Tried their new dirty sofas. Was surprisingly very tasty! I got the very cherry dirty soda. I don't really drink soda but would come back for this one. The only con would be for some reason it took them a long time to make everyone's orders in the drive thru so I waited around 30 mins for my one drink order... and if you're in the drive thru line you're kinda stuck and can't move to park in their parking lot and just walk to the window.

We played it safe and got the caramel macchiato. It was good. We'll definitely try one of their unique drinks next time! The service was great and the staff were so friendly! We were in and out of the drive through really quick despite there being a bit of a line in front of us.

AMAZING! Absolutely loved it enough to write a review... They were open when it was snowing pretty good but were also still super nice even though you could tell they were cold. So serious props to them. Can't wait to go back!

The noodles were overcooked and the whole thing was too goopy for their liking. The Chipotle chicken sandwich felt a little small for what you'd expect for $10. The flavors were really good, but was still hungry after. Didn't jam it with a ton of toppings, but could definitely use more meat and cheese. I do recommend the tuna salad. Very good. The tomato bisque soup was delicious as well. Could use a side of bread tho. The place was nice a clean as usual and had plenty of seating. The rewards program was a real miss. They didn't ask for our rewards code and apparently you can't get credit using the receipt (like most places). I totally get that this location didn't make the app, but they should know about this limitation and be a bit more proactive to prevent these types of situations. Still a family favorite...look forward to a better experience next time.

However, on this…read moreday, I decided to pull through the drive-through because I was longing for a BLT sandwich and there was absolutely no wait. I ordered my sandwich at 3:43 PM and immediately pulled up to the window. The clerk took my money and then proceeded to tell me that my sandwich would be out in just a minute. At 4:00 PM, I watched a lady who was counting money at the drawer from outside the window. I gently tapped on the window and I asked her if I could check on the status of my sandwich. She rudely says "they are working on it." and shuts the door before she even finishes the sentence. A few more minutes go by and she proceeds to open the window and shove the bag at my face and says "here." Because my husband and I frequent this particular location so often, I know we have seen this person before, and I believe she is in a manager role. Well, miss manager, unfortunately, you just lost yourself a customer. I am sure Jimmy John's would be more than happy to take my money any day.

After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

The entrees on the menu started a round and round debate on what each of us would have. So many of items sounded outstanding. We all agreed we wanted to try the Canoe appetizer - roasted bone marrow, red onion jam, chimichurri served with grilled sourdough. Two of my daughters had never had something like this before and it was an absolute hit for all four of us. For entrees we each ordered something different I had the Sunday Roast (yes, only available on Sundays), a herb-marinated leg of lamb - absolutely delicious, Other entrees ordered were the the dry aged pork chops - described as "best pork chop I've ever had" and oh so flavorful. The lamb chops - exceptionally good and the Short Rib Lasagna, also very good. The ambiance was great - very pleasing and comfortable - dress up or dress down and you will feel fine. A lot of drinks and wines to choose from. The wait staff was attentive and our waiter knew the menu well with very helpful information on the dishes. A handwritten card was given to the person having a birthday - a great touch - with a fabulous dessert. Even though we were stuffed we ended our evening excitedly discussing what we will order the next time - an excellent sign and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

Turnaround time on two entrees was pretty quick. When I arrived for pick-up, the shop is bright and clean, the people very friendly! I love a good bahn mi, and this has lots of veggies, a good amount of beef, and a nice, slightly zingy sauce. (I would have liked more of the mayo sauce, to be honest. I'll remember that next time.) The roll had nice chew, nice flavor, I would have liked just a little crispness to the crust, though. Honey Walnut Shrimp was really good! The shrimp were HUGE. The sauce was good, the veggie and rice accompaniment a little sticky, but overall delish. I'm not one for food swimming in sauce, but this could have used just a little bit more sauce, too. I'll definitely be back!

I'm sorry, Danny DeVito - I love you, but I did NOT love Jersey Mike's. You can be their celebrity…read morespokesperson if it pays the bills, but you steered me wrong this time, Danny. All joking aside, I had not visited Jersey Mike's in the past, because I am a very big sauce girl and had seen that Jersey Mike's has no sauces. They have mayonnaise and olive oil and vinegar, etc. That is the extent of their sauce game. And they have no toppings aside from tomatoes and onions and simple things like that. Not a sandwich place after my heart, I must say. I am a Potbelly or Subway girl for the above reasons. Mama's Meatball at Potbelly - yummmm! And that Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki at Subway - I would eat it even knowing there's yoga mat in the bread. Jersey Mike's does have a nice vibe going in their shop, kind of like you're at a baseball game or something with the red, white, and blue color palette. But then there are pictures of beaches and things, so that was a little confusing. I got the Turkey Provolone sandwich to try for my first (and last) visit. I don't like tomatoes or onions, but they did have black olives, so I added those. They have no sauces, as I said, except mayo, so that's what I ordered and I got a LOT of it since it was the only "moisturizing" aspect of this dry turkey sandwich. Even with the onslaught of mayo that I added to this sandwich, it was still somehow very dry in the end. I think it's because they put WAY too much meat on the sandwich (which is hand cut on a slicer, and I do appreciate that). But the absurd amount of meat just soaked up all the toppings and made it dry and unappetizing. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich, and that was actually pretty good (he gave me half of his since I didn't like mine at all). It did have some flavor and wasn't super dry like mine. So because his sandwich was good, I am upgrading my review from a two star to a three. Overall, I would say to skip Jersey Mike's if you're not a fan of pretty basic/bland sandwiches. If you are a fan of those, then Jersey Mike's might be for you, and that's ok.
