Just to be sure, she sent us home with several similar samples for us to observe at home during different times of the day. Her team of two men arrived early (WOW!) for installation and they were done in 1 1/2 hours! They were quiet, respectful, friendly, and efficient. The carpet looks great and we're very happy with all aspects of the job. One helpful hint: be sure to ask if there's a particular brand of vacuum cleaner that will not work well with the carpet you select.

They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

I had an idea about what I wanted and we went into his shop to compare prices. After spending 5 minutes with Mike it was clear he knew what he was talking about and he had great ideas and a great selection of products. His prices were very similar to what we looked at in Home Depot. He also said he would come to measure everything at our home no charge. He worked around our schedule and brought all the samples we looked at in the store to compare to my wall color. He gave me an accurate timeline for the ordering of the blinds and installed them the day after they came in. Mike was friendly and personable. He was prompt and installed our blinds perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results. They work great and Mike says he stands behind his products for life. I was so happy to find a local business to support that delivers such great results.
