Omg. Husband and I finally went for lunch here. He had the Falafel Wrap, I had the Roasted Chicken sandwich. EVERYTHING about them was delicious, as well as the homemade pickles on the side. So far so good! This was my first experience here for lunch. The menu is very thoughtful and unique. Healthy eating and mellow comfortable atmosphere. The staff here are great, and my to go order was super fast. I can't eat rice or wheat so they gave me a little bit more greens instead which is perfect! We had Zoftig cater our business holiday lunch and it was amazing! Sonjia (one of the owners) helped me formulate the perfect sandwich, salads, drinks and dessert assortments for our group of 15. Everything was delivered right on time with a smile. I was super impressed with the food, but also the little details like the really nice tray packaging/paper products they provided with our order and the clearly marked sandwiches so you knew which flavor you were getting. Started a new job and I was checking out the new lunch spots close by and I went here with the line out the door I love sandwiches how could you go wrong. I ordered the regular turkey sandwich with extra cheese and boy oh boy that white sharp cheddar was the bomb!!!! After two separate visits only days apart, I'm confident to say that this establishment is certainly poised for success if they maintain their delicious and innovative food offerings. As a lunch spot I would have no problem coming here every day for the service, presentation, and portion simply can't be beat. Most importantly the delicious flavor when biting into the two dishes that I was able to experience was so incredibly satisfying that the mere thought of going back to work after enjoying such a meal was simply disheartening. After such a delicious meal all I wanted to do was go home and just relax and reminisce about the wonderful flavors that I had the privilege to taste. Now, some of you might think that I am exaggerating things. It's OK, everybody is entitled to their opinion of course and mine happens to be that this restaurant served me one of the most delicious burrito and Mediterranean bowl I've had. My first visit I was able to try their Maccabi bowl. Consisting of falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, beet salad, olives, faro tabbouleh, mixed greens, and served with a heaping amount of pita chips, this truly beautiful looking dish was the first impression that made me instantly decide to come back and try other items on the menu in this restaurant. My coworkers who brought me to this place could not stop raving about the Korean burrito on their menu. So on my second go around, I decided to try it. And I have to say another home run out of the park! The burrito consists of grilled short ribs, kimchi, daikon radish, jalapeno, avocado, and brown rice all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. You want to talk about fusion dishes, well this one is the quintessential example of it. An East meets West combination that is a treat for the taste buds. The sour and spicy flavor of kimchi works very well with the slightly bitter taste of the daikon radish and the creamy texture of the avocado gives it that extra level of flavor. In short, this restaurant is a great spot to fill your belly during that midday hunger-craving. read more

I've been here a few times and I get there Grilled Veggie wrap (with hummus instead of mint chutney). The veggies are grilled to order, so they are very fresh ingredients. The wrap has zucchini, spinach, eppers, onions, and brown rice. I also like the house made passion fruit iced tea. Great fresh food and a reasonable price. Good place for breakfast or lunch. I ate here with a couple coworkers, one of whom is a vegan. We all loved it. I have a rule that if something on the menu says "Grandma's" anything I automatically order that. No one puts Grandma's name on something lousy, and Grandma's make the best food! The special stew for the day didn't prove me wrong. The owner heard me talking about my Grandma theory, came over and chatted. She also told us the chocolate/zucchini bread was grandmas recipe and gave us one to share. Super nice! If I lived or worked near this place, I'm sure it would be a go-to lunch spot. I would love to have tried every item on their menu if given the chance. I ended up going with the roasted chicken sandwich--super good! It was clear that all their ingredients were fresh and carefully chosen. I am so excited about Zoftig! This previously-doomed location has finally found a business that I think will succeed. Not only is it in my neighborhood, but they offer super tasty, healthy, reasonably-priced food with the ability to customize. I walked in around lunch time on Friday and it was BUSY, but in a really good way. I haven't seen it that way in a long time. It's obviously already a very popular place. There was a bit of a line, but there's no way we waited any more than 10 minutes, and it went fast. Also, you can order ahead of time - AND EVEN ORDER ONLINE! (my favorite) - so that's always an option if you're in a rush. My friend got the Korean BBQ Burrito and I got the Roasted Chicken Sandwich, and then we split halves with each other. I really enjoyed both a lot. Great bread on the sandwich, and the combination of flavors with the slaw and the dijon and the little crunchy almond slivers was awesome. The burrito was also packed with different flavors and textures. I would order both again, but I am really looking forward to trying everything else first! My buddy was telling me about this place one day after i heckled it for the name, He insisted that the place was bomb. I decided to drop in for lunch one day and I was more than blown away. The Korean bbq burrito is so good its almost sinful. They also have really good french fries and Sandwiches. This place is well worth the money, it is healthy ingredients but not done in the whole foods hippy style. The food actually tastes amazing and I am a fan now for good! Dont sleep on this place. Obviously new so I'm sure they are working out the kinks. Shared the Falafel burrito and the Korean BBQ burrito with a friend. The Korean one was amazing, beef tender and full of flavor. Also clean and I didn't feel guilty with the brown rice and lack of grease. Falafel had great components but needed the ability to add some spice all they had on hand was tabasco :/ a nice solid house hot sauce would have been great or at least a selection of hot sauces. This place is great! My favorite place in Santa Rosa for a delicious salad. I usually get a "build your own" salad and I'm never disappointed with all the good ingredient options. I love Zoftig! I went to lunch with a good friend and we both really enjoyed our meals. I love how you can "create your own" bowl. I selected the mixed greens with farro, tuna poke, red onions and edamame along with a ice cold beer. It was delicious and I left feeling satisfied and healthy. The decor is simple, clean and beautiful - which is just as important to me in a good restaurant. I live in Sebastopol but it is well worth the drive to SR. This was my first visit and I was very impressed! I got the poke bowl and my friend got the shrimp tacos. We both loved our meals. The poke bowl was perfectly seasoned and everything was so fresh and flavorful. Overall the facility was also very clean, and that is a big plus, too.
