It took them 3 tries to order my correct contact lens prescription. The first time, they had ordered last years, so I called once I got the email receipt. The girl made it sound like I was the one that placed the order with the wrong prescription They promised it would be corrected, so I waited another week. since they are only open M-F during normal work hours, I was able to get my husband to pick it up for me. Once again WRONG. Now I'm annoyed, got them on the phone, and I never once heard an apology. It was met with snarky answers and the resolution offered was that they would throw in a couple pairs but I would need to come back to pick it up in a few days. I am not taking off work to pick up something that was supposed to be in my possession 3 weeks ago. He told me "can't your husband do it again?" I explained to him how we shouldn't be relying on my husband to fix THEIR MISTAKE. He ended saying he will just ship them to my house. I am disappointed with their declining service. Not sure if they got too busy, so they expanded the staff but the quality of service went out the door. But I will be finding a new office

That's so rare nowadays, and it's so good to feel like your business matters, not like you're just another cash grab. I came last week just to fix my son's glasses. I did not realize how simple it would be. I came in, checked in, and told them it needed a simple repair. They took it, and within 10 minutes it was out! Super fast, super great. Loved it. Did not waste time, vamolos; I had planned to wait at least an hour but 10 mins. Wow. I was very happy. What a great team!

If you want to be greeted or have someone readily available this store might not be for you. I'm sure if we asked the 1 guy that is working in the counter he would probably help but we were just looking. We were there yesterday after 6pm. I tried on some eyeglasses and definitely made for Asian fit which I love. I don't need reading glasses yet so I wear my contacts but if I will in the future I know where to look. We didn't get anything in this visit. Price is comparable to some high end brands you would get from Costco Optical. They do have some $90 frames.

I was initially hesitant to enter because the signs on the door were in Korean so I was skeptical that they'd help me, but then I thought That's ridiculous, we're in the United States, why wouldn't they help me? And went in anyway. It turns out I should've trusted my gut. Big time. Literally the second I walked in I was rudely told by the receptionist "We're closed". It was 5:10pm on a Monday. Their posted hours said open til 6pm. So I said "I thought you close at 6?" A crotchety old doctor man interjected abruptly "We close at 5:30". Their rude aggressive demeanor was not ok with me, so I said "You say you close at 5:30, but it's only 5:10, so that would leave me 20 minutes to browse frames, right?" Crotchety senile doctor barks "No!". I said "Oh really? From 5:10 to 5:30 isn't 20 minutes? Is my math wrong?" They all just looked at me. Then the receptionist said "We need time to put the frames away." Um first of all that's only if I actually saw some frames I wanted to try, but more importantly that's part of operating a business. And as I'm looking for something specific and can tell by looking if a frame will suit me or not, it's unlikely I would've even touched many frames. And *on their website* their POSTED HOURS are until 6pm Mondays. I definitely won't be spending a penny here and would encourage anyone else to go elsewhere. I went to a different optometrist not far away in Encino - owned, run and staffed by Americans - and could not have been treated better.
