I only had to carpet one bedroom & closet, but they treated me with so much respect, patience, and kindness. Jorge and Juan, who installed our carpets, were so respectful, joyful, and kind as well. Monika and Prad worked with our budget and made sure that we had the best quality carpet at a price we could afford. There were no hidden fees like some big box companies have. They are also in contact with their installers which is a game changer if you've ever partnered with larger businesses who are not in contact with their third party installers. It makes the process so much smoother & reliable. We are ecstatic with the results; we finally have our dream carpet in our bedroom/closet and we couldn't be happier. We are also glad that we were able to support this business because it's truly a hidden gem in our area.

I wasn't sure how this worked but Robert just sells the flooring. He's like a middleman. I hate to say anything because the installers are incredible. But they are a different company. He had set me up for partial work and wanted to charge me to finish. Said it was my mistake not knowing his business. He said he would fix it and all I needed was to pay him. He had numerous fees in his bid that were unnecessary. Just to pad his already higher than anyone in the business for the same flooring. This review is based on price only…read more If you want to pay 10 times the price of your tile, then All Floors & Finishes is the place for you. We were planning to go to some of the big flooring stores in Miramar, but happened to see this small local store in Poway. And we thought, let's support our community and work with a local small business. Big mistake. We have 4250 sq ft of flooring we want to replace. And the porcelain tile we chose was $3.69 per square foot. That would make the total cost of materials $15,682. According to most folks we've talked to, we should expect the labor cost (actual installation) be around double or triple the cost of the materials. So maybe $10 per sq ft. Heck, even $15 per sq ft. wouldn't be the end of the world. So maybe $30k-$50k. But then we got our estimate from Josh and Whitney at All Floors and Finishes, and we were blown away that the estimated cost was right over $30 per square foot. It was actually a range of $32-$34 per sq ft. They came in with a bid of $135,000-$145,000 to re-tile 4258 square feet of flooring, using a tile that costs $3.69 per sq ft. This is INSANE. I emailed multiple times to confirm that it wasn't a mistake. I'm sure they do great work, but c'mon. So we'll be heading to Miramar to see what the bigger stores have to offer. UPDATE: We've had multiple companies come and measure now, and the highest bid so far is $79k. Which is still over $55,000 less than All Floors & Finishes.

I do not recommend working with Manny and Jasmine…read more As a property manager, I hired them for a full apartment renovation in Escondido after the previous tenants left the unit in very poor condition. While this was more than a standard turnover, the project still should have taken no more than two months. Instead, it dragged on for several months. I ultimately fired them after repeatedly being charged for work I had not approved, being told crews were on-site when they weren't, and constantly getting the runaround on the project's status. After hiring a new contractor, he identified the source of a lingering urine odor within minutes - something that had gone unresolved for months because Manny was never on-site. The workmanship was also poor. I had to hire another contractor to redo the staircase. When I went to pick up the flooring, the shop let me know that they always had that flooring in stock. Jasmine spent almost a month telling me it was "ordered and on the way". Within one week of the tenant moving in, the upstairs shower leaked into the downstairs bathroom because the wrong shower valve had been installed, requiring remediation. I felt bad for the tenant, whose move-in had already been delayed by a month due to Jasmine promising the work would be done by a specific date and then having to extend the renovation. They also were not familiar with basic California smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector requirements, which I had to explain to them. A rule that Manny as a contractor and Jasmine as a project manager should know. As of today, they still owe the homeowner money for the remediation. Jasmine has sent photos claiming a check was mailed, but we've never received it. I stopped responding to her because I don't trust her. I hired them to make my job easier. Instead, I spent months correcting mistakes, disputing unapproved charges, managing delays, and ultimately hiring another contractor, who completed their mistakes and remaining work in less than two weeks. I would also like to note that their Yelp profile advertises "damage restoration" services, but that was not my experience. Their estimate included removing mold-affected drywall in a water heater closet. However, before I terminated their services, they told me that this was "not something they do."
