Their set-up makes it clear they value recreational users way more than medical users. Unfortunately, that seems true everywhere I've gone (other than GreenGate, but now they are a Zen Leaf dispensary like this place, which was MedMen and is now Zen Leaf too). On my last visit here, in my preorder, I picked two products according to their website description: - Innocent 1:1:1 Dark Chocolate Cherries (which I've purchased many times at GreenGate, and are supposed to be 1:1:1 THC:CBD:CBN. This is important for me as I am trying to have the benefit of THC without the high of THC, and both CBD and CBN reduce THC's "high" feeling and CBN also helps with sleep, which I need. I even discussed with my bud tender how excited I was about the cherries, including discussing the CBN they had) - Sky Walker Live Sugar Wax (which I picked because the strain is excellent for nerve pain, and because it was a wax, I can lack coordination and always pick thicker, more solid concentrates so I'm able to break it apart and use it without spilling or wasting it) But instead of the items the website said I was purchasing, I got THC only cherries, and a Live Resin Sugar which is soupy and impossible for me to use. I even let them know my issue with the wax before I left (as soon as I realized it, which I found out from the bud tender as soon as I paid). The manager was completely unapologetic for the mislabeling and only offered to discount me if I wanted to buy something else (um, no, I'm not rewarding their f-up by giving them more money, thanks). I didn't realize the issue with the Cherries until I got home, wrote them an email and sent pictures and have heard... nothing. Wow. I just spent almost $300 at this place (which is a big order for me and needed to last a while), and tipped the bud tender $20 before I realized I'd been screwed. I now have $93 of product that won't work for my medical needs, and they can't even be bothered to respond. So now IDPH has received an email to alert them to multiple mislabeled products at this dispensary. Hoping that will get this place to do a better job, not that I'll ever spend another dime there. F this place! (& I don't feel bad at all saying so)

I have purchased flower, cartridges, disposable pens, an assortment of edibles & drinks, and a pain relief lotion. I have recommended this shop to others and will continue to do so. I'm in town and I wanted to grab some K as it had been a few weeks. Saw these folks were right down the street so decided to give them a shot. When I got here the girl at the counter (blond, glasses) seemed super chill and straight forward, which I dig. Unfortunately she knew very little about K, because when I asked the very very common question of what is your best in stock right now she look at my bewildered, as If I was some sort of idiot. Not only that, but after trying to explain what I meant, she literally said "I have no fucking idea what you're talking about". Blown away by how rude she was, feeling awkward but with very few options on foot, I eventually got her to understand what I was asking but she couldn't say what was the best since she doesn't do K herself. If I wasn't on foot/visiting I would have walked out immediately, btw. OK, whatever. So I came home, tried the K. I was told each capsule was .5 grams. I took less than my normal dose given and clearly they do not weigh out these capsules because there is no way it was .5g per. Shit was potent for sure but I definitely took too much because I was ridiculously nauseous from it. So, after all this, I wrote a less than positive review on Google, which seemed completely reasonable given my experience overall, right? I then felt bad about specifically calling this girl out, thinking I shouldn't cause this person to lose her job, so I removed the written review and left only a few stars. Then today I decide to go back and give them another try. I figure maybe I just need to take less. As soon as I walked in, this girl immediately barrages me "aren't you the girl who gave us a bad review?!?! YOU SHOULD PROBABLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SINCE OUR KRATOM MADE YOU NAUSEOUS." She says all this shit WITH ANOTHER customer standing there. She then answers the phone, presumably with her boss, yelling at that person on the phone that the girl who gave a bad review was there (me). Absolutely blown away, I then calmly ask her if she is going to refuse service, but their computer systems were down anyways, so I didn't really have a choice. She continues to yell at me so I walk out and tell her how wack they are. Wack is the absolute least of what this crazy person was, folks. I'm surprised she is employed at all let alone in a customer-facing setting. Honestly flabbergasted. I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever. Folks, Buy your kratom online, it is cheaper and just as good! And I have never been treated so poorly for so little reason. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and a review.
