough to describe my love for this donut shop!!!! It all started with me searching for a donut place for my May wedding! Vanessa(the owner) is the sweetest! She arranged a donut tasting prior to my wedding and I was hooked! My wedding was 11 months ago and people still talk about the donuts at our wedding! Fast forward to now and I've orders donuts for my god daughters baptism, super bowl, my gender reveal, and my baby shower! Vanessa will help you with any idea or theme you may have! Donuts that will have you screaming for more :) Location: Little doughnut shop in Fullerton parking was a little difficult. Inside the shop was great the items they had for sale other then doughnuts and being able to see them make them and a very clean establishment Service: the girl was great. She gave me advice on which donuts to pick and overall left me satisfied. Doughnuts: AMAZING!!!! That is all I have to say cause that one word describes it all. Pricing: Usual for a donut place like this $2.50 per donut. Dozen for $20 which sounds pricy but for these kinda doughnuts it's really not Tip: Get the death by chocolate and when you do you're welcome for the tip. read more

Our first time here after hearing about them from a friend. We were not disappointed. We tried the Nutella and a Coffin. Both were fantastic. The Coffin is filled with Bavarian cream- my wife's favorite. We may or may not have taken a breath while eating them. The littles split a cookies n cream. Considering they were licking their fingers clean, I think we have a winner. We will definitely be coming back. read more

The location is very easy to find, parking is easy. It is cash only but if you forgot your cash they have an ATM so no problem! The donuts are so unique and so cute && they taste just as good as they look! I'm so happy to have a unique donut shop in Orange County finally!! The employees were very friendly and helpful & the shop was very clean and tidy. Everything was super! I will defiantly come back. I came from Irvine so like a 40 min drive but I will be coming back maybe once a month on the regular! Love it! Keep it up zombee xoxo read more

The place is very nicely themed/decorated and the donut names and designs are creative but the taste simply isn't there. The Bavarian cream is bland and the donut frosting/icing is cloyingly sweet. My son and I bought 3 donuts and shared one and then took a bite each of the other two and ended up throwing them away because we just didn't like them. read more

This place knows how to leave a lasting impression - from theme to taste!! 5 stars (see end of review for my personal 1-5 levels). I know people skim so I'll leave this up top: they have vegan donuts. They rotate vegan options out so you get a flavor variety each trip! It's a cute little cottage on the corner of the road. Walk in and see theme theme theme! The furniture is black leather and walls are a slate grey. Signs are black and pink. Black chandelier on the ceiling, cook zombie mural in back, walkers welcome sign on the door! Their hours are great! They're open until 6 for the evening snack but closed Tuesdays so look out for that! They open 6am for the morning breakfast (7 on Sunday) too! Their counter display is awesome! The donuts are all themed to the undead! They've got cereal killers (cake and glaze donuts topped with things like fruit loops and mini m&m candies and more), monsters - which are actually iced with an energy drink infused glaze! - decorated like Frankenstein, coffins, and their donut holes are called bullets! Theme theme theme in beautifully decorated donuts - I took pictures! I've been here a few times and tried a few things. The coffin is really tasty and has some weight to it! They don't just pump a tiny bit of cream into it, they fill it! The caramel apple is a true delight! It's apple filled with caramel and topped with green apple chips and a light dust of peanut. The death by chocolate is extremely rich but chocolate lovers shouldn't pass this by, and the same goes for the Nutella. The voodoo dolls are adorable. Cute glazed donut shaped like voodoo dolls and lightly iced for a less rich experience. I also love the bleeding heart - glaze donut, raspberry filling, chocolate icing on top, with a pretzel stick stake! Their coffees are decent and priced pretty cheaply all things considered. You get a lot for the $2-$3 you spend. They have a specialty called the Zombee Fix, which is a super concentrated caffeinated coffee mixed with condensed milk. This is also a small local business with a super friendly staff! Bear in mind hat they add a 50 cent service charge to all credit card payments if you're not paying in cash. I give this place 5 stars - amazing donuts and atmosphere! Unforgettable experience! 1 - avoid!! 2 - meh, boring. Would not return. 3 - enjoyed while there, won't leave lasting Impression. Will return but not a favorite. 4 - love love love this place! Returning often! 5 - law of diminishing returns does not apply! read more

YAYYYY they're finally open!!! I literally live two houses down from here so this is going to be way too addicting! It's the cutest mom and daughter donut and bake shop with the CUTEST MOST DELICIOUS DONUTS EVER! So excited to stop in on their soft opening today. Super impressed with Zombee Donuts! Had never ordered from them before but thought it would be fun because we had seen pIctures of their donuts on line. I made the call, a very friendly lady answered, she said she would have the head baker call me back. The head baker called me shortly after I had called. Very nice and eager to please. She asked me what I wanted but I said I really wanted her to run with her creative talents with our Willy Wonka theme and I couldn't have been happier! We were able to pick them up early and again the staff was fantastic! I know we will use them again! The kids absolutely loved the donuts! Great service and excellent donuts! I've wanted to try these donuts for so long since they have great designs and the presentation did not disappoint! Great theme and concepts. The flavors were overall good. My big problem was the price. They didn't have the prices of the donuts where I could obviously see them. When I asked if I could get 8 donuts, I was told that getting a dozen would be the "same price, maybe a dollar more". There was a line behind me and a customer agreed with the employee helping me so I took their word for it. I paid $27 for a dozen donuts. When I got to work, I found the prices on their website and found that each specialty donut is $2.75. If I had just gotten 8 donuts at regular price of $2.75 like I intended to, I would have paid $22 altogether, which is a $5 difference, not the one dollar difference like I was told. I feel like they used my ignorance of not knowing their prices upfront to get a little more money out of me. Telling me that it would only "MAYBE be a dollar more" when it wasn't, is where it bothers me. Had I known that beforehand, I would have only gotten the 8 donuts I was originally going to get. I do not like it when businesses make suggestions that are not in the customers best interest. Overall, I would not go back because I feel that I can get a better value and experience elsewhere. read more

Drove across Zombee today and I immediately yelp them as I plan to come right back after picking up a drink from sonics. Not only they have good ratings, but they have such adorable names for their cute donuts! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Got my first bite in the car of the Nutella and it was really good. My favorite! Same goes for few others I ordered. read more

Never thought I'd be happy our regular donut place was closed for renovations. Scratch that. I'm ecstatic! The hub wanted to surprise me so he snuck out while I was busy. Our dog was still here so I was hoping he'd read my mind that I was starving. He came back a few minutes later with a cute pink donut box which told me he didn't go to our fave spot. Long story short, they were closed, he googled and up came Zombee Donuts and Bakery. It's 5 star rating made up his mind on where to go. Boy, oh boy...am I glad he did. Lots of specialty goodies and even some standards. He brought home a nice variety of the two. My hands down fave? Maple bars...with a strip o' BACON on the top. It could only been better if it had BACON bits throughout the donut itself. What's that old adage "From your mouth to God's ear", right? Could say way more but still have donuts calling my name. Check out the pic the hub took of their display case. You should be able to enlarge them enough to read the descriptions as well as put your mouth a-waterin'! Know we'll be returning soon. The hub is already talking about getting me birthday donuts instead of a cake in 10 days... BTW, their prices aren't too dear. Only $2 more than we pay at our regular shop! read more
This place has the cutest collection of donuts. The donuts are fluffy and sweet. I ordered the eyeball, nutella, smores, and the churro one(which is not the name but it's actual name escapes me). The eyeball is a red velvet donut and it was amazing. In addition, the churro one was rich in flavor. The caramel was a great touch to it. I love coming here because the donuts are so decorative and it's easy to see that each one had a lot of time spent into its craftsmanship. Been wanting to try this place for months now and finally had a chance to try it base on the reviews and coolness effect. I must admit it is a cute and a great idea for donuts but in the end the flavor didn't meet my wow factor of going out of my way to get it. They do have a small variety to choose from but the concept is great. Plus they do have a vegan option which is nice. The doughnuts are alittle overpriced. The frosting is tasty and fillings in the donuts are a great portion compared to a regular donut shop. Customer service was great as the girl answered all my questions. However I don't think I come out of my way again to have a donut here unless I'm really in the mood. read more

UPDATE: success they now accept credit cards! just keep in mind theirs a small reasonable service fee. Also looks like I was here on the day there was TWO vegan options yay! I was searching for vegan donuts in my area and for the first time noticed this popped up. Thought the name was catchy and when we arrived felt like it was at a good location. Right on the corner. Cute/ funny signage and I always appreciate a business that uses its theme/ motif to its full advantage. Stepped in and we were immediately welcomed by a very friendly cashier/ manager. She was quick to point out the variety (which looked amazing!!!) and informed me that the vegan donuts (the only reason why I came) were limited to just one selection but I liked the premise that it changed weekly. Wished there was two options in case you weren't craving the 1st and only option. My picky omnivore friend decided to buy the same vegan donut [peanut butter frosting with Oreo bits] and we both agreed it was DELICIOUS! My friend noted she couldn't tell the difference and I noted that the peanut butter frosting was light and subtle. Not overpowering at all. The donut was just the right kind of sweet and moistness I prefer. Not too hard, not too delicate. I also appreciated that in their fridge they had Choco soy milk options. The rest of the facility was in line and clean so im excited to check this place out again!!!! read more

Zombies + donuts? It's such a cute and unique idea. I was super excited when I saw that they offered vegan donuts, only to leave disappointed. Their selection of vegan donuts is tiny (there were maybe 6 donuts total at 9:30am on a Sunday) and weren't even decorated to match their theme. Paid $17 for 6 donuts (1 vegan, 5 regular), incredibly expensive. The vegan donut was good but not enough for me to come back. read more

I have called twice months apart both times told no gluten free but they have vegan.

You can either call them and place your order or - and I do recommend this - GO IN PERSON and pick the donuts you want based on what you see and tell them when you'll be picking them up.
