I don't know what it is about Zeek's in Redmond but they can't seem to get a delivery order right. Last time I ordered, they messed up my pizza. This time they brought me the wrong drinks. I called them tonight to fix it but they were already closed. Exhausted from flying all day. Will make do but I'm disappointed again. Tonight's pizza just mediocre too, and cold. read more

This actually happened a few months back during the time of the NHL playoffs. Friends and I were in the neighborhood, hoping to grab a quick bite before heading out to watch the game. What better place to get a quick dinner than Zeeks, right? The four of us sat down and ordered our own pizzas. 30 minutes later, everyone got their orders except for me. I sat there watching everyone eat until another 20 minutes passed by and a server finally came over to tell me that my pizza had been delivered to another table and that I was being offered a complimentary pizza for my wait. That's great! Free pizza... I was happy. :) Except for the fact that I had to wait another 25 minutes for this pizza to be made, all while I see one of the staff members- he looked like the manager on duty- walking around the restaurant and eating what was supposed to be my original order!! By the time my pizza came, the hockey game had already started so I had politely asked for my pizza to be boxed up since the rest of the party finished their food. While everyone else settled their bills, something really strange happened. Out of no where, a coaster came flying our way and clocked me square in the forehead. Everyone at the table was laughing-- except for me. Since when do coasters come flying at your face in a family pizza joint? A few minutes later, the manager on duty came by and apologized for the coaster. He told me that some customers were getting rowdy in the bar and throwing coasters around. Being the person that I am, I wanted to have a look at these hooligans who threw the coaster before I left. I walked down to the bar and there were NO customers. Instead, I saw the manager on duty and another server crouched around a corner and throwing coasters at each other! What the heck?? I thought the story was that a customer threw it? The manager on duty came over and apologized saying, "oh oops... well, it was actually me who threw the coaster, not a customer." WOW. Way to lie and get caught red handed! As a first time customer, I will never go back to Zeeks. I would never recommend Zeeks to anyone either... unless you want to sit there for an hour without food, get hit in the face by a coaster, and be lied to by management. So much for a family-friendly establishment! read more

We've been to Zeek's in Redmond several times and have always had great service. Once they accidently delivered a soda we didn't order and gave it to us anyways for free. The server even helped us consolidate our order so we saved money and still had more than enough to eat. The kids get pizza dough and a coloring mat to occupy them until the food gets out. On Mondays there's family fun night and kids can make their own pizza for $5! The only bad thing I can say about this place is the parking. It's not always easy to find street parking and once we parked under the apartments but there wasn't a restaurant entrance. If there was one we couldn't find it so we had to walk up the driveway. If you have small children beware of cars. read more

Look, I've had Zeek's pizzas at other locations, and have been known to drive 3x the distance to get it. The franchise is good. This particular instance of the franchise however sucks pretty bad. I've eaten there twice in-house in the last 2 months, and the service is just sub-par. I sat for 15 minutes before getting a beer (cardinal sin), on a non-busy Tuesday - place half full. The wings were cool to the touch and flaccid. Just not good. The pizza was ok, but again not piping hot and gooey like it should be when you are sitting in a booth in a pizza joint. If you have to have Zeek's, and this is the closest one for you, order take out, cause eating in the restaurant is a consistent disappointment. read more

Great place to get some grub after your soccer games at Arena sports! Larger group of friends and I were here ordering 6 or 7 large pizzas which came out pretty quickly. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, and even patient as we get our slow butts out the door even though they've been closed for nearly half an hour! Sorry! This is the best pizza we've had since we arrived in Seattle area. We ordered delivery from the Redmond location on Cleveland...they had never been to our complex before but pizza was still hot. The ingredients were fresh, fresh, fresh. We ordered a side of jalapeno peppers on the side. They, too, were fresh...not from a jar. Just the right amount of an excellent sauce. Crust was great, although we like ours a little thinner. Next time we will order extra cheese for top...and there will be next times. Our new favorite pizza place. read more

I never right reviews for anything but this pizza was so terrible that I had to. I'm signing up for Yelp right now just to give this review. I am not a picky pizza eater but I just ordered a large pizza delivered to the hotel for $36 and the crust is super soggy. I would rather eat a $1 grocery store Tostitos pizza than this one right now. Do yourself a favor and stop by the grocery store instead and save yourself the $$$. Super disappointing, I was so excited for a good slice of pizza. read more

Damn tasty pizza! I was really happy when this joint opened seeing as how it's only a block away from my place. The decor and the staff are really cool but the pizza is what really makes this place shine! The sauce is really good and has the perfect mix of tomato and sweet and the ingredients they use are extremely fresh. The crust is about as close as you can get to perfect. Not quite thick nor too thin while having a nice crunch. Full bar and a good variety of beers with a great happy hour make this joint a heavy contender with flying saucer. read more

Good pizza, not the best I've ever had, but pretty good, nice salad selection, and they have great local beers. This place gets a high rating from me because I can take my 1 and 2 year old to dinner knowing that we won't be the only other family with young children, and that most of the diners won't care that my one year old has a staring problem, and my two year old has a quiet, sit still problem. He's also in an observant yelling stage and will sometimes scream, "look Mommy, he fat!," or, "what wrong with that girl" at the top of his lungs. Service was good, they bring little balls of dough for your kids to play with and crayons. They also have free covered parking! read more

I love Zeeks! It's great for everyone! Your kids can ask to play with dough for the night. The pizza is delicious with a side of spiciness . The booths aren't that comfortable and the drinks are all from Jones. We had a really nice waiter, I can't remember her name but she was so chill and really nice! Would go there often! read more

We have visited this Zeeks five times over the past 4 months and have always had great experiences. The pizza crust and toppings are of higher quality, the price reflects the quality. If you want to go cheap, stick to Pizza Hut, Papa John's or similar take outs. Our favorites are the Thai Pizza as well as Tree Hugger, both have plenty of toppings and taste sensational. I recommend highly for the pizza in quality, bear in mind the price. Enjoy read more

When I saw your new store front in Redmond, walking distance from where I live, I waited with anticipation for you to open your doors. What a great addition to downtown Redmond's scene. $30 large pizza and drink with VERY light sprinkle of tiny sausage 'crumbles'. Less than a quarter cup over a large pizza. What they served tasted good but was disappointing and not what I would call a sausage pizza - especially for that price. I suggested to the kitchen that it seemed light on the sausage and they responded that 'the company is light.' Last time for Zeeks for me. read more

First time for delivery. Getting set up was easy. Ordering on line was easy. The pizza got to my office a little faster than promised - which was great. It was VERY hot and very tasty. I'm an employee at a veterinary hospital. My co-workers ordered a pizza late night before we closed. They ordered pepperoni pizza, but with the pepperoni on the side (due to online ordering snafu's that they couldn't fix). The pizza came, on time, as ordered. In my 30+ years of life, I have never heard of such an order being accommodated. Thank you Zeeks for saving our hospitals needs. :) read more

Recently we ordered a large Spanish Steps; the toppings were rich and fresh. The crust was pretty perfect and the pizza as a whole was aesthetically pleasing. They have a large menu to choose from. Our go-to place for a pizza dinner. read more

As a Chicago native, I consider myself to be a bit of a pizza snob. Zeek's pizza is good if you are looking for a standard run of the mill pizza. Zeek's does have interesting combinations of toppings (Dragon) and a great selection of salads. Unfortunately that is the only somewhat innovative aspect of the pizza. There is nothing special about the dough or sauce or toppings. Would I go back? Absolutely. I love pizza. Would I consider it to be one of the better places in Washington? Sure. However, the hunt for Chicago style pizza will continue on. read more

Decent pizza but expensive. The setup is a little odd - seating, parking, etc. Can find better pizza for what you land up paying here.

I have been here a couple of times with my clients who are In special ed and the workers are so understanding and awsome! They make it easy for us teachers and students to enjoy our meal without stress. read more

YUM! Good dine-in and delivery, we've done both. They delivered ice cream! Super fresh delicious crust and toppings, light and not greasy. Very tasty even as leftovers. We will be back and/or ordering delivery again. read more

We went at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night and were the only two people there. Messy tables, no one behind the bar. Took 15 min to get our drink after we were seated. Went here with family of 4 for my birthday. Totally satisfied. The pizza was some of the best I've ever had. Here I make sure to order extra sauce or it might be neglected, but seriously their toppings are sine qua non. My favorites are the bacon and the basil, both of which are beautiful and supplied in loads. And they actually get pizza--they put the stuff like green peppers on, not at the beginning of the bake, but like 5 minutes before the done time, so they are total perfection. It's the kind of pizza that's so beautiful that you look at every order that comes to other people's tables and you get jealous that you didn't order what they did. They have a good number of beers on tap but almost completely NW IPAs so bring your hop tolerance. Thankfully they often have one contrasting one on nitro. The server was new and *very* accommodating...partly because it was my birthday, but some things are universal no matter what day it is. For instance, after the kitchen made a non-fatal mistake on the order they proactively made everything more than right. You do pay a somewhat premium price on the pizza, but it comes with much more of a guarantee of a good experience than other places. read more

For the most part we like the pizza, but the 1 star is due to terrible customer service. Tonight delivery times were quoted at 90 minutes, which was fine, we set up a time and made it work for our family. We were definitely hungry when the pizza arrived though and were so disappointed when we opened the box and found the buffalo soldier pizza without blue cheese. Any other pizza is fine without dipping, but the buffalo soldier is essentially buffalo wings, without sauce, buffalo wings just aren't good. When we called, the best they could do was either get us blue cheese in 30 minutes (our pizza would have been cold by then) or give us $5 toward our next purchase. It's just not good enough. I expect to get what I'm paying for... If the description of the pizza isn't fully met, (it specifically says with blue cheese dressing) then I expect more than $5 in return. These pizzas are expensive, so I expect to get what I pay for and if I don't, I expect better customer service. Do better Zeeks! read more

Boring overpriced pizza. Pizza took much longer than it should have and it was very slow...Dirty restrooms with no hand soap ( what are the employees using to wash their hands)....bug found in food! Let us agree that there are three essentials to any good pizza. The crust, the sauce and the cheese. Well they have two of the three, great crust, a really good sauce the issue is a lack of cheese. We have ordered here a few times; since we live within a block or two, and it appears that the ratio of toppings to cheese is a huge issue. As in the more you order toppings the less cheese you will receive. Order the "meat lovers" or the "kitchen sink" and the cheese is all but non-existant! Tilt a slice one way and ALL your toppings will literally FALL-OFF. Is it a cost issue, a calorie issue or plain quality issue? I did give them two stars for the two things they get right; but if I had to do anything more then merely walk there, I would go most anywhere but there. read more

I've stopped in here twice while visiting a friend in the area, and both times I enjoyed our pizza. It's a laid-back, relaxed place, with more seating than you think because there's also a lower level. Good variety of tasty pizzas, lots of local beers on tap, and TVs showing sports. read more

Decided to explore Redmond for the day, saw Zeeks and gave it a try. It's in the heart of Redmond, now I can say, Zeeks in Redmond is THE BEST local Washington pizza I've tried... What makes the Redmond Zeeks pizza good is the way they make their dough. It's perfect, fresh, gourmet and crisp, not too soft, not too hard, just right. Our server was really nice, efficient, and polite. They recommended some really yummie selections, salad was good... I've tried 6 different toppings already, my favorite is the Dragon, but all of them were good too. Oh not to mention they have their own bar and mix their own drinks! It is a great looking place, with two levels, flat-screen TVs strategically placed. Great place to watch sports and enjoy a couple drinks. Also it's Its family/kids friendly since it's two level, it's separated from the bar which is totally good for the nieces and nephews. The noise was surprisingly manageable, with no sound intruding from the TVs and tables spaced apart decently. So worth the drive from Seattle to Redmond for some Zeeks Pizza! Been there 5 times since they've opened! Looking forward to coming back again for some gourmet pizza! read more

To the Redmond New Location: Horrible horrible service tonight. You guys really left a bad taste in my family's experience. We waited for awhile when a couple ahead of us got seated. Amidst the obvious statements my daughter was saying "Daddy I'm hungry when can we sit down?" And your server passing us many times. You topped it off when we walked out slowly and you (the staff) watched us walk out. This was a pizza cheat night for my family, and we were excited for pizza but the bad experience is worse than an empty stomach. Being in customer service, this just baffled me as you watched us walk out. Poor taste and poor management. Get it straight guys. Seriously. read more

This place is great - the pizza is really good and they have great, unique options. I love the game room where kids can go hand out prior to the pizza being delivered. This place is an even better fit for the new Redmond downtown which is super pedestrian friendly. read more
