I noticed that different drinks had different milk options available. I requested the drink to be available ASAP instead of scheduling a pick up and the drink was ready super quickly. When I went into the store, it was really tidy and there were 2 self-order kiosks available and a designated online order and store order pick up areas. In terms of the actual drink, it tasted fine but I couldn't really taste the ube. It honestly was kinda like oat milk with hints of taro, so I wish the taro ube flavor was stronger. Service is focused on fuffiling orders--order online or at the kiosk, wait and watch for your number, and receive your items. We came because they're known for zero-calorie sugar and additives (cane sugar available). Vegan and caffeine-free drinks are also offered but as of January 2024, no dairy alternatives for their milk teas. I had the Lychee Lover with Less Sweet 0 Calorie Sugar. It was a light and lychee-forward drink with a mild taste from the crystal boba. My companion had the Hayes Blue with Less Sweet which was pretty but tasted like watered-down coconut milk. Stumbled across this Zero& location while doing some shopping with the wife on Fillmore. There are limited seating both inside and outside the premise, and the interior is very clean and inviting. The barista was very friendly, and we wound up ordering a Pink Guava Oasis and a Coco Mango. Both drinks were delicious, but the Coco Mango surprised us because it was actually a slushy. The boba quality was perfectly soft and chewy, and the fruits used in the drink were clearly fresh fruits, rather than syrup or powders. There's an offer at present for first time users of their app to get a free drink. So make sure to take advantage of that if you are not already a member (toppings are extra). The app also has a reward system for orders placed through the app. And make sure to scratch the scratcher on the side of your drink for extra rewards (free points, dollars off next purchase, etc..). Wow, Fillmore street really needed this boba place! It's so good. Loved that I could get a warm boba on a cold summer day (San Francisco summers, amiright?). I've been seeing Zero& on social media, and I knew their Hanabi Cakes were something I wanted to try. So my friend and I decided to stop by for dessert. I like that you can order everything on a kiosk because of the efficiency. We got the Mango Sunshine Mini Box. To be honest, it was a lot smaller than I was expecting, but overall, the cake was delicious. It tastes like one of those iconic Asian cream cakes. Light, fluffy and fruity. This is part of a franchise (chain?) that utilizes fresh ingredients and fruits. Got the Coco Mango with boba and there's only a one size option for these drinks. It was exactly as advertised and the boba had a nice chew. Ambiance and decor is similar to over zero& stores and service was pretty quick. They display your order number on the screen so you know which ones are being prepared and which orders are completed. They also text you when your order is ready. The drink was about $7 so it is on the higher side of drinks but you do get a pretty tall cup. read more

I would whole heartedly recommend them to my friends, family, and even used to buy a bunch of drinks for everyone to get them to try it for house parties. This was about 1+ year ago. Ever since then, the quality of this (and other) stores have gone gradually down hill. The Coco Mango drink has been a mess. There is no longer any consistency and I'll never know what I'll get Sometimes it's all ice with barely any flavor. Sometimes it's too much winter melon flavor. Also, it's not because of the seasonality of the mangos. Sometimes is up with the production. Coconut Zero drink has been hit or miss as well. The ratio doesn't seem to be consistent either. Teapuccino - a focus on tea quality and creamer/milk has never been their strong point. It's pretty generic. They say they will remake it if you don't like it, but I've been having so many disappointments lately that it's probably better to just come here less While I assume it is more efficient, when you order from these stores, it's all tablets and applications. The people are in the back are nice enough if you ever get face time with them, but it's become a beverage mill. I used to love these stores. Going to Zero& used to be a treat for myself. Sadly the lack of consistency and high prices has led me to write about the recent string of bad experiences. I did dock off a star because I found myself chewing on the brown hard shells from the coconut. Maybe this is intentional but I was cautiously chewing the coconut bits because I was so scared of biting on the small hard shells and hurting my teeth.
