The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Even though I did not buy the equipment from innovative concepts they had no hesitation about hooking up my speakers. Within 30 minutes(probably less) Calvin called and asked questions and his demeanor was calm and reassuring. The Chicago Can't Do is not in the vocabulary with Calvin. He came in and hooked up my speakers and 2 subwoofers and calibrated them. He knows what he's doing. He had to go to Walmart and get a wire for one of the amps. He did so with no complaints. Then we tested the speakers. The sound quality was amazing. Of course watching movies was the main purpose for the new receiver and speakers. I had to try out music. I cued up Love to Love You by Donna Summers. Calvin tweeked my receiver to play stereo when playing music. This was like being in a club with a great sound system. The sound quality was absolutely amazing for an Apple Music song. The price was reasonable. And the service excellent. Calvin recommended getting a 2 channel amp to maximize my systems capabilities. This saved me 1500 dollars because he was praising the virtues of Marantz receivers and I was ready to buy in my next pay check. Then he thought about it and recommended the 2 channel amp even though I had been willing to buy the expensive receiver. This shows that Calvin and his company are trustworthy.

They finished the work in a timely fashion, left my place reasonably clean, and were polite through the whole process. I took a look at the furnace, a 18 year plus old Armstrong, pulled out the blower assembly just out of curiosity. I could smell the motor was a little smoky and could smell that familiar smell. I flirted with maybe trying to change it out as there are so many YouTube Videos making it seem easy. However when I looked for getting the motor on my own it was days or weeks away and close to $400. I called a large HVAC company that quoted $850 total for a motor. And they could come in a day. I said go ahead. Not happy but did not want to gamble in the winter with a terrible shortage of parts. they called me back 10 minutes later to say they would need and extra $50 if I wanted the work done in less then a week!! This is a company I have used and they have 50 plus service trucks! Not a small shop. So $900 for an installed electric motor! I felt I was being taken advantage of. So I looked up an authorized Armstrong service contractors. I call AT Temp and so glad I did. Louie the proud owner actually picked up between jobs. Had me text him the model number and he verified inventory. Said he could do it that day by the end of the day. There was on two motors left so he picked it up earlier in the day! Game by at 4:00 on time and installed and checked it out for $625 total all in! Brand new out of the box and as promised. So glad I found him. He is the owner and actually the one doing the work. Very impressed with professionalism. I will recommend and use for us and others. I love to support small businesses when I can. Looking at the wiring I think "What was I thinking I would do it :-)"
