Zeeks has the best pizza in Redmond by far. It's a great place for families and it's conveniently located in the Red160 building. Meh is probably the best term to describe this place. We got there tonight, and the waitress tried to sit us near a bunch of kids. NOPE. We opted to sit outside. We ordered our pizzas, and only had water to drink. The veggie pizza had lots of toppings, but the Dragon pizza we ordered, they skimped on. I was very displeased with this, and spoke to the manager who made up some excuse, saying that some locations are doing toppings differently, and they're trying to reign that in. Um... what? When I pay $23 for a fucking pizza, I expect it to be better quality than a Domino's. The food wasn't even all that hot when it came out. We also at one point had to wait 10+ minutes for water refills. Anyway, he was nice about it and took half off the pizza, but in reality, it wasn't even worth $12. Still tipped the waitress higher, because the guy sitting behind us was being really rude... So let me say this: the pizza I had was GREAT! Really I wanted to give this place 5 stars but a certain unfriendly employee there will definitely keep that from happening. I got a pepperoni pizza which was excellent! The tomato sauce had a bit of a vinegary hint to it which I love because I really hate those sweet tomato sauce pizzas. The toppings were great and the bread itself was light, fluffy and a delight to eat! However, when I walked in and looked through the menu. I noticed that I was dealing with someone pretty surly already as he asked me if I was ready and gave me an exasperated look when I said "no". When he stomped back I asked him if they had any subs, he snorted derisively and pointed across the street at Subway, "you want subs go over there." What a d-bag. Great service! Some good selections of all types of pizza. I ordered the frog belly green pizza and added sun dried tomatoes on thin crust. I always ask EVERY pizza place I go to if they have honey to dip the pizza crust in (which every place always say no) and Zeeks had it which is my kinda pizza place! We also ordered the wings which were steaming hot and super yummy! I also noticed they have a full bar and lounge area in the back.. which I thought was cool but hidden. Deliveries used to be ok, and our house is not super hard to find, but the last two times- especially the last time, they were super late. We ordered a few pizzas and salads, and then one hour later, they called and said they left our food at the wrong house. They said they would remake and have it out to us at first priority. Another hour passes and no pizzas. Our family is STARVING and not really anything planned to make for dinner. This location has incredibly patient and friendly staff. We went in about 10 mins after they closed, but since the bar was still open and people were still inside eating, they told us to take our time and decide on something to order for carryout. After we placed our order, it took about 15 minutes. I was even given a coupon discount when I paid, even though I had no coupons with me. I had forgotten what we got, I just remember there being a lot of meat. The pizza itself was okay. I think they cooked it a little too long, because as it lost it's heat, it was harder to eat. The dough was too brown. And the crust wasn't good at all, usually my favorite part of the pizza. We had leftovers too, but it didn't stand up well to reheating. I am giving this place a 3 star I love the location and the atmosphere but the food is lacking. I ordered a chopped salad and had a slice of cheese pizza. How hard is it to mess up cheese pizza??!!?? Well the pizza had little to no sauce and the crust was like cardboard. The lettuce in my salad was warm and wilted and the sauce they call a "balsamic vingerette" was more like mayo mixed with vinegar... Can you say gross!! Zeeks was our favorite a few years back. But too many bad pizzas (undercooked, burnt), diminishing value (fewer toppings), and expensive price has us saying so long and good luck. We typically order take out (but have dined in plenty as well). We often have to finish our pizza off in the oven because it's so doughy. Ordered extra bake once and got burnt pizza -- inedible. Toppings have gone from generous to having you feel cheated / robbed for the very expensive price they're charging. Same situation with Kirkland Zeeks so this appears to be a systemic issue as opposed one of a specific store. read more

We got two mediums for about $56 with delivery which is certainly not cheap. For the quality the volume of toppings and overall flavor I would say it's not worth more than $25. I don't think I'll be ever ordering from them again.....Almost forgot the annoying ordering process when you need to split and add toppings that you want....ouch....the entire experience of ordering, including user interface just like back in 2000.. feeling nostalgic -- go and order Zeeks -- will satisfy nostalgia rather than your hunger! read more

It is what it is. Sometimes the pizza is really good. Sometimes it's kinda burned. Sometimes the toppings are evenly distributed. Sometimes they're not. We don't usually eat in, but the last time we did, my pizza was served cold. Not really sure how you serve a cold pizza feet from the kitchen. Due to the limited choices in Redmond (and there are worse places) we keep ordering from them. If you get carryout, check the pizza before you leave. When I called they told me that it would be delayed an hour because now they had people ahead of me. My business uses Zeeks on a regular basis to order around 20-30 pizza. My husband and I love Zeek's Pizza. We've gone there 3 times now and it's become our favourite place to get pizza in Redmond. The flavours were slightly different than I expected, but I think I like it better than other pizzas. And the service is amazing! Every employee is very friendly and greets you as you come in and as you leave. They are a bit informal and I know that can bother some people. Personally though, I think it's really cool. The only problem we had was the parking. We just park in the shopping mall across the road and walk to the restaurant because it was too hard to park any closer. I love Zeeks. Their pizzas are the best of any of the local chains, with a wide variety of red, white, or napoli style. Their crust is by far the best, especially if you get it 'well done' which adds just that extra bit of crispiness. The Redmond store is always staffed with friendly folks willing to go extra lengths to make sure you're happy with your dinner. Also, they make the best salad in town (the wild green). Cons: wish they had more space. It's not unusual for it to be packed out in the evenings. I wish they were open 1 hr later, too. And... I wish they were about 10 percent cheaper. It's a great place to go when you want pizza but you don't want to settle for Dominos/Pizza Hut/etc. Plus they are local, their restaurants have a good vibe, and they use quality ingredients. I got an email from one of them with a "buy one get one free" (BOGO) offer--which was a mistake. I will stay with Zeeks, thank you! We went here a few days ago and had a disappointing experience. We ordered two pizzas and after the pizzas came out discovered that the toppings on one of them were incorrect. The affected pizza had been ordered with toppings different on 1/2 the pizza and 1/2 of it had the incorrect toppings. The server said a replacement pizza would be ready right away with the correct toppings. After another 20 minutes, the replacement pizza came out. It was a disappointment when getting the final bill to see that no bill change for the inconvenience had been made. I was expecting the affected pizza to be reduced in price or perhaps even free. I order food from Zeeks more often than I would like to admit. When I'm at home sometimes I order from the Woodinville location or pick up in Bothell but the Redmond location is right by my job and I frequently order salads to pick up on my way home from work. Melody at the Redmond Zeeks is always so friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond and is always so kind when I come in. I don't write reviews often but good customer service is so hard to find and I feel it deserves to be acknowledged when you do find it. Melody's customer service is top notch! Entered with a party of 4 at 7:15pm on an evening the town had snow. Saw a sign saying they were closing at 8pm the day before but the sign didn't say anything about the current daY. After 5 minutes and no one greeting us a member of our party went to find an employee. He was told that they were closing at 8pm that day and she 'would get to us when she got to us'.
