We loved this brewery! We can get their Pilsner down here in Rhode Island and the other beers they had were really good too. They also have a bottomless bowl of popcorn that rocked my world while I was there. The place is cool and has a shuffleboard in the back that my group had a lot of fun competing on! All the action here centers around the bar - which has a boutique brewery feel, someone definitely spent some time on the design. It was lovely to gaze at while sipping on their concoctions. As was their art mural on the wall. I'm always a fan of breweries that don't have TVs blaring, this was one of them. Beer selection was robust and diverse, I believe they had 8 beers on tap when we visited, their Green State Lager (pale ale) being my favorite, and one of the best pale ales I've had in recent memory. Conehead IPA was a close second. Refillable bowls of popcorn for $2 always helps the "hangout longer" cause. Sure, Vermont has a ton of great craft breweries, but Zero Gravity is among the best! I've never had a bad beer from them. The lineup changes regularly, with go-to favorites always on tap. There is literally something for everyone -- even the non-beer drinker with wine and seltzer available. The staff is always friendly, the space always clean (even the bathrooms!). I'm not a big beer fan, but I love the atmosphere at Zero Gravity Brewery. It's very quiet and open. There's a large seating area outside so it's perfect for chilling outside with a few beers while enjoying this amazingly warm weather we've been having. The inside space isn't very large, but I like how it's not noisy but not abandoned either. You can get a flight of 4 to sample (5 oz cups), which means you only have to eliminate 1 beer. My favorite is the Little Wolf, which is a pale ale that's not so pale with a semi-sweet initial taste and a bit of a bitter aftertaste. I'm not a huge fan of the aftertaste, but the initial taste is my favorite. The bitterness isn't very noticeable. I drank a few sips before I tasted it. This was the most fragrant out of all the beers I tried. My second favorite is the Green State Lager, which is a pilsner. It's taste is very refreshing and mild. The location of Zero Gravity Brewery is nice as it doesn't have the parking problems or business of downtown. If you can't find parking in its lot, you can easily park behind Soyo next door or eat your froyo on Zero Gravity's patio. It's a mutually beneficial relationship :). Happy drinking! read more

This brewery has not reached the cult status of the Alchemist or Fiddlehead, but their beers are compelling. And that means of course no waiting in long lines for their product. The brewery itself is set up like a restaurant with a bar and it is very tastefully and simply decorated. You can order a sample flight of 4 beers or a pint. We did both! There is also a food menu featuring light simple fare. We saw many folks just getting a bowl of popcorn. You order both beer and food at the bar, then take your food to wherever you wish to sit. One of the beers we tried is only available at the brewery and American Flatbread, which is about half a mile away. It was an English ale and all four of us loved it, which never happens since we all have different tastes. So many reasons combined to make this brewery a so much more pleasant experience than most. Food, unique beer, no lines, nice décor. read more

This is a nice place to hang out with your friends outdoors. I like the little samplers they sell and the whole look is very industrial. It's nice how they label each sample for you. We stopped at Zero gravity as our last stop before heading home after a long weekend exploring Stowe and Burlington. I'm so glad that we stopped! The brewery is super cute with ample parking and beautiful art work. I got a flight of 4 of their beers at a ridiculously inexpensive price. Zero gravity is known for doing traditional styles really well. We didn't see any crazy barrel aged this or that, just really solid lagers, IPA's, porters, etc. and for that I was thankful. It's a great place to stop and have a few beers, and their merchandise is really nice too! read more

The beer and popcorn is probably some of the best in Burlington. The service at the bar not stellar. As I drank my beer and eating my popcorn I watched a woman stand there waiting to be served for 3 to 4 minutes as the bartender was making plans for the next day with a coworker. There was six of us sitting at the bar and four people in the lounge area. Not busy. It happened probably two or three more times over the next 30 minutes. Not the first time I had been there. Same thing happened last time. Wanted to give a third chance. Probably won't gol back. Will buy their beer in store and drink at home. read more

Zero Gravity gets maybe a 3.5. Overall, their beers are pretty solid, but we were underwhelmed by the offerings they had on draft in the taproom when we visited. The best beer on was probably Bernie Weisse, but everything else was pretty mediocre. This was surprising, as we had a great beer (probably a one-off) the day before at Three Penny, but Zero Gravity only had there normal run-of-the-mill beers on draft. The taproom itself is huge, with a massive outdoor patio which can be enjoyed during the warmer months. They usually have about 8-10 lines running, including a cask beer (which wasn't offered during our visit). read more

Another brilliant tasting room, one which offers us non-beer drinkers options that are... well... not beer! They had a rosé on the menu, as well as Citizen Cider (of course), so I was able to enjoy myself as my husband sampled a flight of their brews. All Food sucked and there was 6 of us. Self service to order food and get a drink and you had to get back on a line that was 15 people long to get a second beer, none of us got a second beer!!! Place needs a manager. Or at least a separate service window for beer only after you order food , after all it is a brewery. read more

This is one of the best breweries that I've been to (and I've been to a lot)! The beers are all excellent and speak for themselves. Make sure you ask what the cask special is. It's always something unique and interesting. Definitely worth trying. Besides the great beer and excellent atmosphere the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This is very refreshing since some breweries are getting a little too big for their britches. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a pint or two. If you're lucky and strawberry moon is on tap then order it... it won't be there long. read more

Best microbrewery I have been to east of the Mississippi River. $8 for a flight of 4 beers and they were really generous pours compared to a lot of other tasting flights. Calm inviting pub atmosphere and a really cool logo. But above all the beer was superb. Black Cat Porter above all is the best Porter I have ever had, not to sweet or malty to start and just enough hop finish to balance the end. Deeply enjoyed the Green State Lager, the Keller and Little Wolf Pale ale as well. read more

I drove from NY to Vermont to hit a few breweries but these people can't keep adhere to their posted hrs. Ok, I hate my time being wasted due to others incompetence. How can I expect these clowns to make something consumable if they can't even post accurate hrs of operations. I believe the note on the door said something about a team building company retreat. I hope they learned how to show up for advertised business hrs while there. Thx for wasting my time... Side note: guess I lucked out, the other nearby breweries said Zeros beer sucked.
