Wanpee fruit tea was perfect sweetness without any added sugar. Very refreshing. It took a while to get our drinks even though it didn't seem busy, but at least when our drinks were ready, the employee served them graciously.

They're both signature drinks and the matcha and toffee balance each other so well. The toffee does get stuck in your teeth, but it adds a nice crunch to your drink. I recommend getting their drinks in either oat or macadamia milk! Their honey boba was fresh with the perfect texture. I don't recommend driving here unless you're okay with parking a few blocks away. I prefer this location over San Jose because their drinks are more consistent. They were very accommodating with making a smaller size boba drink in two kid-friendly flavors: watermelon slush and fruit tea and packing it all up securely (before store open even!) for on-time delivery to excited middle schoolers. They even helped move it to my car. No bobas left. Very happy tweens and teachers. Thank you Little Sweet! Highly recommend!

She explained there may have been a mistake with one of the selected options in the app and even acknowledged that she understood if the drink could not be remade, but wanted to ask anyway. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, after witnessing that interaction, I do not plan on returning. Please teach your staff to be polite and understanding.
