I highly recommend Dasani's Company Tub Refinishing!…read more My master bathroom tub had developed a crack, and because it has custom quartz edging, replacing it simply wasn't a practical option - it would have been far too expensive. From my first phone call, Sofia in the office was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain what bathtub refinishing can and cannot accomplish and gave me honest, practical advice that actually reduced the cost of the repair. I really appreciated that she wasn't trying to upsell me. David Garcia performed the repair, and his 26 years of experience really showed. He was friendly, honest, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained the process, did an excellent job, and left the tub looking great. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty, expertise, and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dasani's Company Tub Refinishing to anyone considering bathtub repair or refinishing.

9-15-26 I am very upset with the job done by Dasani owner David Garcia on 9-10-26. He glazed over…read morea large bubble which he says was already present. He even took a "before" photo and circled the bubble (below left) which he told me yesterday was to "protect himself." He never notified us about the problem or sent his photo until after we texted him regarding the bubble (right photo). The condo was recently purchased and not yet moved in. Before Dasani arrived, no bubble was observed in the shower enclosure and our home inspector did not notice it. Even if it was pre-existing, why would any contractor ignore it? We were told to leave the condo during the day due to strong odors. Supposedly, David performed hours of prep including cleaning, sanding, scraping, applying acetone, etc. OVER the bubble as if that would be acceptable to the homeowner. He admitted he did not bother to call us when he saw the bubble. Meanwhile, we paid as soon as the job was completed. We did not ener the condo to see the work until 48 hours later. As a result, we wasted $885 which David refuses to refund. Incredibly, he told me he would charge another $420 to return and fix the problem. He said he did not care about negative reviews in Yelp. I now see that he responds to critical reviews by blaming the customer. All the positive reviews mean nothing when a company does something like this. It will cost me a lot more money and aggravation to get a competent contractor because Dasani literally glossed over a problem.

My parents paid thousands for it in the 1980's, but it wouldn't be worth the cost of repair! It has lived 40 good years and with a new tablecloth, hopefully I will make it last another decade or two. Sadly, we live in the era of trendy disposable furniture. So even though I decided not to refinish the table, Dave repaired a loose barrister bookcase glass panel and a drawer pull on my antique mahogany dresser. I wish I could hire him for more work! The poor old thing (the secretary) was really showing her age with years of touching up, damage and oxidation. She was long overdue for a rehaul. I found AAA on Yelp and texted Keith. His response was quick and honest and he was willing to take the job on at a very reasonable cost, and referred me to Stan. Stan was also quick to respond and we arranged a time for pick up and an ETA. Stan contacted us anytime he had a question about something and sent pics of her in progress. After about 2 to 3 weeks, he was ready to bring her back and we were extremely flabbergasted at how gorgeous she had turned out. When you have a piece of furniture so long and it looks so worn, it's hard to imagine what it could look like beautified. I am attaching before and after pics to show what wonderful work they did, which included completely stripping her, which Stan said was VERY labor-intensive. She was covered in old varnish and old polish. I digress. Here are the pics, and a very high recommendation for AAA.

In addition to the excellent work we were appreciative with the speed in which it was completed. He always promptly responded to any of our inquiries. He left the area spotless, with no lingering odors, and the finished shower looks beautiful. Since there are no VOC's we could stay in the house while the resurfacing was being completed. I just had to wait 'till the next day to put the shower drain cover back. Overall, it was a great experience.

I hired OBR to recoat the insides of 2 tubs. Short version is I am extatically happy with the…read moreservice, results, and the discounted cash price was excellent. Long version is that both tubs were ruined by living in this house 21 years which made them dingy, my mother in law's assisted chair set up which scratched up the bottoms, and our teenagers dying their hair which set black and blue color permanently into the scratches. One tub was acrylic and the other was metal, (determined by me testing a magnet). They both looked really bad and dingy and I was pretty concerned that the metal one was bound to start rusting out with continued use. The tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years even after a deep cleaning. There was no shine. I was embarrassed to have guests use the restrooms, as there's absolutely nothing you can do to hide a bathtub. So I read a lot of reviews and got a few quotes. OBR had a good price to begin with plus they offered a 10% cash discount. I also liked the idea that they were so confident about the finish not yellowing. I have a few re coated tubs in a rental property that have held up over the past 25 years but they have yellowed over time and are ugly. I'm going to invest in having OBR redo those tubs in the near future. I only needed to do the insides. The outsides still looked shiney and new. Serge recommend that I let him remove the drain kit so the white coating did not get on that metal and that gave me the opportunity to run over and buy new drain kits (for about $25 ea) and that was the finishing touch. Both tubs now look BRAND NEW and have a very glossy, almost wet, looking finish. I am thrilled with the end result and feel I most definitely made the best choice in hiring these guys. I wasnt too concerned about the potential smell but if you are, the process is indeed odorless. Serge told me it might take around 6 hours but it actually took about 4.5 hours for him to do both tubs. I had left him home while I was out and had to come back sooner than expected since he finished early, and he was very gracious waiting for me to return. The coating only takes 1 day to cure. A+ experience all the way around.
