Just to be sure, she sent us home with several similar samples for us to observe at home during different times of the day. Her team of two men arrived early (WOW!) for installation and they were done in 1 1/2 hours! They were quiet, respectful, friendly, and efficient. The carpet looks great and we're very happy with all aspects of the job. One helpful hint: be sure to ask if there's a particular brand of vacuum cleaner that will not work well with the carpet you select.

Robert actually took the time to understand the problem instead of trying to upsell us.
