We got several quotes from the big box stores but Christine's was the best choice/combination of quality, value, and timeline. Christine (aka the Ramona carpet lady) provided us with amazing customer service. She came out to our place and did all the measurements. She showed us a couple options for the carpet we were looking for. And provided us a quote within 24 hrs. She was able to schedule our install appointment for the very next week. Wow. Installers completed the job within the estimated 4-5 hrs (when does that ever happen) and boom we had new carpet. We are so happy with the product and grateful that we met Christine. If you have a flooring project, we recommend you start with Christine. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Christine for welcoming us to Ramona. Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

Starting my review 1 year after install. Overall we had a poor experience for the following…read morereasons: 1. The general expectations for install were never communicated to us, we have never replaced flooring and didn't know they would be demoing the entire house and then installing, requiring us to vacate the home. For someone new, it's reasonable to assume they might go room by room? Maybe not. Setting out general expectations and timelines in advance would be great. 2. The job took much longer than originally stated. 3. Quality of baseboards that they replaced was much lower than what we originally had installed. 4. The overall quality of the install was poor. It was clear they had no idea how to work with this newer product. Especially when it came to the stairs which they redid and it's still not right. 5. Photos included of messy filler/caulking, install spaces between joints and large spaces next to walls, creaky steps (multiple). I waited one year to review as the sales person said that "of course the steps will creak when they are new but when they settle in it won't". I feel like they are "settled" now but they still creak like crazy. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, we thought we were getting quality install and were ok with paying more but that was not the case.

I would highly recommend Mike for all your home blind needs…read more We came to Mike last month for blinds for our home. I had an idea about what I wanted and we went into his shop to compare prices. After spending 5 minutes with Mike it was clear he knew what he was talking about and he had great ideas and a great selection of products. His prices were very similar to what we looked at in Home Depot. He also said he would come to measure everything at our home no charge. He worked around our schedule and brought all the samples we looked at in the store to compare to my wall color. He gave me an accurate timeline for the ordering of the blinds and installed them the day after they came in. Mike was friendly and personable. He was prompt and installed our blinds perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results. They work great and Mike says he stands behind his products for life. I was so happy to find a local business to support that delivers such great results.
