Sent my parents here on visit and they grabbed some products. They grabbed some Delta-8 THC in addition to just CBD THC products. My parents like the medium dosage green apple rings. This is a favorite of my husband. On my last trip, I got 60mg Carmel CBD THC free. I ate the whole thing not knowing it was 60mg. Made for a great night sleep but, probably could of just ate half. Will purchase again but won't gobble a whole one again. Also on last trip learned of THC-O. Not for me but for someone who wants the psychedelic effects, it could be fun. This place is such an absolute ripoff!!!! They charge $10 for 10 capsules, you can literally buy 1000 capsules for $100 at FoodTown corner store in uptown. It's the same quality. In fact, when their first location opened in Edgewater, it used to be $5 for 10 grams, which is about 13 to 15 capsules. It's the same kratom they are using now, but way overpriced. I use CBD for mental health reasons, and until my first stop at CBD Kratom, I've been buying online from some of the brands featured in this shop, like Green Roads. I'm really grateful to live in a city where this is legal and readily available at shops. I easily found street parking right in front of CBD Kratom on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm, and was greeted with a smile. Not to be judgmental, but I initially thought that a CBD shop would seem a little more slimy and gross inside than what I experienced here. Instead, I walked into one of the cleanest shops I'd ever seen, with striking shelving and extremely kind staff members. It's impressive and I love being proved wrong! After walking around and being helped by a nice guy behind the counter (his name started with a D, and I'm so sorry I don't remember it!), I learned that CBD Kratom sells anything from CBD snacks, to gummies, to pills, to oils, and even pens. Like I said, it's expensive, but I'm hoping that's because this is a luxury and uncommonly sold in shops in the city. I ended up purchasing CBD Mood Lift mints (which I've used quite a bit and they've really helped me during this dreary week in Chicago) and some CBD lollipops. Both are low dosage -- probably about 10-15mg of CBD per item -- but they're definitely effective. If you are looking to try out CBD, it's 100% legal and very helpful if you've got anxiety, whether you're around people or just have it day-to-day. Shops like this are so helpful, though kind of pricey, but if you think about how much money medication is before insurance, it's a small price to pay to supplement any other ways you may be trying to suppress your anxiousness. read more

First let me say the caramels are delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. That being said, I tried the caramels and joint and they were not effective at all. I tried multiple edibles and still nothing. I had a decent experience in the store, although the prices were of course ridiculously exorbitant. I found some staff to be more knowledgeable than others although most were pretty friendly. All of the taxes and everything really add up. Despite the ample space, I found their inventory rather limited, and it was hard to find a CBD product that had nothing I'm allergic to (eggs, soy, wheat for instance.) Given that this is the first CBD shop I have visited here, I do not know whether this is typical of all shops, or due to the limited products that Illinois allows. I recently went in to purchase CBD tincture. It was my first time there. They have a wide arrangement of flavors. The prices are a bit high. When I was greeted, I was greeted by a person with blonde hair, heavyset lady. She came off pretentious and I didn't really like her attitude.
