Very disappointed. I called the day before to confirm service times, payment details, service needed. I was quoted a price, arrival time window, payment details. Unfortunately, technician was still almost 2 hours later than latest time I was quoted. Price was hundreds more than I was quoted for the same number of rooms. And he demanded payment prior to starting, rather than after as I had been quoted, and did not take payment methods I had been told. As a Realtor coordinating service for my out of town seller, this caused much frustration. I ended up wasting an entire day due to their delays, paid for the service myself as the delay caused an issue for my seller who was in an afternoon meeting and was unreachable, and the service was not as expected. The technician put all of the hoses, supplies away on his truck before asking if the carpets looked OK. I told him one room still had a visible stain, and asked him to go over it again. He was reluctant, but did eventually do it and it looked much better afterwards. These people are the worst service to use! Do not waste your money. We needed to clean our carpets in preparation to sell our home. We had paid extra to treat for pet odors, so we were paying double the special price promoted on the radio. Even with all that they did not treat the pet odor and the carpet wasn't very clean. After much fighting, my other half paid them more money and they did not eliminate the pet odor. OMG so don't waste your money or time They suck and don't honor their agreements. I got the task for cleaning out my 87 y/o Mom's house after she needed to move to a 24/7 group home. Im 62 year's old myself with many arthritic joints. During her working year was a consumer advocate. i don't care for getting my time wasted either. after giving them a 5 out of 10 a woman called and asked what they could do to get me to raise my rating. After driver 1.5 hours to San Tan Valley, I met Ashley from the Gilbert location. walked into the kitchen scratched the floor with her fingernail and said that it was as clean as it was going to get. she never looked at the rest of the job. never took any equipment out of her van. when she called in to management failed to follow their directio to send pictures. so now their score is a zero but I had to put in at least one. I had Zerorez out last week to get out some wine stains. I was really excited to see how they clean with out chemicals. For years I used other companies and felt ok about the results. Zerorez did ok but they did use chemicals to pre spray then they agitated with this metal machine. Then they rinsed with the special water. Sort of meh. Terrel was great. Super nice but I guess I was expecting something more. Not sure if I would use again. I did get a follow up call. They were looking for me to let them know how they did. read more

First the tech who came out to the house-he deserves five stars. He was patient and knowledgeable. The one star rating is for the Zerorez system. All of the ads I could find say that they use an alkalized water, no chemicals. When the tech arrived at my house I went outside and he was about to add the citrus smelling power that goes into the cleaner. I said, I thought it would be just water NO smell, no chemicals. End result, the cleaning process includes some kind of powder (looked and smelled like detergent to me) added to the water. We have a family member who is sensitive to perfumes, fragrance, ect. I ended up not having the carpet cleaned and canceled our appointment. Very disappointed. read more

Good Service, Nice Clean Carpets, Clean House... Well, new baby on the way I thought a good clean floor is definitely of paramount importance. The carpets were about 4 months old and when the movers brought the new furniture in they wore shoes and made a few minor dirty spots, so Zerorez to the rescue. My guy ended up done with his previous appointments early and I was available so we got a nice early start. He was a polite 20 something year old guy from California originally. He did upsell me some stain resistance product and gave me a better deal than what they wanted on the phone. When I made the appointment they wanted $55 per room extra for stain resistance treatment which adds $250 or more to the price which if done every year would be reason enough to never buy carpet again. $300 got the 4 rooms and stairs nice and clean. They did a good job, so give them a call, your carpets look terrible! read more

Just got the carpet cleaned today. I am very happy with this company. I called last week to make an appointment, and they let me know they would call me two days before to tell me my two hour window of time when the technician would arrive. The technician was scheduled to come today between 11am and 1pm. A representative called to ask if I would like them to come little earlier this morning. I said sure and our technician arrived about 10:30 AM. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had the downstairs carpet cleaned and the stairway. I love that there were no chemical smells and it was safe for my cats. I will definitely recommend ZeroRez to other people and use them again! read more

I have been a regular customer of Zerorez for 11 years until today. They bait you with offering A three room special for $119 and then once the technician comes to your house they try to upsell you. I expect that there might be some extra charges for areas that have tougher stains and they use a "subextraction" process priced by the "gallon" of water used. We have the same area of problem stains and so I know cleaning our carpets usually ends up costing around $350 to $410 Each time. But this time, the tech tried to tell me that it was now going to cost me $800 Because they "changed their cost structure". This seemed way to high and so I looked up my old receipt from 11 months ago and saw that indeed the cost including the sub extraction, special spray to resist future stains and tax, it came to just $410. That service they were able to clean my carpet stains in the same square footage using 2 gallons of sub extraction and now this technician said he would need 10 gallons For the exact same area?! Unbelievable. I'm not stupid! I was very happy with what the prior technician did with 2 gallons and actually left a raving review. No more!!! I suspected he must be working off commission to so aggressively try to upsell me. And sure enough, I looked into it and yes they are paid by commission. He asked what my budget was. This is a tactic used by car salesmen. I despise these Types of tactics to take advantage of the consumer. I called the company to complain and so they sent out another technician that said he could use only 6 gallons. It's $65 per gallon. That is still way over shooting. Give me the guy that can do it with 2 gallons. I was ravingly happy with what that guy did with two gallons. I said no to both the 10 gallon guy and the 6 gallon guy and Zerorez has now lost a long time loyal customer. You messed up Zerorez! I now use your biggest competitor. I wrote two reviews yesterday. The first said that everything went "Great". Hours later my carpet became wavy and lifted off the floor in many locations. When I called to let them know I was told that "that sometimes happens and it may get better in 40-72 hours. I asked why they would not let a customer know that the carpet may warp I was told that they "can't tell all customers that their carpet may warp. When I asked what happens if it does not lay flat again I was told that they are not responsible for for "defective carpet". Not clear to me how or why the person said my carpet was "defective". Anyhow, 12 hours after being cleaned and 9 hours after warping, with the assistance of several fan sources, the carpeting did begin to lay flat once again. This morning the carpet is laying flat. In conclusion, the carpet was cleaned to may satisfaction. Poor communication and poor telephone skills will not prevent me from using them in the future. read more

I've used Zerorez for carpet and would recommend them for that hands down. For tile and grout, get a tile and grout specialist as this is NOT Zerorez' field of expertise. I had black grout lines from years of renters. I explained this to Zerorez prior to booking. The tech was awful. Told me I needed new floors, grout was missing and "just because it doesn't look clean, doesnt' mean it's not clean". I beg to differ. Clean looks clean. He didn't do the corners, he didn't do all the way to the base and the black grout was only cleaned in some spot. When I asked him to clean all of it he told me it couldn't be cleaned. So, he left. I went to Home Depot and rented a grout cleaning machine for $49.00. I took a long time but the floor is now perfect. I didn't need a new floor. The grout wasn't missing and, it could be cleaned. Schedule to have my one of three to four times a year of carpet cleaning.. I had an appointment that ran late but I made it back in time for the carpet technician to clean my carpets..To start with he arrived 30 min early , never called me and was going to drive off.. I proceeded to let him in and let him get started . Well is proceeded to tell me I really don't want my carpets cleaned but I really want new carpets ( which I would love but not now) he continued to tel me the soliton they use will leave a nasty smell and will I be good with it...YES YES YES.. I asked him several times please just clean them .. The he said it will be 75$ a gallon to clean . I was quoted $169. I realized he just wanted out of the job ( I have a decent size home) and I moved everything out of the way. I told him to just leave since it is apparent you don't want to work . He kept talking and closing my shades .. so annoying and disturbing.. I actually had to tell him leave my house now. So, I had the come clean my carpets yesterday, asked about pet stains to get them up. Then added on cleaning my couch and ottoman as they had a little dirt on them. Well come out this morning, my ottoman and couch are 2 different colors, and the dirt is more pronounced. So called them to fix. Was asked to send pictures and a production manager would get back with me ASAP. After an hour I called back, found managers only work Monday through Friday, they will call me back then. In the meantime, all my furniture is sitting in my kitchen, now for the whole weekend. If you are going to send cleaners out, charge me 400.00 for 1 room, couch and ottoman, then have managers available when there is a screw up. Had our carpets cleaned in three room plus a large fabric recliner. Scheduling was super easy. If your call goes to a queue, you can request a call back when an agent is free; pretty convenient. Was asked room size, etc. Very thorough and appreciated their attention detail. Carpets look like new! This was the first time cleaned and they are two years old. No one wears shoes in the house with the exception of occasional guests. Regardless, my carpets look great. They dried very quickly and left us extra booties to wear until carpets were thoroughly dry. My recliner looks good too. Chair arms were pretty yucky, but the yuck is gone. My husband said he received a call before they arrived and they were early. Zerorez gets an A+ in my book. Will use them again. read more

A few years ago Zero Rez came out to clean our tile...about 3000 square feet of it. We were so disappointed that it left a white film across all our floors. We contacted Zero Rez and they apologized, said something was wrong with the truck that came out, and redid our floors. We were disappointed in the redo because of streaking but it wasn't worth complaining. Expensive lesson learned. Now a few years later and we are moving. Guess what is underneath ALL of our furniture?! You guessed it...white residue. Here I am on my hands and knees with a scrub brush with all my zero Rez memories. Don't fall for it people...get yourself a good mop and you'll be way more satisfied than with using this company. I can't remember exactly what we paid, but it exceeded $1000 and all I get is a backache and sore knees for it. Wish the radio would stop endorsing this company. I spent $300 to have my carpets cleaned before bringing home our second baby. They completely saturated our carpets and left them soaking wet. Of course old stains popped up everywhere from the previous owner of the house (We've has these carpets cleaned before and this was never an issue). I called back since they have a "30 day" guarantee. Another technician came to my home, busted out his back light, said he couldn't help us but if we want him to try, it'll cost another $75. Um...what kind of guarantee is that?? And thank you for pointing all of the stains from the previous owners. I could've done without that. This was the second carpet cleaning by this company. The first one about a year ago was fantastic. This time there were a few high traffic areas that did not clean well. That being said I did not purchase the stain protectant as I do not like chemicals. After the cleaning this time I got a rag to clean my baseboards and noticed a build up of dog hair about one inch from the wall on the carpet. The equipment didn't appear to get this area. I had to get my vacuum with a small attachment to clean this area that was not cleaned. In addition, the hose used to clean my carpets was drawn across my green lawn. It actually killed my grass and left a brown line through the entire lawn. Update: Zerorez called the next day and sent a person over to redo the areas of concern. The soiled high traffic areas were removed with just a little more attention. Thank you. They explained that the heat from the hose caused the browning on the grass and should grow back quickly. I had my tile cleaned in October of 2021 great job and I was happy with the end product. In November of 2021 I had the carpet cleaned, probably by a different crew. The carpet cleaning was also a great job and I was happy with the end product. After the carpet dried I was mopping my tile and realized the carpet cleaners had cracked the tile. My guess was equipment was dropped on the floor. I called Zerorez, they gave me a support@zerorez email to send my photos of the cracked tile and a description to file my claim. I sent the request immediately. I heard crickets. About a month later I sent the email request and photos again. This time the email was marked as a urgent request as I wanted to have the tile repaired. Crickets again. I expected at least to hear that they would not cover the cost of repair. I am very dissatisfied with their response and will not be using them again. read more

After recently spending extra money for the stain guard, I was unable to remove a few drops of fresh blood on my carpet from my pet. It hasn't even been 2 months since I had my carpets cleaned. They would charge me $75 to come remove the less than dime sized blood stains, which is ridiculous, so I asked for a refund on my stain guard as it does absolutely nothing which they of course refused since it's been more than 30 days. We had our upstairs carpets cleaned, which included four rooms, a loft, hallway, and stairs. Scheduling was super easy and all done online. I like how it gives you a quote right away. The only thing that had to be finalized at the visit was the length of the hallway and the number of steps. Last year, we had our carpets cleaned by a different cleaning company. We had Zerorez come in March, 2022 for work. Called them back this morning to touch up three areas we just needed spot work completed. They get here and notify us they won't do spot work as they will only clean an entire room, with a two room minimum. Super disappointed with zero rez. Was scheduled to have them clean my sectional today starting at 4pm. Got an email 90 minutes beforehand saying that my appointment was cancelled, even though I didn't cancel anything. I called immediately to see what was going on, and they insisted that my husband left a message cancelling. I assured him that my husband did no such thing, seeing as he is out of the country and didn't even know that I had the appointment scheduled, and that I'd still like to keep my appointment. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was told again that my husband DID leave a message cancelling. I asked for more details on the message and they said the caller announced himself as "Mr. Frame" (which my husband never does) and also called from an anonymous number. Sounds to me like a technician wanted to get off early so they faked a call to cancel their last job of the day. Regardless, the whole situation was bazar and she wouldn't believe me that my husband didn't call and refused to keep the originally scheduled appointment (even though I called to fix the situation within 30 min).
