Jasmine tea with sweet cream and boba

I stopped coming here a while ago. The employees are condescending and rude, I never felt welcome when I went. The place itself is dirty and the bathrooms are even worse. Their drinks have declined drastically. They used to be good and I went often. I noticed it was becoming worse and worse each time so I stopped going all together. My family member knows I love boba so they suprised me with this drink and it's 1/10. It's watered down Jasmine tea with boba that's old with absolute no flavor at all. How can you mess up plain tea? And boba when you're a boba shop?

This is my kids' second favorite boba place and right near their school so sometimes I'll pick it up for them before picking them up. They are boba connoiseurs, having had it since age 4 in cities all around the world (we always try to find boba when we travel), so they are clear about which ones they like and don't like. We always order the small flavored milk teas at 50% sweet with the regular tapioca boba and the drinks are consistently well-made. I love the cups they use - they are sealed until you pop them with a straw and make it easy to transport. Other places have used cups with removable lids that leak, so I'm picky. Parking is easy (shopping center) and mid-day it's never busy so service is fast. Bathroom is clean. We come here a few times a month. Prices are on par with most boba places and Starbucks, which is to say, kinda expensive but not OTT for a treat.

I went to Zero One Ice for a cup sleeve event, so it was no surprise that the line was practically out the door. Having had much time to browse the menu, I was confident ordering a "Thai Iced Tea" - it wasn't until after I paid that I realized that the worker up charged me for the large, that I didn't request. Given how long the line was, I wasn't expecting to receive my drink right away, but it was shocking that it took more than 10-15 for my drink to come out (especially given that they're mostly powder based drinks). And I was quite surprised that when I finally did receive my drink, it wasn't fully mixed/blended. I'm not ecstatic about returning, and don't plan to anytime soon, but if I do, I'll probably opt for a fruit based drink and not a dairy-based drink.

Overall rating: 4/5 Wait: 4/5 Arrival time: Sunday 4:15pm Food: 4/5 Order: milk tea bingsu, jasmine milk tea Service: n/a Price: 4/5 Worth it, would come back Zero One Ice shines brightest with its bingsu--a mountain of feather-light shave ice that dissolves on the tongue. The milk tea iteration is a masterclass in balance, rivaling Phoenix's best. Skip the jasmine milk tea (its powdery taste hints at shortcuts) and head straight for the frosty stars. The soft serve, a must-try on my next visit. While not every item dazzles, the bingsu alone justifies the trip.

It takes quite the motivation to come here because it's relatively far from my normal stomping grounds... so I need an intriguing and exciting cupsleeve event to make the trek. I'd say I definitely went more for the event and not for the actual drinks, as their menu isn't my preferred *cup of tea*. There's alot of milk based teas + smoothies, ice cream/sundaes, and fruity sodas. I've gotten their basic lychee slush and a fruit based tea. If you go during an event, expect a relatively long wait. They've only had 2 workers on shift both times I went, and we waited more than 20 minutes for our drinks (at least we had vendors to look at while we waited?) But I'd recommend an alternate place if you want something quick.

I stopped in here on my way to the airport. The reviews looked good and the menu sounded good as well. I decided to try the pineapple tea with boba. I ordered a regular size, but the barista made a happy mistake and made me a large. She was very sweet and very good at her job as well. I was pleasantly surprised with my tea, the pineapple had a very good flavor and good sweetness level. The boba was yummy and a nice consistency. It was pretty quiet when I came in, but had a nice vibe and plenty of tables to sit at. I would definitely come back next time I'm in town!

I liked the drink I got for sure. Store just had a weird smell and when I went into the bathroom I was mortified. The pictures speak for themselves.

"INTENSE BOBA FLAVOR WITH DELICIOUS JELLY!!!" Their Boba has really intense and delicious flavors. I will definitely be back. Their slushy's were amazing and the jellies were delicious. The only thing I need to complain about is customer service the first guy I spoke to didn't know any English and the second girl I spoke to she did not know how to articulate a sentence that I can understand so I wasn't really sure how to communicate with her , but other than that the drinks were pretty gas. -Taro: 10/10 -Green slushie: 10/10

First review in a long tome... and it's about boba. Who would've thought? Ok let's cut to the chase. The shop is located inside of a somewhat shopping center, so plenty of parking. There's seating inside with cute decorations, and it's spacious. Never crowded in my experience. The drinks are pretty good. I've tried a few and the quality overall is pretty consistent along with being fairly priced, so at that point it's all about your personal preference. Now as for service... it could be better. The girl (seems to be around my age) thats there when they open and often still there for closing is cool. I was in there for a while working on assignments and ordered two separate drinks during the duration of my visit. Even asked her for her playlist because the vibes were immaculate fast forward to closing time, I came in again to use the restroom (my brother works at the EŌS next door and I thought the boba shop would be better for a quick in and out) and they looked at me like I was CRAZY. the girl I usually see smiled but the others seemed super unwelcoming. maybe it's because I wasn't buying anything this time around?? little did they know I'm a returning customer, stares and bad energy like that will make me not want to be. that's it. that's the review.

Zero One Ice Strawberry Snow is probably one of the best snow servings that I have had. Would have liked to try other items but just came here after a big dinner. Fun place with board games to hang out. But the reason to come here is the "Ice Ice Baby !!"

Service was good. One person up front working but she was attentive. Drink itself was fine. Not great but not terrible. Pineapple tea with strawberry poppers. They don't have as much choices as other boba places. Location was open and clean. If I'm ever in this area I'll probably be back but not gonna go out of my way to come here.

    Strawberry tea & shaved ice
    Rebekah D.

First impressions: It's surprisingly empty, but very clean, so at least that's good it's clean. Some places are empty and still dirty. It was nice and cool inside. If they had some games or something, it might bring more foot traffic in. I'd recommend some savory snacks too, when people don't want a full meal but want something to balance the sweetness. It's really bc I was hoping they had something like some kind of tapas, definitely would have tried them. The workers were very friendly, and I asked about the shaved ice, if it was good. One worker said emphatically yes, the other was like, your kids would probably like it. Drinks: I had a small matcha milk tea. It was decent, not the best, not overly sweet which is good, but I've had better, so it was kind of "meh". Kiddo 1 had a strawberry milk tea with boba. She liked it and drank it super fast. I didn't have a chance to taste it, but it happens, gotta be quick. It did have a strawberry in it, and it was pink, so that's always cute. Kiddo 2 had a green apple tea with green apple jelly. I tasted it, and it was a little too sweet for me. She loved it though, and said, look it comes with apple in it. Later she ripped open the top to get the apple. But I guess I'd do the same tbh. Honeydew shaved ice. It has dairy so if you can't hang, be wary. The honey dew that was included was very sweet. Yum. I thought the plating was odd though. There was a sugar cone, a few marshmallows and some Oreos and whipped cream aside from the fruit. The texture is also different for the shaved ice. It is creamy due to the dairy, but the shaved ice is in strings and I guess I'm used to fluffy mounds like snow. Nothing tasted terrible or anything negative. It's just different than expected. I do want to come back and try other stuff on the menu.

Friendly staff and good boba Brown sugar milk tea is smooth and sweet and teaful. My friends for milk teas and you can taste the individual flavors and sweet and tea too. Good that they mentioned dairy is in it. We went at 10pm Wood go again.

This was my first stop, and I'm so glad it was. The café itself is absolutely charming--spacious, clean, and with plenty of seating. But what stood out immediately was the customer service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was smiling. You can tell this is a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. Despite the line, they were patient, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their coffee selection is wide but not overwhelming. . I went with the matcha latte with pistachio, which was well-balanced. When it came to food, I couldn't decide between my usual go-to (broccoli and cheese quiche) or the bacon, spinach, and cheddar--or even the tomato basil, which sounded amazing. I asked the barista/ server to choose for me, and she recommended the bacon, spinach, and cheddar. It did not disappoint. The crust was thick and perfectly done, and the filling was layered and flavorful--just incredible. I also ordered an ube muffin and was given a complimentary lemon tart (no complaints here!). The ube muffin was exactly what you'd hope for--lightly sweet with a delicate blend of vanilla, nutty notes, and a hint of coconut. The lemon tart was perfectly balanced--bright, slightly tart, and complemented beautifully by the whipped topping. Before leaving, I grabbed a loaf of sourdough to go. They even offered to slice it for me--small detail, big win. And I have to say, coming from San Francisco, I do not say this lightly: this is hands-down some of the best sourdough I've had outside of San Francisco. Honestly worth the 45-minute drive just for that alone. I come from a background in the restaurant industry, and great service doesn't go unnoticed. Everyone here was attentive, kind, and truly invested in the experience they provide. The customer service alone is worth the visit. They so offer Panini's and daily soups.. Their menu changes daily. They also offer Louisiana hot sauce so someone knows what they're doing. I can't wait to bring my kids here next time. We will absolutely be back.

It happened to be a little under twenty minutes away from us so we decided let's do it & they were open late. Hell yeah. There's not a crazy amount of pastries but the selection was great. We got two tiramisus, one vanilla custard lobster tail, some mini cannolis, & the wedding cookies. Everything came out to about $50 so beware, prices aren't exactly cheap. But for one, if you're going to do "bad" then do it right & we also shared with our family of 5 so plenty to go around. & Holy cow, everything was incredible. So indulgent, decadent & rich in flavor. My nephews liked the cannolis, personally they're not my favorite, but if you're into it the mini's are a great option to quench the craving. The lobster tail with the vanilla custard took me by surprise. I didn't think I was going to care for it, but the cold custard was refreshing & the flakiness of the bread was crazy, my taster buds were confused by the textures, but in the best way. They complemented each other well. My ultimate favorite was the tiramisu & the wedding cookies. I honestly wish I had gotten more of the wedding cookies, those things took me back. I grew up eating the Mexican ones & the Italians did it right *applause* But damn, the tiramisu was to die for. I would order that again & again. Perfectly chilled, the dusting of the cocoa powder didn't taste like nesquik--incredible. At first the price had me thinking if we were doing too much, like damn, should we have just gone to Sprouts bakery? But after being able to indulge in a great quality dessert, it was worth every dollar. My only feedback, careful when you're paying at the register. If you're not paying attention, the tip automatically defaults to 18% on the tablet. Only thing I didn't care for. I could see if I was eating at the restaurant, but I just popped in to take pastries to go. So, that was kind of annoying. The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!
