We told the representative that our dog was pretty picky with snacks and treats, and we were made sample treat pouches that we could go home and give to him to find what he liked the most. We have never been treated so well in a store before and offered options to take home and try first. This was amazing. While we were at the bonetique, we noticed that there was a dog meet up, which was extremely cute. I definitely recommend chewy's Bonetique. They had many Colorado made treats for dogs. This is an amazing store that many people should check out.

The prices are reasonable, but then again our dog is small and so is his appetite so we don't spend a ton. He has a sensitive system, and he happily eats anything we buy here. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and will answer just about any question you have about dogs and their nutrition. Today was the first time I took advantage of their nail clipping service. It is offered as a walk in service and it will run you 20 dollars with an option to tip. Elias did our dog's nails today, no easy task since he's a little fussy with his feet, but Elias was quick and efficient, and oh so loving to our little old guy. It costs less than our vet and a little more than the big chain pet stores, but Chewy's is located so close to our house that I think it evens out just fine.

I have brought my dog to PetSmart multiple times. I've never had an issue. Typically, because my…read moredog's coat dries so quickly, by the time I get home, they have called me to come back and get him, so about 45 minutes. Last Thursday, 5/7/26, I had a 1:30 pm appointment with one groomer and was called and offered an earlier one because they had lots of openings. I had never been to this PetSmart, but was using it because I was leaving Denver that afternoon and let the woman know that I didn't have a car anymore and needed to pick it up at noon. Their location was closer to the highway and after my car appointment and I was hoping I would have the car in time for the 1:30 appt. She asked if I'd like to come at 2 pm and I said I'd rather stay at 1:30 because I was really trying to get out of town, but kept that time in the back of my mind. While I was at the rental place I saw that I was not going to make the 1:30 time so I called to see if the 2 pm time was still an option. It was, so I locked that time down and got the car and rushed home. I gathered up my pup and threw my luggage into the car. I called on my way and let them know I was coming. I told them I'd be there by 2:15. They said I'd be fine. I arrived at 2:10. The person who they ended up assigning me was different, fine, I was late, had changed my appointment. She took my pup back after I did the paperwork. He wasn't happy, but what pup ever is? I asked another groomer if she knew a place I could get a manicure while he was being groomed. (No cut, just bathed, nails, and extra brushing for shedding.) She didn't have any suggestions, so I turned to google and found a place close by. Two and 1/2 hours later I was concerned because I hadn't received a text or call from the groomer, especially since it's typically only 45 minutes for him. I rushed my service to finish and drove back to the groomer and when I walked in I couldn't find anyone. I could hear my dog barking in distress in the back. I went in and out looking for a staff member and finally someone emerged. I asked if he was done and was told he didn't like the blow dryer, so was put in the kennel to air dry. I said something to the effect of how he had been there for 2 1/2 hours already and why wasn't he done and I have to be in Omaha, NE tonight, and was told "our appointments take 2-3 hours." I told the groomer that I need to leave, I have to get on the road. She asked if I'd like to pay for him and she would get him ready and to come back in 15 min. I said yes and was given the page with his info on it & checked out. I had requested a bath & brush plus the spring special with 15 extra minutes of the furminator. I went back and got him. He was still wet, was barely brushed, and honestly, I don't think he got his nails trimmed or his sanitary area clipped as directed. The nails are still long and not filed and his sanitary area is grown out from his last grooming. I paid nearly $75 for a bath, 3 hours of stress in a kennel for my pup, and a snot nosed attitude from a groomer that I tipped only so I would remember her name. I sure as hell won't forget her face and she will never touch a hair on my dog's head again.

Came in to buy dog food, as it's my only reason to come here, they were out of the food I get, so I walked out while googling where the nearest PETCO was. Rather than employees asking if there was something they could help me find, one followed me to the parking lot taking a picture of me and my license and told me they called the police. Because I DONT STEAL I jumped out and followed him into the store telling him to check the cameras at which point the girl that he was too busy playing grab ass with to originally give any sort of customer service, decide to charge out and continually tell me they called the police. I will never come to any PETCO again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I had scheduled a 15 minute wellness check up but when the receptionist asked if I had any concerns, I said yes. Luckily the customer before me never showed up so the vet was able to accommodate me with a longer visit. Before checking my cat, Petco/Vetco stated my cat had to get the rabies vaccine required by law. My cat also was given the bloodwork to test for feline leukemia (negative). Overall I had a pleasant experience with Jazmin Nunez-Mikulin, DVM and her friendly staff. The clinic was clean and organized with the store attached to the clinic. Setting up the appointment online was very easy. The prices are reasonable. There's plenty of parking outside.

Today when I picked him up from being groomed they cut his hair all the way down. The groomer said she checked the notes and this is what they "have always done". WRONG he has NEVER had his hair shaved down. The owner Luke apologized and stated that his health is not affected. Also WRONG Luke! He is an 8 year old black double coated dog and we are heading into the warm summer months. My senior black fur dog just lost the ability to maintain his temperature regulation. What groomer would not know that you are not supposed NEVER shave down a long haired Dachshund as it damages the coat and impairs the dogs ability to regulate temperature. A knowledgeable groomer would know that long haired Dachshunds are DOUBLE COATED and their undercoat protects them from heat in the summer and cold in the winter. A knowledgeable groomer would know that shaving down their fur can damage their permanent coat preventing it from growing back properly. Poor guy it looks horrible and I'm praying that somehow we are lucky and it grows back in without being permanently damaged. This is going to impact my dogs entire summer as he will have to avoid being in the sun. So no long walks or hikes for him. So you are WRONG Luke this is more than cosmetic and goes way beyond my dog looking absolutely horrible. This definitely affects his health and his life. BEWARE AND NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!!
