Installation was superb. Frank(?) and his sons came to install most of it, and we were especially thankful they were thorough with eliminating squeaks in the underlying floorboards (when they could). The overall quality of the job was great. At no extra charge to us, they replaced the noses of our stairs since they found them a bit weak & squeaky once they took the old carpet off. Happy with the Mohawk SmartCushion underlayment as well - I don't think we had a choice here but feeling it now with our Fabrica carpet, it's great.
